  • Patent number: 11857755
Abstract: Via communications with an association management resource, an operator of a respective fluid delivery system can associate a medical device (fluid pump) with a particular entity such as a patient, location, one or more other medical devices, the caregiver, etc. Thereafter, the operator of the fluid delivery system is able to better manage use of the fluid delivery system based on relevant medical information, which is accessible as a result of creating the association. For example, the association management resource gathers and stores information associated with the entity prior to the operator providing the input associating the fluid delivery system with the entity. After the operator of the fluid delivery system creates the association, the medical information associated with the entity is immediately available to the fluid delivery system and/or corresponding operator of the fluid delivery system.

  • Patent number: 11860759
Abstract: Systems, methods and media are directed to automatically generating a recommendation. Data describing a configuration of a production infrastructure is received, the production infrastructure running the system operating in the production environment. One or more metrics data values indicative of a performance of the system operating in the production environment is retrieved. Expected performance values of the system are received. An augmented decisioning engine compares the metrics data values with the expected performance values. The augmented decisioning engine is trained to provide a recommended configuration of the production infrastructure. Based on the comparing, the augmented decisioning engine is trained to improve subsequent recommendations of configuration of the production infrastructure through a feedback process.

  • Patent number: 11858346
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods, implementable in a vehicle equipped with adaptive cruise control, for maintaining in a subject vehicle substantially constant following distance relative to a preceding target vehicle where there has been a change in slope of a surface on which the subject vehicle is travelling and/or where pitch of the subject vehicle has changed. Systems and methods disclosed herein may maintain such substantially constant following distance by managing engine torque. Such engine torque management effective for maintaining substantially constant following distance relative to a preceding target vehicle, notwithstanding change in driving surface slope and/or change in pitch of the subject vehicle, may be realized, according to the subject vehicle's torque map, based on data received into the subject vehicle's electronic control unit through sensors for detecting surface slope and sensors for detecting vehicle pitch, which may be located on the subject vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11860319
Abstract: A phase-contrast imaging detector includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a detection material that generates a measurable parameter in response to X-ray photons. Each pixel also includes a plurality of sub-pixel resolution readout structures. The sub-pixel resolution readout structures are in an alternating pattern with a spacing therebetween that is larger than a frequency of a phase-contrast interference pattern but small enough to enable charge sharing between adjacent sub-pixel resolution readout structures when an X-ray photon hits between the adjacent sub-pixel resolution readout structures. The phase-contrast imaging detector also includes readout circuitry configured to read out signals from the plurality of sub-pixel readout structures. The plurality of sub-pixel resolution readout structures includes two or more electrodes having alternating arms that form an interleaved comb structure.

  • Patent number: 11858354
Abstract: An emergency disconnect circuit for use with a high-voltage (HV) bus of a battery electric system, e.g., aboard a mobile system, includes a pyrotechnic switch and a manual switch. The pyrotechnic switch configured irreversibly opens in response to an electronic triggering signal to disconnect an HV battery pack from the HV bus in a first manner. The manual switch is arranged on a low-voltage (LV) bus in series with and between the pyrotechnic switch and an LV power supply. Transition of the manual switch from an open position to a closed position connects the LV power supply to the pyrotechnic switch. This causes the LV power supply to discharge the triggering signal to the pyrotechnic switch. When used aboard a mobile system, an electronic monitoring unit generates the triggering signal in a second manner in response to a threshold impact event.

  • Patent number: 11860356
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and systems that adaptively adjust the gain of the drive signal to a slow-scan mirror to compensate and stabilize the mirror to achieve desired performance metrics. Non-ideal characteristics of the slow-scan mirror, including the mirror and related assembly, exhibit behaviors that impact the overall gain of the device, which changes over time and operating environment. To compensate for these non-ideal characteristics, the drive signal to the slow-scan mirror may need to be adjusted to achieve the desired beam deflection angle. An adaptive inner loop gain control structure may be employed to dynamically adjust the gain of the inner-control loop to achieve a target gain such that the overall gain variations from the slow scan mirror and other components are scan mirror such that compensated and stabilized. The parameters, logic and blocks of the inner loop gain control may be implemented in hardware, software, or combinations thereof.

  • Patent number: 11862260
Abstract: Read disturb audit techniques that include algorithmically applying audit verify voltages to erased wordlines in an open memory block are described. In an audit verify technique, a pass-through voltage ensured to be higher than any threshold voltage of any cell is applied to each wordline in an open memory block that includes one or more programmed memory cells, and an audit verify voltage lower than the pass-through voltage is applied to each erased wordline. A first bit count representing a number of non-conductive bitline(s) is determined and compared to a threshold value to determine whether to continue or discontinue block operation. In an audit verify and audit gap technique, the erased wordlines are divided into disjoint first and second groups, and an audit verify voltage and a non-verify voltage are alternatively applied to the groups in different audit verify stages.
