  • Patent number: 11831762
Abstract: Secure credentials (e.g., Diffie Helman (DH) key pairs) may be generated independently of requests to establish communication channels between storage system ports (SSPs) and remote ports, such that secure credentials are pre-generated relative to the requests for which they are utilized to establish secure communication channels. For example, DH key pairs may be pre-generated, and each DH key pair stored in an entry of a DH key table. The number of DH keys to generate and store may be determined based on user input and/or the number of potential communication channels for the storage system. In response to a request to establish a communication channel, an IKE session may be executed, during which a pre-generated DH key pair may be obtained from the DH key table, from which symmetric for secure communication between the SSP and the remote port may be derived.

  • Patent number: 11831443
Abstract: A wireless device receives a DCI indicating a first priority of a transport block and a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing of a HARQ feedback of the transport block. The wireless device switches, after receiving the DCI and before the HARQ feedback timing, from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part. The wireless device transmits or drops the HARQ feedback based on whether or not the first priority of the transport block comprises a first value.

  • Patent number: 11827546
Abstract: Waste water is remanufactured with ozone in a series of mixing vessels. The ozone is dispersed to both a top and a bottom portion of each mixing vessel, but in different amounts. This creates an electrical potential difference across the height of each mixing vessel which significantly improves the oxidation of organic carbon-based impurities and eliminates H2S and bacteria. Sludge and solids floating to the top of each mixing vessels are removed, as well as sludge and solids settling to the bottom of the mixing vessels. When oil and gas well waste water is treated in this manner, the resulting treated water is purified and has a high salt content suitable for oil or gas well injection.

  • Patent number: 11828365
Abstract: Systems and methods are presented herein for providing a low-profile outer belt seal that has features enabling high levels of retention to a vehicle door assembly. The outer belt seal comprises a linear insert that has two exterior opposite sides. On at least one of the exterior opposite sides, a gripping structure protrudes to enable a friction-based connection between the outer belt seal and a wall of an opening into which the lower extending portion is inserted. A sealing lip extends from the linear insert and is arranged to make contact with a movable window capable of translating vertically proximate to the belt seal. The sealing lip creates a sealing surface that prevents water translating down the moveable window into a door assembly.

  • Patent number: 11827425
Abstract: A closure includes a flip-top structure and a tamper-evident band. The flip-top structure is restricted from being opened because it interfaces against an underlying protrusion, such as a thread of a container's neck. To open the flip-top structure the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck. When the closure is rotated with respect to the container neck, the closure is configured such that the tamper-evident band breaks before the flip-top structure is permitted to rotate to an open position. Thus, the closure prevents accessing the container's contents until after the tamper-evident band is broken even with the addition of a flip-top structure.

  • Patent number: 11831401
Abstract: A communication system that includes a master communication device at a first location in a defined indoor area, a service communication device at a second location in the defined indoor area, and passive optical routing devices at a plurality of locations in the defined indoor area. The master communication device obtains a first signal from a data source or a modem and directs a first laser beam carrying the first signal in a downstream path to a service communication device directly or via the plurality of passive optical routing devices based on defined connectivity criterions. The service communication device demodulates the first signal from the first laser beam, distributes one or more wireless signals to end-user devices, and further obtains one or more second signals from end-user devices and re-transmits obtained signals over second laser beam in upstream path to master communication device directly or via the passive optical routing devices.
