  • Patent number: 12130142
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a dynamic parameter server is provided in an ADV to update parameters of an autonomous driving system (ADS) of the ADV in real time without requiring the reboot of the ADS. The dynamic parameter server can obtain new parameters from a configuration file created by users based on their experiences and expectations. Each new parameter is mapped to certain physical conditions. When the ADV encounters the physical conditions mapped to a particular parameter, the dynamic parameter server can broadcast the new parameters to the ADS, which can use the new parameters to control the ADV. The physical conditions can be used as selection factors for the dynamic parameter to determine which ADS parameter to update.

  • Patent number: 12131206
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for a bidirectional application programming interface (API) that enables operational action functionality in a one-way transfer (OWT) system. In examples, a data request is received at a first computing environment of an OWT system, where the data request is associated with a first unidirectional dataflow having a transaction identifier. A first set of policies associated with the first computing environment is applied to the data request and the data request is transferred to a second computing environment of the OWT system. The second computing environment retrieves response data for the data request, where the response data is associated with a second unidirectional dataflow having the transaction identifier. A second set of policies associated with the second computing environment is applied to the response data and the response data is transferred to the first computing environment to fulfill the data request.

  • Patent number: 12131262
Abstract: A graph-based data storage and retrieval system in which multiple subgraphs representing respective datasets in different namespaces are interconnected via a linking or “canonical” layer. Datasets represented by subgraphs in different namespaces may pertain to a particular information domain (e.g., the health care domain), and may include heterogeneous datasets. The canonical layer provides for a substantial reduction of graph complexity required to interconnect corresponding nodes in different subgraphs, which in turn offers advantages as the number of subgraphs (and the number of corresponding nodes in different subgraphs) increases for the particular domain(s) of interest.

  • Patent number: 12130693
Abstract: A method includes determining a cluster reliability of a computing cluster including a maximum computing capacity and representative of a reliability of the computing cluster when utilizing an entirety of the maximum computing capacity. The operations include receiving a provisioning request of the computing cluster including a threshold reliability of the computing cluster. In response to the provisioning request, determining, using the cluster reliability, a reserved computing capacity of the computing cluster based on the threshold reliability. The reserved computing capacity is less than the maximum computing capacity. Based on the reserved computing capacity and the maximum computing capacity, the operations include determining an unreserved computing capacity of the computing cluster. The operations include provisioning the computing cluster for execution of a user workload. The user workload executes on the unreserved computing capacity.

  • Patent number: 12130837
Abstract: A replicated block storage service provides durable and high performance network-attached storage replicated in two or more zones of a single region, and remains available despite a single zone failure. A probe file is generated to determine a health state of a replicated disk. When a disk is degraded, a lease is created indicating which replica is trusted and providing visibility to backend jobs to facilitate reconciliation of data between the first replica and the second replica. Moreover, degraded file markers are generated for use by the backend jobs in quickly identifying the data to be copied.

  • Patent number: 12128735
Abstract: A system for detecting external leaks in a cabin of a vehicle includes sensors and onboard vehicle controls disposed on the vehicle. Control modules of the system have processors, memory, and input/output (I/O) ports. The I/O ports communicate with the sensors and onboard vehicle controls. The control modules execute program code portions stored memory. The program code portions include first and second algorithm portions. The first algorithm portion receives data from the sensors and controls and determines that the data from the sensors and controls meets initialization threshold values. When the data from the sensors and controls meets the threshold values, the second algorithm portion generates a cabin leak detection output including: a first output, a second output, or a third output. The first output indicates a large leak, the second output indicates no leak, and the third output indicates that a small leak has been detected.
