  • Patent number: 12347434
Abstract: Systems and methods for real-time patient record transcriptions and medical form population via mobile devices are described. A user (e.g., a medical professional) may speak into or near a mobile device operable to detect or record spoken language, and furthermore the mobile device may initiate real-time transcription of the spoken language to generate unstructured transcription text data corresponding to the spoken language. The unstructured transcription text data may be parsed for words or phrases indicative of medical information for generating structured data, where the structured data includes terms, phrases, and values identified via delineators and/or natural language processing techniques. Discrete data from the structured data may be directly inserted into corresponding locations (e.g., appropriate medical form text fields) in electronic medical records via APIs and service bus relays.

  • Patent number: 12348907
Abstract: Aspects of the application relate to protecting the privacy of a user of a dispatching service for driverless vehicles. For example, a client computing device may send a request for a vehicle, the request identifying a location of the client computing device. Location information identifying a current location of a vehicle dispatched to the location of the client computing device is received in response to the request. A camera view is displayed on a display of the client computing device, the camera view corresponding to information in a field of view of a camera of the client computing device. When current location of the vehicle is within the field of view of the camera and a threshold distance of the location of the client device, an indicator is displayed on the display at a location corresponding to the current location of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 12346264
Abstract: Performing instruction fetch pipeline synchronization (IFPS) in processor-based devices is disclosed herein. In some exemplary aspects, a processor-based device provides multiple processors including a remote processor. The remote processor receives, from an issuing processor, a translation lookaside buffer (TLB) invalidation (TLBI) request indicating a request to invalidate an address translation, and subsequently receives an IFPS request from the issuing processor. The remote processor determines that any previously received TLBI requests including the most recent TLBI request have completed. Upon receiving the IFPS request, the remote processor determines that all instructions within a fetch pipeline portion that were potentially fetched using address translations older than the IFPS request have proceeded from the fetch pipeline portion of an instruction processing circuit to an execution pipeline portion of the instruction processing circuit.

  • Patent number: 12348481
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing dynamic border gateway protocol (“BGP”) host route generation based on domain name system (“DNS”) resolution. In various embodiments, a computing system may receive, from a user device via a first network, a request to establish a communications link with an external device via a second network that is separate from the first network, based on a first uniform resource identifier (“URI”) indicative of a network location of the external device. The computing system may query a DNS resolver for an Internet Protocol (“IP”) address corresponding to a valid current IP address, based on the first URI, and may advertise the IP address and/or a route based on the IP address. A communications link may be established between the user device and the external device based on the IP address and/or the route.
