Abstract: A method of operating an aircraft interface device may comprise receiving a request for a data dictionary from an electronic flight bag application and transmitting the data dictionary to the electronic flight bag application. The data dictionary may comprise a mapping between a plurality of parameters associated with an aircraft and a plurality of parameter identifiers. Values of the parameters may be retrieved by the aircraft interface device. The method may also include receiving a request for values of one or more of the parameters from the electronic flight bag, retrieving values of the parameters, and transmitting the values of the parameters to the electronic flight bag application.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion having a face portion including a front surface, a back surface, a plurality of front grooves on the front surface, a face perimeter, and a back groove portion on the back surface. The back groove portion may include a back groove portion length extending on the back surface of the face portion proximate to the face perimeter. The back groove portion length may be greater than or equal to 50% of the face perimeter. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for accessing information associated with an organization hierarchy. In one aspect of the disclosure, a method includes transmitting, from a device to a server in which multiple group models are stored, an access request to access a first group model of the multiple group models. Each group model of the multiple group models is associated with a different organization and includes multiple group data structures, multiple group type data structures, and multiple group member data structures. Each group model is associated with group hierarchy information that indicates a hierarchy associated with the multiple group data structures associated with the group model. The method further includes receiving, at the device and based on the access request, first hierarchy information associated with a first group model. Abstract: An ophthalmic device includes a housing configured to hold an injectant chamber configured to store an injectant, a plunger disposed within the injectant chamber, and a stopper coupled to a distal portion of the plunger. The device also includes a hypodermic needle disposed at a distal end of the housing, and a sample chamber located within the housing adjacent to the distal end. The housing, hypodermic needle, and sample chamber are arranged such that when the stopper is moved to a first depth within the housing, the sample chamber is configured to receive material via the hypodermic needle. The housing, hypodermic needle, and sample chamber are also arranged such that when the stopper is moved to a second depth within the housing exceeding the first depth, the injectant chamber is configured to dispense the injectant through the hypodermic needle.

Abstract: An image capture device includes a plurality of independently formed camera channels. Each of the plurality of independently formed camera channels includes a respective sensor, wherein the respective sensor includes circuitry that controls an integration time of the respective sensor, and a respective lens that receives incident light and transmits the incident light to the respective sensor without transmitting the incident light to respective sensor of other camera channels within the plurality of independently formed camera channels. Further, a processor that is communicatively coupled to the respective sensor of each of the plurality of independently formed camera channels. The processor is configured to receive respective images from the respective sensor of each of the plurality of independently formed camera channels, and form a combined image by combing each of the respective images.

Abstract: Implemented is a check-in application instantiated on a user's local computing device, adapted to receive user updates on their current mental health status. The check-in application invites users to check in as frequently as they'd like and provides a calendar with push notifications to serve as reminders for users to check in. Each check-in response is assessed to determine a mental health severity level for a given user, typically broken down into low, medium, and high severity levels. Each severity level is associated with a set of automated procedures that the check-in application initiates based on the detected severity level. An incentive-based award system is also utilized within the check-in application to encourage users to periodically and consistently use the application.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion having a face portion for striking a golf ball and an enclosed interior cavity. A filler material may be inside the interior cavity and may reinforce the face portion. The filler material may include a low density polymer material to enable discretionary mass placement to other areas of the golf club head to improve certain mass properties of the golf club head. Abstract: A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.

Abstract: A condom, container and applicator for a condom, in which the condom is provided in a longitudinally expandable cup having a peel-off lid. The cup is typically formed of plastic material. The side wall of the container is expandable, and can include accordion-like pleats to allow for longitudinal expansion of the cup. The condom is placed in the cup such that it can be directly applied to the penis while still in the cup, and the cup used as an applicator to unroll the condom over at least the head of the penis by expanding the side wall of the cup. The disclosure also relates to a dispenser for storing and dispensing the condom containers.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed involving an augmented reality (AR) platform. An exemplary system includes a server and an apparatus, comprising a console, and possibly an auxiliary computing device. The console includes: a camera adapted to receive reality-based visual image input of targeted content and to generate reality-based video data thereof; and positioning sensors adapted to generate positioning data for determination of the position and orientation of the console. The console is adapted to communicate, directly or indirectly, video data and positioning data to the server and receive, directly or indirectly, from the server augmented-reality overlay data, which the server is adapted to generate based on the positioning data. The system is adapted to combine the AR-overlay data and the video data, to generate AR-overlaid video data, and to transmit the AR-overlaid video data to the console, which is adapted to display the AR-overlaid video data.

