Patent number: 11875639Abstract: Systems and methods for verifying the eligibility of players attempting to participate in gaming events are disclosed. Communication objects having RFID tags and closed electrical circuits are individually assigned to and worn by players within a gaming player verification system. These RFID tags may communicate with associated player tracking units attached to gaming machines and other devices via radio frequency waves, and each communication object may alter its communication pattern in response to any break of its closed electrical circuit. In some embodiments, a communications object may emit a signal that conveys a privilege of the player wearing the communications object. Bracelets, wristwatches or collars can be used as communication objects, such that the removal of such an object from a player cannot be accomplished without breaking the closed electrical circuit contained therein, thereby disabling or de-authenticating the device.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 2021Date of Patent: January 16, 2024Assignee: CFPH, LLCInventors: Joseph M. Patent number: 11874010Abstract: A self-insulating air delivery and recirculation system maintains a desired air temperature of the conditioned air supplied thereinto for delivery to an aircraft. The system uses insulating airflow layers; a parallel layer and a counterflow layer. A starting section connects to a PCA unit and delivers conditioned air therefrom to an interior supply hose. The starting section supplies conditioned insulating air to an interior insulating hose that is annularly outward of the supply hose and in which air flows parallel to airflow in the supply hose. A reversing connector indirectly connects the supply hose to the aircraft and reverses the flow of air from the interior insulating hose to flow back toward the PCA unit in an exterior counterflow hose that is annularly outward of the interior insulating hose and connects at its far end to provide intake airflow to the PCA unit.Type: GrantFiled: January 29, 2021Date of Patent: January 16, 2024Assignee: TWG Supply, LLCInventors: Christopher J. Patent number: 11876753Abstract: In some embodiments, a method receives a first signal that is sent in a first direction in a network. Communications in the network are full duplex communications in a same frequency band. The first signal is amplified in the first direction. The method trains a first echo canceller to cancel a first echo signal from the first signal where the first echo signal is received in a second direction. After training the first echo canceller, the trained first echo canceller is enabled. The method receives a second signal in the second direction that is sent in the second direction in the network. The second signal is amplified in the second direction. The method trains a second echo canceller to cancel a second echo signal received in the first direction from the second signal where the first echo canceller cancels the first echo signal that is received in the second direction.Type: GrantFiled: June 16, 2022Date of Patent: January 16, 2024Assignee: ARRIS Enterprises LLCInventors: Thomas J. Patent number: 11876823Abstract: Various systems and methods are described for correlating technology choices with the risk of system vulnerabilities. A system captures and quantifies both observations of technology choices as well as the outputs certain outputs of internal choices and processes across a number of different organizations. A Bayesian estimate of vulnerability is imputed from the choices and observed use of vulnerable technology, further segmented by business type, revenue, and size. Differences between the observation of a particular organization and Bayesian expected value are measured and converted to vulnerability score, the vulnerability score embodying a point-in-time and longitudinal measure of organizational performance, including the likelihood of future compromise due to software vulnerabilities. The vulnerability score can then be further used to price risk, for example in a cyber insurance context.Type: GrantFiled: January 20, 2021Date of Patent: January 16, 2024Assignee: Jungle Disk LLCInventor: Michael DeFelice
