Abstract: Autonomous management of wireless connectivity of priority response vehicles is provided. It is received, from a communications network including a plurality of access points, the access points configured to provide communications services to priority vehicles and non-priority vehicles, locations of the priority vehicles over the communications network. A SON server is utilized, in communication with the plurality of access points, to optimize wireless connectivity for the priority vehicles. It is received, by an enhanced vehicle management system (EVMS) server, in communication with the SON server, network quality information from the SON server. The priority vehicles are routed based on the network quality information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for a maintaining consistent and reliable outputs from artificial intelligence (“AI”) based search systems that use pipelines with a dataset, AI model, and prompt. An application can send a query through a pipeline and set the result as a baseline for future results. The application can periodically resend the query through the pipeline and compare the new results to the baseline. If the new results vary from the baseline above a predetermined threshold, then corrective measures can be taken. This can include notifying an administrator or querying the pipeline for how to change the prompt so that results are more similar to the baseline.
Abstract: A processing platform may receive a plurality of images. The processing platform may determine respective asset types of the plurality of assets based on a computer vision technique. The processing platform may determine respective estimated values of the plurality of assets based on the respective asset types. The processing platform may provide information identifying the respective estimated values of the plurality of assets to two or more recipients. The processing platform may receive allocation information. The processing platform may determine a selected allocation of the plurality of assets for the two or more recipients based on the allocation information and using a second model. The processing platform may perform one or more actions based on the selected allocation.

Abstract: Disclosed is a lighting control method and a lighting control device for a light source having LEDs, and a lighting device and includes acquiring the number of LEDs and a control curve for controlling changes in brightness and color of the light emitted from each LED over time, the control curve defines the same brightness cycle and color cycle for each LED, the brightness cycle indicates a brightness period and a brightness curve of the change in brightness over time within each period, determining a time offset on the control curve according to the number of LEDs and the brightness change period, determining the starting timings of the remaining LEDs on the control curve according to the starting timing of the first LED and the time offset, and controlling each LED from the starting timing on the control curve, to emit light according to the brightness and color determined.
Abstract: A superconductor device includes a high superconductivity transition temperature enhanced from the raw material transition temperature. The superconductor device includes a matrix material and a core material. The enhancing matrix material and the core material together create a system of strongly coupled carriers. A plurality of low-dimensional conductive features can be embedded in the matrix. The low-dimensional conductive features (e.g., nanowires or nanoparticles) can be conductors or superconductors. An interaction between electrons of the low-dimensional conductive features and the enhancing matrix material can promote excitations that increase a superconductivity transition temperature of the superconductor device.

Abstract: Methods and systems for estimating a time of arrival for a vehicle at a destination are disclosed. The system will access an adjacency graph comprising nodes and edges. Each node is associated with a unique location in a geographic area in which the vehicle is traveling. Each edge connects two of the nodes and is associated with an estimated travel time between the two connected nodes. The system will select, from the locations in adjacency graph, a first location that is near the vehicle and a second location that is near the destination. The location and destination are each associated with nodes in adjacency graph. The system will calculate a shortest path along the edges in the adjacency graph from the location and destination nodes, and it will calculate an estimated time of arrival for the vehicle as a function of the estimated travel times along the shortest path.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dual-band dual-polarization splitter connecting a cross-shaped waveguide power divider to with an E-plane waveguide magic T and an ortho-mode transition through an E/H-plane 90° curved waveguide to form a new type of coaxial waveguide ortho-mode transition, thereby implementing the structure of coaxial circular waveguide feeding in high and low frequencies at the same time, reducing the length of the high-frequency transmission line, and reducing the transmission loss. Meanwhile, the present disclosure implements dual-polarization transmission in each frequency band, and can flexibly switch between vertical polarization and horizontal polarization when the dual-polarization has been converted to the single-polarization.
Abstract: A cargo transport system comprising a spine assembly and a container assembly. The spine assembly comprises a rigid spine and a plurality of mounts arranged on the rigid spine in a plurality of mount rows. The container assembly comprises a plurality of containers and is secured to the spine assembly using at least a subset of the plurality of mounts. Each container of the plurality of containers comprises a plurality of fittings for securing the container to the spine assembly and/or another container of the container assembly. Each mount row extends along a width of the spine assembly, and the plurality of mount rows are spaced apart at regular distance intervals along a length of the spine.
Abstract: An adjustable and modifiable jack plate for attaching and positioning an outboard motor to the transom of a boat. The jack plate has a lift plate to attach the outboard motor, the lift plate having cylindrical polymer bearings on each of two lateral sides, the two bearings slidingly received in bearing retainers configured as a pair of C-shaped channel members, each channel member having a unitary vertical flange. Each flange being connected to a cooperating flange of a pair of L-shaped wing brackets, the cooperating flanges forming a lap joint. The L-shaped brackets are easily replaced with different L-shaped brackets having different set back distances for optimizing performance. A control system includes a user interface that has up and down buttons, a plurality of memory buttons for returning the lift plate to specific stored positions, and a numeric readout the provides a specific lift measurement in units such as inches.
