Abstract: A vehicle air register assembly includes a barrel. An adjustment member extends between a first side and a second side of the barrel. The adjustment member includes a housing and an engagement feature. A plurality of vanes are pivotally coupled to the barrel, each vane extends perpendicular to the adjustment member. Each vane defines a recess. The engagement feature extends through each recess. A knob assembly is coupled to the housing. The knob assembly includes a knob, a connector, and a base. The connector and the base are disposed within the housing.

Abstract: A user interface for a beer recipe creator may have a series of icons that may represent ingredients. A user may drag and drop or otherwise add the icons to containers on a display screen to add or remove ingredients to the recipe. With each added or removed ingredient, a set of descriptors may be updated. The descriptors may include numerical values of beer parameters as well as textual descriptions and visual descriptions. The system may allow a user to start with a desired beer style, and the parameters may show variances from the selected style. The system may generate an ingredients list, as well as a brewing recipe that may be transferred to a controller for a beer making machine. The system may adjust certain parameters that are controllable by the beer making machine to make flavor and other adjustments selected by a user.

Abstract: A solid pellet fueled apparatus having a duel auger system and multi/high speed auger motor is disclosed. The duel auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions towards a central burn pot. Each auger blade may service a separate solid fuel compartment provided in a single hopper. The auger motor may have a high-speed setting that may be selected for solid fuel clean out.

Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes determining whether baseline content associated with a longevity-contingent instrument is qualified for a proposed a non-fungible token (NFT) for an object distributed ledger. The baseline content includes an obligation provider identifier (ID) and an outcome recipient ID. When the baseline content is qualified, the method further includes determining an exposure level for the NFT and establishing NFT content. The method further includes causing generation of a new block affiliated with the NFT via a blockchain of the object distributed ledger, where the new block includes the NFT content.

Abstract: A method for managing annotation surfaces for a document includes receiving a request to add a note to a document, displaying a first user interface (UI) surface for the note, the first UI surface including an editable surface that is editable by a plurality of users and the first UI surface enabling visibility of content to the plurality of users in real-time, and attaching a second UI surface to the first UI surface, the second UI surface being a UI surface for a comment and the second surface UI surface requiring user action for posting the comment.

Abstract: The present embodiments describe an insulated drinking vessel with a multifunction lid. In an embodiment, the drinking vessel can be configured to receive a multifunction lid. The multifunction lid may, in one embodiment, include an opening for receiving a drinking straw. In an embodiment, the multifunction lid may additionally include an opening for drinking or sipping directly through the lid. In an embodiment, the lid may include an operable cover for covering at least one of the openings in a first position and for allowing access to the fluid through the opening in a second position. In a further embodiment, the lid may include a plurality of operable covers. A first operable cover may be configured for covering the drinking straw opening in a first position and allowing insertion of a straw in a second position. The lid may also include an operable cover for covering the sipping spout in a first position and allowing drinking directly through the spout in a second position.

Abstract: A fluid sample testing devices and methods are provided with a fluid collector having an elongated stem and an absorbent member affixed to a first end of the stem. An interior open channel extends from the first end of the stem to a distal second end of the stem. One or more lateral flow assay strips are positioned in the channel of the stem, and a sample reception member of each of the lateral flow assay strips is in fluid communication with the absorbent member. One or more test lines and a control line of the lateral flow strips are visible through a window portion of the stem. Fluid introduced into the absorbent member reaches the sample reception member and a test result is perceptible by a user or instrument via the window. Multiple analytes, drugs, diseases, biomarkers and the like may be detected. The swab assembly may be combined with compression tubes and housing to produce specimens for lab testing.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, document-based resolution of user inquiries may be facilitated. A predicted intent of the user is determined based on chat activity information associated with the user. A response to a user inquiry may be provided to the user via a chat interface based on the predicted intent. User response may be obtained for the response, which may indicate a failure in providing a resolution to the user (e.g., regarding a user inquiry). Upon detecting a failure in providing the resolution, a document associated with the user and matching the predicted intent may be obtained and presented to via the chat interface. The document may have content related to the predicted intent. The document may be presented as a response to the user response to seek a confirmation from the user regarding its relevance to the user inquiry.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that makes use of one or more image sensors of a device to provide users with information relating to nearby points of interest. The image sensors may be used to detect features and/or objects in the field of view of the image sensors. Pose data, including a location and orientation of the device is then determined based on the one or more detected features and/or objects. A plurality of points of interest that are within a geographical area that is dependent on the pose data are then determined. The determination may, for instance, be made by querying a mapping database for points of interest that are known to be located within a particular distance of the location of the user. The device then provides information to the user indicating one or more of the plurality of points of interest.

Abstract: In examples, a declaration of an ML model is identified within source code of a software project. As a result, a model wrapper may be generated for the ML model and used when compiling and/or executing the software code. Further, a representative object may be generated to enable management of the ML model during the software development process. As an example, model attributes associated with the ML model may be identified from the software code and used to manage the ML model accordingly. In examples, a runtime library associated with the ML model may be automatically included in the software project and/or training of the ML model may be automatically initiated. In some instances, a placeholder ML model or a partially trained or intermediate ML model may be used when building and executing the software project while the ML model is still being trained, thereby enabling continued software development.
