Abstract: A vessel harvesting device includes a handle and a cannula assembly extending distally from the handle. The cannula assembly includes an outer tube having a flange, and at least one insert extending within the outer tube. The at least one insert defines a tool path configured to receive a surgical tool therethrough, a scope path configured to receive a surgical scope therethrough, and an insufflation channel. The device further includes a cannula gasket disposed within the flange of the outer tube and defining a plurality of apertures each in alignment with one of the tool path, the scope path, and the insufflation channel. The device further includes an insufflation tube extending from the handle through cannula gasket and the insufflation channel.

Abstract: Method, apparatus, and system for merging multiple attribute maps for mesh compression may be provided. The process may include obtaining multiple attribute maps associated with a mesh including one or more texture maps. The multiple attribute maps may be concatenated into a single concatenated map and concatenated UV coordinates for each of the multiple attribute maps may be generated based on re-computing original UV coordinates of each of the multiple attribute maps within the single concatenated map.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an exercise machine that includes an elongated frame. The exercise machine includes a moveable carriage slidably coupled to the elongated frame. The exercise machine includes a spring support rod slidably coupled with the elongated frame and selectively positionable by a handle. The exercise machine includes at least one resistive member coupled at a first end with the spring support rod and at a second end with the moveable carriage. The resistive member is configured to bias the moveable carriage relative to the elongated frame. The exercise machine includes a first spring positioning rod slidably coupled to and moveable within a first rail on the elongated frame and a second spring positioning rod slidably coupled to and moveable within a second rail on an opposing side of the elongated frame. The spring support rod is extends between the first and second spring positioning rods.

The peer VM monitoring process includes periodically storing health information for each of the VM nodes of the group in a data store; periodically accessing the health information of each of the VM nodes to identify sick VMs using each of the leader VMs, respectively; and automatically performing a healing process on the sick VMs to improve a performance of the sick VMs.

Abstract: A battery module includes neighboring first and second battery cells and a heat sink in contact with and configured to absorb thermal energy from each of the battery cells. The module additionally includes a module enclosure surrounded by ambient environment, housing each of the first and second battery cells and the heat sink, and configured to include a thermal conductivity path from the first cell to at least one of the second cell and the heat sink and from the heat sink to the enclosure. The battery module further includes a metal-hydroxide element configured to undergo a chemical decomposition and discharge moisture within the thermal conductivity path in response to thermal energy released by the first cell when the first cell undergoes a thermal runaway event. The metal-hydroxide element thereby controls propagation of the thermal runaway event from the first cell to the second cell.

Abstract: A system and method for processing a bound payment method is disclosed. A customer can create a virtual card number for use solely at a specific retailer. In this scenario, when the payment method is used for a financial transaction, it becomes necessary to verify that the financial transaction is being carried out with the bound merchant. In embodiments, the virtual card number (VCN) information is received and analyzed to identify the exchange entity and a bound entity associated with the VCN. If it is determined that the merchant associated with the transaction does not match the bound merchant associated with the VCN, then the customer is notified of the discrepancy and provided an opportunity to confirm the dispute the denial.

Receiving a reverse mode indication may be over a controller area network (CAN) bus in the vehicle. Receiving a road surface topology includes receiving an estimate of the road surface topology via at least one of monocular depth estimation, photogrammetric range imaging using structure from motion (SFM), multi-view stereo, imaging radar, lidar and a sensor system on the vehicle.

A releasable connection connects the seatbelt guide to the pillar when the seatbelt retractor is in the unlocked position and releases the seatbelt guide relative to the pillar when force on the webbing exceeds a threshold when the seatbelt retractor is in the locked position. An energy absorber is between the vehicle pillar and the seatbelt guide.
