  • Patent number: 12242490
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to intent driven dashboard recommendations. A plurality of collection specifications that declare visualization declarations may be provided such that each collection specification is associated with an author intent. And attributes-of-interest selected from a data source may be provided. A plurality of collections may be generated based on the plurality of collection specifications, the attributes-of-interest, or data from the data source such that each collection may include visualizations that may be based on the visualization declarations. A preference score may be generated for each collection based on the author intent, visualizations in each collection, or the attributes-of-interest. The plurality of collections may be classified based on the preference scores associated with the classified collections such that the classified collections may be displayed based on the preference scores.

  • Patent number: 12239647
Abstract: T cells harvested from an ALS patient are subjected to a de-differentiation and re-differentiation process to yield TREG/Th2 hybrid T cells and are then administered to the ALS patient as a cell therapy. The harvested T cells are first cultured in medium containing vitamin D, temsirolimus, and an IL-2 signaling inhibitor to de-differentiate the cells and then the de-differentiated cells are then transferred to a culture medium with IL-2, IL-4, and TGF-?.

  • Patent number: 12240414
Abstract: Upon detecting an absence of a user inside a passenger cabin of a vehicle, an object inside the passenger cabin is classified as one of preferred or nonpreferred. Upon classifying the object as preferred, a sensor is activated to monitor an environment outside the passenger cabin based on determining the object is visible from outside the passenger cabin. A priority level for the preferred object is determined based on data from the sensor, wherein the priority level is one of high or low. A vehicle component is actuated to reduce the priority level based on determining the priority level for the preferred object is high.

  • Patent number: 12239089
Abstract: A soybean cultivar designated 12430433 is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar 12430433, to the plants of soybean cultivar 12430433, to the plant parts of soybean cultivar 12430433, and to methods for producing progeny of soybean cultivar 12430433. The invention also relates to methods for producing a soybean plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic soybean plants and plant parts produced by those methods. The invention also relates to soybean cultivars or breeding cultivars, and plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 12430433. The invention also relates to methods for producing other soybean cultivars, lines, or plant parts derived from soybean cultivar 12430433, and to the soybean plants, varieties, and their parts derived from use of those methods. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds, plants, and plant parts produced by crossing cultivar 12430433 with another soybean cultivar.

  • Patent number: 12242602
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and non-transitory computer storage media for identifying malicious enterprise behaviors within a large enterprise. At a high level, embodiments of the present disclosure identify sub-graphs of behaviors within an enterprise based on probabilistic and deterministic methods. For example, starting with the node or edge having the highest risk score, embodiments of the present disclosure iteratively crawl a list of neighbors associated with the nodes or edges to identify subsets of behaviors within an enterprise that indicate potentially malicious activity based on the risk scores of each connected node and edge. In another example, embodiments select a target node and traverse the connected nodes via edges until a root-cause condition is met. Based on the traversal, a sub-graph is identified indicating a malicious execution path of traversed nodes with associated insights indicating the meaning or activity of the node.

  • Patent number: 12244466
Abstract: To provide a low latency near RT RIC, some embodiments separate the RIC's functions into several different components that operate on different machines (e.g., execute on VMs or Pods) operating on the same host computer or different host computers. Some embodiments also provide high speed interfaces between these machines. Some or all of these interfaces operate in non-blocking, lockless manner in order to ensure that critical near RT RIC operations (e.g., datapath processes) are not delayed due to multiple requests causing one or more components to stall. In addition, each of these RIC components also has an internal architecture that is designed to operate in a non-blocking manner so that no one process of a component can block the operation of another process of the component. All of these low latency features allow the near RT RIC to serve as a high speed IO between the E2 nodes and the xApps.

  • Patent number: 12244997
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and method for adjusting the audio output of a wearable device based on an audio gain profile of a user. The wearable device may receive an audiogram indicating one or more frequency ranges associated with hearing loss. The wearable device may determine the audio gain profile based on the audiogram. The wearable device may use one or more adjustment modules to determine a gain to apply to the audio output based on the audio gain profile. The adjustment modules may include an active noise control module, a hearing assistance module, and a transparency control module. The wearable device may determine the amount of gain to apply using a least mean square algorithm and/or a machine learning model.
