Abstract: A sanitary in-line sight glass assembly is provided having separate first and second hollow connection bodies and a transparent tube retainable between and within the connection bodies when the connection bodies are secured together in an end-to-end abutting relationship. Gaskets are located within the connection bodies at opposite ends of the transparent tube and a clamp is provided for securing the ends of the connection bodies together such that the gaskets are compressed and form seals. The connection bodies include sidewalls having at least one opening through which the transparent tube is exposed for providing a viewing window into a flow path defined by the assembly. The clamp may be a circumferentially-extending clamp having ends secured together with a winged fastener able to be gripped by the hand of an installer such that the assembly can be assembled and disassembled manually without the use of a tool.

Abstract: A method for filtering data packets at a firewall system is disclosed that includes receiving a data packet having a plurality of fields at a processor, and determining whether a precondition exists, where an action is associated the precondition. The action associated with the precondition is performed if it is determined that the precondition exists. The data packet is processed using a plurality of rules if it is determined that the precondition does not exist for the one or more of the plurality of fields. A user associated with the data packet is identified, and it is determined whether one or more rules are stored in a cache for one or more of a plurality of groups associated with the user. The data packet is processed using the one or more rules stored in the cache if present.

The system includes a planetary gear train having a sun gear, a ring gear, and planetary gears meshed with both the sun gear and the ring gear. The planetary gears are mounted to a carrier. A carrier flange is in cooperation with the carrier to rotate with the carrier. A sun gear flange is in cooperation with the sun gear. Rotation of the sun gear flange rotates the sun gear. A lever is mounted adjacent to the sun gear flange. An accelerator actuation assembly is connected to the lever and configured to couple with the accelerator pedal. A brake actuation assembly is connected to the carrier flange and configured to couple with the brake pedal.

Abstract: A system, method and computer program is provided for generating customized text representations of audio commands. A first speech recognition module may be used for generating a first text representation of an audio command based on a general language grammar. A second speech recognition module may be used for generating a second text representation of the audio command, the second module including a custom language grammar that may include contacts for a particular user. Entity extraction is applied to the second text representation and the entities are checked against a file containing personal language. If the entities are found in the user-specific language, the two text representations may be fused into a combined text representation and named entity recognition may be performed again to extract further entities.

Abstract: A computing device, including a processor configured to perform data transfer scheduling for a hardware accelerator including a plurality of processing areas. Performing data transfer scheduling may include receiving a plurality of data transfer instructions that encode requests to transfer data to respective processing areas. Performing data transfer scheduling may further include identifying a plurality of transfer path conflicts between the data transfer instructions. Performing data transfer scheduling may further include sorting the data transfer instructions into a plurality of transfer instruction subsets. Within each transfer instruction subset, none of the data transfer instructions have transfer path conflicts. For each transfer instruction subset, performing data transfer scheduling may further include conveying the data transfer instructions included in that transfer instruction subset to the hardware accelerator.

Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for quantum error correction. A layered representation of error propagation through quantum error detection circuits is constructed. The layered representation includes multiple line circuit layers that each represent a probability of local detection events in a quantum computing system associated with potential error processes in an execution of a quantum algorithm. To construct the layered representation, potential detection events associated with each potential error process occurring at quantum gates in the quantum circuit are determined. Lines are associated with each potential error process, the lines each connecting a potential detection event associated with the potential error process to another potential detection event associated with the same potential error process or a boundary of the quantum circuit. Similar lines are merged and used to construct unique line circuit layers.
Abstract: A structural support system for a vehicle having a longitudinal axis extending from a front of the vehicle to a rear of the vehicle includes a cradle configured to support an engine of the vehicle, a structural side rail assembly having first and second side rails, a first set of six cradle attachments coupling the cradle to the first side rail, and a second set of six cradle attachments coupling the cradle to the second side rail. A predetermined portion of the cradle attachments of both the first and second set of six cradle attachments are designed to intentionally detach during a frontal impact event to facilitate absorbing impact energy and reducing deceleration and passenger compartment intrusion.

Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes determining a set of identigens for each phrase word of a phrase to produce sets of identigens. A set of identigens of the sets of identigens represents one or more different meanings of a phrase word of the phrase. The method further includes obtaining inflection information for one or more phrase words of the phrase. The method further includes selecting an identigen of a first set of identigens based on the inflection information to produce a first identigen selection for the first set of identigens having a selected meaning of one or more different meanings of the first phrase word. The method further includes interpreting remaining sets of identigens of the sets of identigens to produce an entigen group so that the entigen group represents a most likely meaning interpretation of the phrase.
