Abstract: Disclosed embodiments pertain to provisioning a virtual payment card for an authorized user in a browser. A primary cardholder can request the addition of an individual as an authorized user on the primary cardholder's account. Further information regarding the individual can be solicited and utilized to compute a risk score associated with adding the individual as an authorized user. Further processing of the request, including whether to terminate or continue, can be based on comparing the risk score to a predetermined threshold. If processing is continued, a virtual payment card linked to the primary cardholder account is generated. Next, the virtual card can be added as a payment method to a browser profile of the individual on a network-accessible computing resource. Subsequently, the authorized user can access the virtual card to make online shopping payments with a web browser personalized with the browser profile.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and storage media for auto-generating an artificial reality environment based on access to personal user content are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive consent from a user to access user content on a user device, the user content comprising digital media; generate a user profile based at least in part on the user content; determine user preferences based at least in part on the user profile; generate an artificial reality environment based at least in part on the user preferences; and share the artificial reality environment with contacts of the user.

Abstract: System and methods for operating a vehicle that includes a boosted engine are described. In one example, a spark plug may be adjusted between two operating states to reduce a possibility of pre-ignition and spark plug fouling. A first operating state may be conducive to operating the engine at light loads. The first operating state may be conducive to operating the engine at higher loads.

Abstract: A method for using a distributed game engine includes receiving a request from a user account via a computer network to play a game, identifying processing power assignment for the user account, and determining node assembly for the user account to utilize two or more processing nodes for the play of the game based on the processing power assignment. The method further includes initializing the two or more processing nodes for execution of the game for the user account. The operation of initializing is performed to set up a transfer of processing code for the game from one processing nods to another processing node. The method includes defining an internal communication channel between the two or more processing nodes for exchange of state information of the game. The exchange of state information is performed to enable shared processing of the game by the two or more nodes.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus monitor medication usage data for one patient or a population of patients, which can be processed to determine compliance patterns. Such methods and systems can associate, analyze, organize and present medication usage data, compliance patterns, and correlations between compliance patterns and outcomes data for electronic analysis or analysis by a caretaker. Such methods, systems, and apparatus permit analysis of compliance patterns to enable, for example, establishment or adjustment of safe and effective treatment regimens, and may include feedback systems for ensuring authenticity of medication and/or effects of medication on a patient.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an indication of a trade priced relative to a reference benchmark value (e.g., a trade at index close transaction) associated with an underlying index future may be received when a basis of the trade is agreed to by parties of the trade. Moreover, the indication may be received at least one day prior to a determination of a final price and quantity of the trade. The trade might create, according to some embodiments, any derivative, such as a future, an option, or a combination of put and call options. The trade may be reported and cleared, and it may then be arranged for the trade to physically settle into the underlying index future.

The legs and plank are integrally formed together and attached to the deck. The legs have one or more internal walls that define one or more cavities. Concrete fills the cavities of the legs located on a lead end of the pallet. The remaining cavities in the legs are filled with foam. The cavities in one version are wedge shaped. Other legs of the deck are filled entirely with foam.

Abstract: Systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory storage devices storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform: receiving, from one or more electronic devices of one or more users, one or more orders for pickup at a location during a first window of time; at a first time during the first window of time, determining when a designated pickup area at the location exceeds a predetermined level of congestion using: (1) continuously received mobile check-ins at the location; and (2) congestion data of the designated pickup area at the location; and when the designated pickup area at the location does not exceed the predetermined level of congestion during the first window of time, as determined at the first time, causing a pickup electronic device of a pickup to display a pickup request at the location to fulfill at least one order of the one or more orders during the first window of time. Abstract: Workloads, e.g., synthetic workloads, on one or more storage systems in an dynamic, automated manner, for example, to load test the one or more storage systems. A distributed system may be employed in which a workload information server (WIS) serves one or more clients referred to herein as workload control components (WCCs) that analyze workload information of the one or more storage systems, and control the modification of workloads thereon based on this analysis, through the WIS. The WIS also may serve one or more clients referred to herein as workload generation controllers (WGCs) that monitor workloads on the one or more storage systems, report workload information to the WIS and generate, modify or remove workloads on the one or more storage systems according to instructions received from the WIS in response to requests (e.g., hints) from the one or more WGCs.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to training a machine learning model on a distributed computing system. The model can be trained using selected processors of the training platform. The distributed system automatically modifies the model for instantiation on each processor, adjusts an input pipeline to accommodate the capabilities of selected processors, and coordinates the training between those processors. Simultaneous processing at each stage can be scaled to reduce or eliminate bottlenecks in the distributed system. In addition, autonomous monitoring and re-allocating of resources can further reduce or eliminate bottlenecks. The training results may be aggregated by the distributed system, and a final model may then be transmitted to a user device.

