Abstract: Systems and methods for equalizing fluid levels within a vent line and a propellant tank in which the vent line is located are discussed herein. The vent line includes a vent valve and an equalization valve. The vent valve can be included in a vent duct of the vent line. The equalization valve is included in a bottom wall (i.e., a low point) of the vent duct of the vent line. A controller is also included in the system to instruct a vent valve and the equalization valve to open and close.

Abstract: Logic may provide a hierarchical label structure for a document with a predicted set of hierarchical labels. Logic may provide a historical label performance database comprising performance data associated with each assignee in a complete set of assignees for each label in a complete set of the hierarchical labels. Logic may generate a first vector for the hierarchical label structure for the document. Logic may generate a second vector for the assignees in an identified set of assignees, comprising each hierarchical label in the predicted set of hierarchical labels for the document, the identified set comprising one or more of the assignees in the complete set of assignees. Logic may perform a similarity search to identify a predicted assignee from the identified set of assignees and logic may predict a selected assignee of the identified set of assignees to associate with the document via the similarity search.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for microfluidic fluid evaporation using femtosecond laser-patterned surfaces are disclosed. A microfluidic device may comprise a femtosecond laser-patterned substrate having at least one input path and at least one output path. The femtosecond laser-patterned substrate may comprise both superhydrophobic and superhydrophilic sections. Fluid deposited at an input path may be wicked to an output path due to the surface pattern. A heating device may be provided to heat the fluid to evaporate volatiles therefrom. Vacuums and gas streams may be used to aid in volatile removal. Gas streams may add gas to the microfluidic device to react with the fluid.

Abstract: A bracket assembly for securing a tower section to a deck includes a lower support bracket, columns, and a pair of upper upper support brackets, which all have vertical plates with circular apertures. Each circular aperture spans at least two tower flange bolt holes. Attachment yokes are inserted into the circular apertures, and each have at least two bolt apertures, which match the bolt holes size and spacing. The yokes are rotated to align the holes for insertion of bolts. Specific yokes are provided to fit various tower sizes. The brackets can be stacked, and the yoke arrangement substantially reduces bolt torque requirements.

Abstract: Various embodiments enable a web site to expose various search providers that it promotes to browsers that navigate to that site. In at least some embodiments, the search providers are exposed using the HTML of a web page. When a browser navigates to that site, it processes the HTML of the associated web page and exposes the promoted search providers to the user. In at least some embodiments, the browser can permit use of one or more search providers without requiring the user to install the search provider. Alternately or additionally, in at least some other embodiments, the browser can enable the user to quickly and efficiently install the search provider so that the search provider can be available whenever the user uses their browser application.

Abstract: An integrated process for hydrogenating olefins wherein the hydrogen stream is generated from electrolysis of water is described. Water is derived from a first reaction step wherein a first feed stream comprising oxygenated hydrocarbons is reacted to produce a first reacted product stream comprising olefins and a second reacted product stream comprising water. The second reacted product stream is electrolyzed to produce an electrolyzer product stream comprising hydrogen. Hydrogen is used to hydrogenate olefins. A paraffin stream can be obtained from the hydrogenated effluent.

Abstract: A cover plate according to certain embodiments is configured for use with a mounting plate and a control system, and has a front side and a rear side opposite the front side. The cover plate includes a support substrate, a cover plate coupler, and an electronic device. The support substrate includes an opening sized and shaped to receive a spindle of a door hardware apparatus associated with the rose assembly. The cover plate coupler is configured to releasably couple with a mounting plate coupler of the mounting plate. The electronic device is mounted to the support substrate, and includes a first electrical connector accessible from the rear side of the cover plate and configured for electrical connection with a second electrical connector of the control system, and an electronic component electrically connected with the first electrical connector.

Abstract: A Hall effect sensor system includes a Hall effect sensor and a drive-sense circuit (DSC). The Hall effect sensor includes an input port to receive a DC (direct current) current signal and generates a Hall voltage based on exposure to a magnetic field. The DSC generates the DC current signal based on a reference signal and drives it via a single line that operably couples the DSC to the Hall effect sensor and simultaneously to sense the DC current signal via the single line. The DSC detects an effect on the DC current signal corresponding to the Hall voltage that is generated across the Hall effect sensor based on exposure of the Hall effect sensor to the magnetic field and generates a digital signal representative of the Hall voltage.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a passive relay device for farming vehicles and implements, as well as an online farming data exchange, which together enable capturing, processing and sharing farming operation data generated during combined use of the farming vehicle and farming implement at a farming business. The farming operation data includes detailed information about individual farming operations, including without limitation the type of farming operation, the location of the farming operation, the travel path for the farming operation, as well as operating parameters and operating events occurring while the farming operation is performed.

Abstract: Systems and methods are presented herein for providing an integrated disconnect. The integrated disconnect may be used within a drive unit. The integrated disconnect comprises an output gear having a cavity. A torque transfer adapter is arranged within the cavity. A clutch body is also arranged within the cavity. The clutch is actuatable through the output gear by an actuator to engage and disengage the clutch with the torque transfer adaptor. The actuator is located external to the cavity.

Abstract: A collapsible and self-erecting polyhedron system is provided. The system includes a collapsible and self-erecting box. The box comprises cardboard and includes outer surfaces upon which images (e.g., photographic reproductions), graphics, and text are printed to provide a three-dimensional greeting card. The three-dimensional greeting card (the box) is collapsed and placed into an envelope, and upon being removed from the envelope, automatically self-erects providing a fun and exciting experience. Confetti also is included within the box that is ejected during the box self-erecting, thereby providing even more enjoyment.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a light detection and range (LIDAR) device includes an array of light transmitting and receiving (TX/RX) units arranged to sense a physical range associated with a target. Each of the light TX/RX units includes a mounting board having a light pass-through opening and a light emitter mounted adjacent to the light pass-through opening. The light emitter is configured to emit a light beam towards the target according to a transmitting path. The LIDAR device further includes a light detector positioned behind the mounting board to receive at least a portion of the light beam reflected from the target through the light pass-through opening according to a light receiving path. The light transmitting path and the light receiving path are substantially in parallel and close to each other.

Abstract: Seal assemblies, gaskets, bearing assemblies, and their components can be used as pre-packaged seal systems and pre-packaged seal and bearing systems. The seal assemblies can be orientated in different configurations for different applications. Gaskets to restrict flow and gaskets with memory lips to operate as sealing lips can be included to increase the number of sealing points. In a pre-packaged configuration, the cylinder can be a straight cylinder, a stepped cylinder, or a split cylinder. Bearing assemblies can be pre-packaged with the sealing assemblies and service grease may optionally be used to provide lubrication and limit fluid incursion into the spring cavities.
