A first aperture, opposing second aperture coaxially aligned with the first aperture, first auxiliary aperture, and opposing second auxiliary aperture coaxially aligned with the first auxiliary aperture are in fluid communication with the cavity. A first connection flange extends from and surrounding the first aperture and a second connection flange extends from and surrounding the second aperture. A rotatable bonnet inserted through the second auxiliary aperture and includes a cylindrical wall having an open first end, an end wall at a second end, and a plurality of openings through the wall. An actuator is mounted to the bonnet with an actuator shaft extending through an opening in the end wall. A valve plug is secured to the actuator shaft and positioned within the bonnet.
Abstract: A riser sensor unit is used to sense engagement of a subsea riser tool with a riser coupling. The riser sensor unit includes a power supply configured to convert alternating current to direct current, an intrinsic safety barrier connected to the power supply, and a first sensor powered by the intrinsic safety barrier. The first sensor is attached to a sub of the subsea riser tool and is configured to generate a first signal upon detecting contact of a bottom surface of the sub with the riser coupling. The intrinsic safety barrier is configured to receive the first signal from the first sensor and transmit the first signal to a control system located remotely from the intrinsic safety barrier.

Abstract: A control circuit is configured to connect to a cross-point memory array in which each conductive line, such as a bit line or word line, is connected to a transistor pair comprising a pMOSFET in parallel with an nMOSFET. When selecting a memory cell to be read, a voltage of a first conductive line may be pulled up using the pMOSFET in a conductive state while the nMOSFET is in a non-conductive state. Further, when reading the selected memory cell, the parallel nMOSFET of the first conductive line may be in a conductive state.

Abstract: A system for downhole optical analysis includes a housing forming at least part of a pressure barrier. The system also includes a window, formed at an end of the housing, the window being at least semi-transparent to permit light to travel through the window. The system further includes at least one light source, arranged within the housing, wherein the at least one light source is configured to emit a beam of light at a wavelength to enable non-contact, optical cleaning of the window, the wavelength being selected to reduce interaction with the window while heating a fluid film formed on the window outside the housing.
Abstract: A movable barrier operator system including a movable barrier operator configured to be connected to a movable barrier and move the movable barrier. The system includes a remote control configured to utilize a first security protocol to wirelessly transmit a communication to the movable barrier operator and cause the movable barrier operator to move the movable barrier. The movable barrier operator is configured to receive information representative of a second security protocol and to eliminate a compatibility of the movable barrier operator with communications from the remote control utilizing the first security protocol.

Abstract: The disclosed subject matter relates to a system and method for providing an automated assistant that retrieves information from a knowledge base in response to a user's natural language question. A user's natural language question voice is transformed into an intermediate representation. From the intermediate representation, a cypher query is generated which may be used to query the database. The query results are provided in response to the user. The transformation into the intermediate representation is database independent while the cypher query is dependent upon the database queried.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods that provide a graphical user interface for intuitively generating digital action sequences across one or more digital platforms. For example, the disclosed systems generate graphical user interfaces with tools to construct digital action sequences of platform actions performed based on event triggers. To facilitate building such digital action sequences, in some cases, the disclosed systems provide data for digital-action-sequence templates for easy selection of pre-matched event triggers and platform actions or tools to mix-and-match combinations of specific event triggers and platform actions. By providing such intuitive tools in a centralized graphical user interface, the disclosed systems can connect events across multiple platforms or across disconnected components of a single platform.

Abstract: Devices and methods for ultrasound image-guided percutaneous, cardiac valve implantation and repair comprise, in combination, a plurality of devices including but not limited to an ultrasound-image guided catheter, a pericardial sheath, a cardiac-valve delivery system and an ascending aortic filter. An image-guided catheter is utilized to introduce via an introducer needle and a guide wire a pericardium portal for permitting entry from the chest wall to inside the pericardial space between the pericardial outer lining and inner lining. The pericardium portal permits the use of ultrasound vision to locate a site proximate the left ventricular apex, for introduction of a sheath via a .myocardium needle into the left ventricular space at an angle and avoiding any coronaries or vessels. A first delivery system permits placement of at least one aortic filter which collects any emboli, particulate matter, plaque and prevents such matter travelling via the ascending aorta to the brain, causing a stroke.
Abstract: Methods and apparatus to estimate cardinality across multiple datasets represented using Bloom filter arrays are disclosed. Disclosed examples include processor circuitry to execute and/or instantiate instructions to determine an inclusion-exclusion expression that defines an audience size for a user group of interest. Terms in the inclusion-exclusion expression corresponding to either a first cardinality of a first one of at least three Bloom filter arrays or a second cardinality of a union of two or more of the Bloom filter arrays. Different ones of the Bloom filter arrays representative of different sets of users who accessed media. The at least one processor further to estimate, based on the inclusion-exclusion expression, the audience size of the user group of interest.

Abstract: A post processing system, method and computer program product content-adaptively transforms MPEG on-demand media streams, including a video optimizer software development kit (SDK); an application layer controlling the SDK interfacing with a mobile device operating and file system. Raw pixel frame buffers are parsed and structured. The buffers are normalizes for processing. Source content is analyzed in an uncompressed format for video patterns and characteristics and parameters are selected in a video codec output format. Estimated are parameters for portions and/or segments of the content. The content is recompressed and optimized in a content-adaptive manner to generate optimized content written into persistent storage of the mobile device, and segments of which are combined with an audio stream and/or a metadata stream information to generate a playable media stream in an ISO base media file format and/or a media file application specific format.

Abstract: A multiphase programming scheme for programming a plurality of memory cells of a data storage system includes a first programming phase in which a first set of voltage distributions of the plurality of memory cells is programmed by applying a first plurality of program pulses to word lines of the plurality of memory cells, and a second programming phase in which a second set of voltage distributions is programmed by applying a second plurality of program pulses to the word lines of the plurality of memory cells. The second programming phase includes maintaining a margin of separation between two adjacent voltage distributions of the second set of voltage distributions after each of the second plurality of program pulses. This scheme achieves better margin using an aggressive quick pass approach, which helps with data recovery in case of power loss events.
