  • Patent number: 12271567
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a cropped application window of an application window. The systems include a window cropping application that performs a method that allows a user to crop just the portion of an application window the user is interested in (e.g., play controls for a music app, chat window in a gaming app) and place it in an area of the display with enduring visibility or accessibility (e.g., widget dashboard, desktop). The present technology may also be used for web pages (e.g., tutorial articles, reference images), document pages (e.g., reference pages), applications (e.g., calculators), and other scenarios. For example, the present technology described herein improves multi-window scenarios, particularly on small screen devices where screen space is further limited. The present technology makes it easier for users to work across different windows and applications and improve the ease of composing each window.

  • Patent number: 12273666
Abstract: The techniques described herein are directed to an in-line diagnostic tool of a PON that optically couples a first component of the PON and a second component of the PON. The tool detects incoming optical signals (e.g., of different services) received from the first PON component and passes the optical signals through the tool to the second PON component. The in-line diagnostic tool is configured to detect one or more conditions of the incoming optical signals, the PON, and/or sub-components of the tool, perform one or more diagnostic and/or analytics routines, and generate and transmit a diagnostic signal including information indicative of the detected conditions and/or the results of the diagnostic and/or analytics routines to be transmitted via one or more output interfaces of the in-line diagnostic tool to recipient devices and/or applications.

  • Patent number: 12270240
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a vehicle without a B-pillar that has barn doors and partially frameless windows. The barn doors may include a window seal system having a primary seal for creating a watertight barrier when the window is in a first closed position. Upon the vehicle exceeding a predetermined speed threshold, the vehicle may automatically raise the window from the first closed position to being in a second closed position in which a secondary seal secures the window to prevent buffeting of the window. Disclosed embodiments may further include a seal and door structure that provides a pair of seals (an inner seal and an outer seal) between the front and rear barn doors that provide a watertight barrier when the doors are closed together and that also allows for each of the front and rear doors to be independently opened and closed in a barn-door fashion.

Abstract: A system for forming a pressware product comprises rollers, a scoring tool, a scoring station actuator, a forming tool, and a forming station actuator. The rollers pull the web along a path having an angle. The scoring tool receives the material from the rollers and includes a vertically shiftable scoring punch with an edge that extends about an outline of the pressware product and a striker plate. The scoring station actuator shifts the scoring tool to form a slot in the web. The forming tool receives the scored web and includes a vertically shiftable positive mold assembly and negative mold assembly. The forming station actuator shifts the positive mold assembly to press against the web and form the pressware product.
