Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for heterogeneous scheduling for processors with multiple core types. In some examples, a scheduler assigns thread policies to respective threads. The scheduler then allocates the threads to heterogeneous cores in accordance with the thread policies assigned to the respective threads. The heterogeneous cores include one or more power efficient cores, one or more intermediate cores, and one or more performance-oriented cores, among other core types. In some examples, a core parking engine determines how many cores should be unparked for one or more power efficient cores, one or more intermediate cores, and one or more performance-oriented cores, among other core types.

  • Publication number: 20250110850
Abstract: Techniques are described for evaluating computer-readable code. In example aspects, a machine-learned model is trained to evaluate computer-readable code and/or its corresponding code description. As part of the evaluation, the machine-learned model can determine a level of agreement between the code description and the computer-readable code. Additionally or alternatively, the machine-learned model can determine that a prohibited feature is absent from (or present in) the computer-readable code. If present, the prohibited feature can compromise a security of a device that executes the computer-readable code, a safety of a user operating the device, and/or the user's privacy. Additionally or alternatively, the prohibited feature can violate a policy of a manufacturer of the device.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include galvanically-isolated (voltage-isolated) transformer-based integrated circuit (IC) packages providing cavities or spaces, which can, in some examples, be formed by preferentially heating the included magnetic core or a material coating the magnetic core. The provision of a space around the magnetic core allows the magnetic core to underdo size changes due to magnetostriction during use without being constrained or substantially constrained, thus, providing for improved magnetic performance. The circuits, ICs and IC packages and modules may include various types of circuits. In some examples, IC packages or modules may include a galvanically-isolated gate driver or other high voltage circuit.

  • Patent number: 12267242
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dynamically balancing workloads among data flow processors based on flow characteristics of data flows. The system determines a flow characteristic score associated with the data flow based on results from deep packet inspection of data packets in the data flow. The system further determines load scores associated with a plurality of processors. A load balancer of the system selects a processor among the plurality of processors for processing the data flow based on the flow characteristic score associated with the data flow. The system monitors workload levels of respective processors by periodically receiving performance data associated with the respective processors. The performance data includes flow characteristic scores of data flows being processed. Based on the current status of the workload distribution among the plurality of processors, the system regenerates load scores and re-balancing the workloads by re-distributing data flows to the respective processors.

  • Patent number: 12266211
Abstract: In implementations of the subject matter as described herein, there is provided a method for forgery detection of a face image. Subsequent to inputting a face image, it is detected whether a blending boundary due to the blend of different images exists in the face image, and then a corresponding grayscale image is generated based on a result of the detection, where the generated grayscale image can reveal whether the input face image is formed by blending different images. If a visible boundary corresponding to the blending boundary exists in the generated grayscale image, it indicates that the face image is a forged image; on the contrary, if the visible boundary does not exist in the generated grayscale image, it indicates that the face image is a real image.