Abstract: A carbonized water dispensing device is provided with a carbonized water conditioning chamber, which conditioning chamber is provided downstream of the carbonator and upstream of the carbonized water dispensing outlet, for receiving a mixture of carbonized water mixed with unresolved CO2. The conditioning chamber is dimensioned to hold a single serve of carbonized water with a headspace, and which carbonized water conditioning chamber is provided with an outlet valve and a gas outlet. The carbonized water dispensing device is configured to, upon receiving a beverage dispensing order, provide the empty carbonized water conditioning chamber with a single serve volume of carbonized water, and hold the single serve of carbonized water prior to dispensing the single serve volume of carbonized water.

Abstract: A personal protective equipment system including a face mask and an ultraviolet germicidal irradiation stage to irradiate incoming volume of air before being introduced to the user. There is included a flexible printed circuit enclosed within a housing of the face mask, the flexible printed circuit having an array of UV LED circuits. A fan is provided to drive the volume of air through a passage within the mask.

Abstract: A modular environment modification device receives different cores for performing different functions such as dispensing decontaminant agents. These cores are contained within a housing that can communicate with other like devices and with remote devices such as iOS or Android powered smart devices. Communication between multiple like devices provides the ability to accommodate spaces of varying size. Sensors within each device monitor the environment, sense temperature and pressure, the presence of certain pathogens, and sound. Sensed information is used by the device to make decisions, like suspension of the decontamination process. Sensed information is sent to smart devices which perform various interfacing or data collection functions.

Abstract: A stocking application device that facilitates an application of a stocking over a limb of a person. The stocking application device may include a first body portion at a proximate end of the stocking application device. The stocking application device may further include a second body portion attached to the first body portion. The second body portion may include a plurality of U-shaped fingers. Each of the plurality of U-shaped fingers may include a horizontal portion and a pair of vertical portions. Each vertical portion of the pair of vertical portions may include a flared end. The horizontal portions of the plurality of U-shaped fingers may be disposed one over another and attached to the first body portion. Specifically, the horizontal portions may be disposed at a predetermined angle such that vertical portions of the plurality of U-shaped fingers are equally spaced from each other.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a VTOL aircraft including a plurality of tilting propeller assemblies each coupled to a support structure and configured to transition between a vertical flight and a forward flight position. Each tilting propeller assembly comprising a propeller and a movable fairing provided downstream of the propeller. The movable fairing is configured to extend along an axis of rotation of the propeller. When the tilting propeller assembly transitions between the vertical and forward flight position, the movable fairing is configured to swivel to extend parallel to the direction of resultant airflow over the tilting propeller assembly into a minimum drag orientation. The movable fairing is damped enough to prevent any oscillations from the propeller wake shedding, and at the same time, keep the propeller aligned in a minimum-drag orientation with the resultant flow.

Abstract: A shelter system is shown and described. A hub for a shelter system is shown and described. A frame for a shelter system is shown and described. In one embodiment, the shelter system includes a frame and cover. The shelter may include a hub system. The frame may be collapsible. The cover is configured to fit with the frame. The hub may include a receiver slot, a receiver sleeve and an attachment projection. The result is a shelter system with reduced set up time, effort and requirements and improved strength and ease of use. The inventions may also be considered a shelter kit and/or a shelter and hub method.
