Patent number: 12133562Abstract: Designing garments that include brassiere cups can be challenging due to the natural fluctuation of a woman's breast size, as well as a possible disconnect between the size of her breasts and the size of the rest of her body. The high range of size variability places pressure on stores to stock inventories that include great ranges of sizes. This places an inventory risk to the store, since rarer sizes may never sell. The disclosed garment addresses these issues by including a fit-adjustable brassiere portion. The cups of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion include fit-modifying panels that increase their flexibility and elasticity. The rear side of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion includes a back adjuster with highly elastic regions that enables the brassiere portion to fit a broader range of chest sizes. Each of these features give the garment a more universal fit and enable stores to carry fewer sizes.Type: GrantFiled: March 11, 2021Date of Patent: November 5, 2024Assignee: Spanx, LLCInventors: Angelica Melendez, Jennifer Johnson, Elena Novosiolova

Patent number: 12137336Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for audio processing. In some examples, an apparatus for media processing includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry receives first six degrees of freedom (6 DoF) information associated with a media content for a scene in a media application. The first 6 DoF information includes a first spatial location and a first rotation orientation for rotation about a center at the first spatial location. The processing circuitry determines that a rendering platform for rendering the media content is a three degrees of freedom (3 DoF) platform; and calculates, a revolution orientation of the media content on a sphere centered other than the first spatial location, according to at least the first spatial location. The revolution orientation is 3 DoF information associated with the media content for rendering on the 3 DoF platform.Type: GrantFiled: August 22, 2022Date of Patent: November 5, 2024Assignee: Tencent America LLCInventors: Jun Tian, Xiaozhong Xu, Shan Liu

Patent number: 12135661Abstract: Example computer-implemented methods, media, and systems for processing input/output (I/O) commands using block size aware polling are disclosed. One example method includes creating multiple polling queues and multiple interrupt queues in a transport drivers layer of a storage stack. A first I/O command is received from a core layer of the storage stack and by the transport drivers layer. A ratio of a total number of multiple small block size commands in the transport drivers layer to a total number of multiple outstanding I/O commands in the transport drivers layer is determined to be larger than a predetermined first threshold. In response to determining that the ratio is larger than the predetermined first threshold, the polling mode is applied to the first I/O command through the submission of the first I/O command to a first polling queue in the multiple polling queues.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 2022Date of Patent: November 5, 2024Assignee: VMware LLCInventors: Ran Peng, Yang Bai, Wenchao Cui, Yu Zhao, Zhihao Yao
