Abstract: An apparatus, and method, for a garment embedded secretion analysis. The system includes a liner that includes at least a sensor from a plurality of sensors. The system also includes a computing device embedded in the liner and communicatively connected to the at least a sensor, where the computing device includes a detection module configured to extract at least a biological sample from the user, authenticate the user as a function of the biological sample and a biological data of the user, detect a condition datum as a function of the biological sample and biological data of the user and determine an event datum as a function of the condition datum. Computing device also includes a safety module configured to receive the event datum and generate an alert datum as a function of the event datum.

Abstract: Apparatuses and techniques are presented for detecting bit line open circuits and short circuits in a memory device in which a memory die is inverted and bonded to a control die. In one approach, the control die comprises a set of bit lines which are connected to a set of bit lines of the memory die, and the set of bit lines of the control die comprise ground transistors, e.g., transistors connected to a ground node. Ground transistors of even-numbered bit lines may be commonly controlled, while ground transistors of odd-numbered bit lines are commonly controlled. The ground transistors may be controlled to detect open circuits and short circuits in the bit lines of the control die and the memory die. A laser scanning technique can also be used to determine a physical location of a defect of a bit line.
Abstract: Profile based services and content can assist with the backward and forward compatibility of conventional service layers or the like. Using a profile to manage content and access to services offered may reduce the overhead or processing associated with providing those value added services by service layers.

Abstract: A wireless terminal communicates test packets via alternative wireless access points, e.g., a WiFi access point, a 4G access point, a 5G access point, to a test server to evaluate alternative wireless links. Test scores are generated for each of the wireless links being evaluated based the performance of previous test packets transmitted over the link. In some embodiments, the controlled rate of test packet transmission over a wireless link is a function of WT speed and/or link score. Link test scores may be, and sometime are, conditionally cost adjusted based on the type of communications network, e.g., scores for more expensive networks, e.g., 4G cellular, are reduced to favor more inexpensive networks such as WiFi. The wireless terminal selects one or more of the alternative wireless connections to use for communication with a communications session end point based on the link scores.
Abstract: Methods and systems are described of location-based features using partition mapping. For example, the system may receive a user request for a location-based feature corresponding to a first location. The system may then determine a global-positioning coordinate of the first location and a first set of global-positioning coordinates defining a first grid partition in a global partition map, wherein a shape of the first grid partition corresponds to a polygonal face of a spherical polyhedral. The system may then determine whether the global-positioning coordinate is located within the first set of global-positioning coordinates. The system may then, in response to determining that the global-positioning coordinate is located within the first set of global-positioning coordinates, determine that the first location corresponds to the first grid partition.
Abstract: This disclosure provides a technology for managing elevated cytokine levels and the risk of cytokine storm in viral infection, exemplified by SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. A special mixture of cannabidiol (CBD), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), and cannabidivarin (CBDV) is extracted from the flowers and leaves of Cannabis sativa (industrial hemp). The purified oil is packed with a surfactant into small micelles, which considerably increases absorption by the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in higher potency and a more rapid onset of action. Daily treatment of patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 reduces the circulating level of the pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF?) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) by 25 to 50% or more. The level of circulating markers of ongoing inflammation, such as C reactive protein (CRP) and/or erythrocyte sedimentation rate (EST) are also reduced.

The drag mechanism alters a flight characteristic of the load.

Abstract: Among other things, we describe techniques for adjusting lateral clearance for a vehicle using a multi-dimensional envelope. A trajectory is generated for the vehicle. A multi-dimensional envelope is generated indicating a drivable region for the vehicle and containing the trajectory. One or more objects are identified located along or adjacent to the trajectory. At least one dimension of the generated multi-dimensional envelope is adjusted to adjust a lateral clearance between the vehicle and the identified one or more objects. Abstract: A prosthetic ankle includes a pair of prosthetic members movably coupled together to allow movement of the pair of prosthetic members with respect to one another. A hydraulic actuator or damper including hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic chamber is coupled to one of the pair of prosthetic members. A hydraulic piston is movably disposed in the hydraulic chamber and coupled to another of the pair of prosthetic members. A hydraulic flow channel is fluidly coupled between opposite sides of the chamber to allow hydraulic fluid to move between the opposite sides of the chamber as the hydraulic piston moves therein. A voice coil valve is coupled to the hydraulic flow channel to vary resistance to flow of hydraulic fluid through the flow channel, and thus movement of the piston in the chamber, and thus influencing a rate of movement of the pair of prosthetic members with respect to one another.
