The network entity (base station 121, core network server 302) communicates the neural network formation configuration to a user equipment (UE 110). In implementations, the user equipment (UE 110) recovers information communicated over the wireless network using the first neural network (deep neural network(s) 608, 612).
Abstract: Disclosed herein a system, a method and a device for selecting between a primary link and a secondary link for AR/VR applications. A console can provide a VR/AR session to a user through a head wearable display. The console can determine that a first measurement of a primary link between the console and a head wearable display is less than a first threshold. The first measurement can include a quality metric of the primary link. The console can activate a secondary link between the console and the head wearable display. The console can determine whether a second measurement of the primary link between the console and the head wearable display is less than a second threshold. The console can transition when the second measurement is less than the second threshold, traffic on the primary link to the activated secondary link.

Abstract: A modular light housing apparatus for removably holding a light assembly includes a light transmissible portion and a cover portion. The cover portion is releasably coupled to the light transmissible portion and the light transmissible portion has a mounting region and a light compartment configured for transmitting light from the apparatus. Wire passages are provided between the mounting region and the light compartment, which is defined by a frame. The frame has a plurality of wire conduits, each near one of the wire passages. The wire conduits each have a conduit opening opposite one of the wire passages. The cover portion has a light mount for holding the light source, and the wires travel through the wire passages, wire conduits, and conduit openings to engage a light source.
Abstract: Provided is an increased capacity firearm ammunition magazine with a metallic body. The body is dimensioned to compatibly replace a (OEM) polymer or polymer over metal single stack magazine. The body has walls with exterior dimensions compatibly matching those of the OEM magazine and that are thinner than those of the OEM magazine. The thinner walls allow an at least partially laterally offset arrangement of cartridges therein. A longitudinal exterior ridge extends along a forward wall of the body and is configured from the metallic body walls and sized to compensate for forward-to-aft dimensioning difference compared to that of the OEM magazine.

The system and method provides for the provisioning of a signaling CIC for an ingress trunkgroup or network to a telecommunications network for downstream signaling purposes by overriding a received CIC value with a provisioned CIC value specific to the ingress network. This provisioned CIC value identifies the ingress network to the long distance network to the egress network for use by the egress network.

Abstract: A method for video encoding includes determining whether coding of a current block in an IBC prediction mode is performed in an explicit mode or an implicit mode based on whether a difference exists between a block vector and a corresponding block vector predictor. Abstract: An apparatus for video decoding, includes processing circuitry configured to determine an affine model for a current block coded with an interweaved affine mode.