Abstract: A foam part for a vehicle seat having a textile layer and a foam body made from a polyurethane foam. The textile layer may be designed as a three-dimensionally formed non-woven layer. The non-woven layer may have a grammage of 800 to 1200 grams per square meter. A method for producing the foam part and for providing the vehicle seat having at least one foam part are described.

Abstract: A pre-certified payment application driver code configured to satisfy requirements of a particular level of a credit card data security certification compliance may be integrated with first and second POS applications to generate first and second integrated applications, respectively, as a fully integrated, tested and production-ready solution. Each integrated application meets all levels of data security compliance requirements and enables data security-compliant transactions with end-to-end encryptions by enabling, in response to a POS application initiating a payment transaction, a payment terminal to share an encryption key with a payment server. Each integrated application can receive payment data encrypted with the encryption key, transmit the encrypted payment data to the payment server for processing the payment transaction using the encrypted payment data, and receive a processing result of the payment transaction from the payment server and communicate the processing result to the POS application.

Abstract: A wireless device selects first resources for a first sidelink transmission in a resource pool. Second resources for the first sidelink transmission are determined to be selected based on: a sidelink preemption of the first resources by a second sidelink transmission, and a channel busy ratio (CBR) measurement of the resource pool. The wireless device selects the second resources based on the determining. The wireless device transmits the first sidelink transmission via the second resources.

Abstract: Methods and systems for flexible nodal layer 3 overlay of layer 2 traffic is described. A network includes an access device for receiving layer 2 traffic from user devices, a packet inspection device for inspecting the layer 2 traffic, and a layer 3 tunnel instantiation device for encapsulating the layer 2 traffic into layer 3 traffic. The layer 3 tunnel instantiation device provides a first tunnel endpoint for a layer 3 tunnel, which is connected to a second tunnel endpoint instantiated at a network gateway. The layer 3 tunnel instantiation device establishes a moveable demarcation between a layer 2 domain and a layer 3 domain with respect to the packet inspection device, where the access device and the packet inspection device operate in the layer 2 domain. The layer 3 traffic is transmitted over the layer 3 tunnel.

Abstract: A hybrid electric vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft. The hybrid electric VTOL aircraft generally includes a fuselage, a pair of wings, a pair of booms, a plurality of flight components and a power system. The wings are connected to the fuselage and extend generally laterally therefrom with each wing on either side of the fuselage. Each boom is connected to a respective one of the wings and extends generally longitudinally and parallel to the fuselage. The plurality of flight components is configured to provide thrust to the hybrid electric VTOL aircraft. The power system is configured to power the plurality of flight components and includes at least a fuel tank and a generator, and at least a battery. The at least a fuel tank is mounted to at least one of the booms. The at least a battery configured to power the plurality of flight components.

Abstract: A wireless device determines, based on a downlink reference signal (RS), one or more pathloss measurements. In an aspect of the wireless device, each of the one or more pathloss measurements is associated with at least one of sidelink RSs. The wireless device may further transmit, to a second wireless device, a sidelink signal using a transmit power. In an embodiment, a pathloss measurement, of the one or more pathloss measurements, used for determining the transmit power is associated with a sidelink RS of the sidelink RSs in response to the transmitting the sidelink signal being associated with the sidelink RS.

Abstract: Media monitoring and measurement systems and methods are disclosed. Some embodiments of the present invention provide a media measurement system and method that utilizes audience data to enhance content identifications. Some embodiments analyze media player log data to enhance content identification. Other embodiments of the present invention analyze sample sequence data to enhance content identifications. Other embodiments analyze sequence data to enhance content identification and/or to establish channel identification. Yet other embodiments provide a system and method in which sample construction and selection parameters are adjusted based upon identification results. Yet other embodiments provide a method in which play-altering activity of an audience member is deduced from content offset values of identifications corresponding to captured samples.

Abstract: Various innovations facilitate the use of intra-picture prediction modes such as palette prediction mode, intra block copy mode, intra line copy mode and intra string copy mode by an encoder or decoder when wavefront parallel processing (“WPP”) is enabled. For example, for a palette coding/decoding mode, an encoder or decoder predicts a palette for an initial unit in a current WPP row of a picture using previous palette data from a previous unit in a previous WPP row of the picture. Or, as another example, for an intra copy mode (e.g., intra block copy mode, intra string copy mode, intra line copy mode), an encoder enforces one or more constraints attributable to the WPP, or a decoder receives and decodes encoded data that satisfies one or more constraints attributable to WPP.
