Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing group images for distribution are described. Images corresponding to a group may be and sometimes are modified differently prior to being supplied to members of the group than when being supplied to entities which are not members of the group to which the image corresponds. Images of group members maybe and sometimes are replaced. Group members can provide an image to be used in the replacement process so that multiple group images which include a similar user determined image of the individual. This can make it appear that the same individual is present in multiple different group images while still not providing visual details of the actual individual in the group images.

Abstract: The subject invention provides materials and methods for improving facial skin, hair and scalp health using cosmetic yeast-based masks. In a specific embodiment, the subject invention provides a yeast-based mask for application to the face, which can improve the health and appearance of thereof. In another specific embodiment, the subject invention provides a yeast-based mask for application to the hair and scalp, which can aid in preventing hair loss, as well as improve the health and appearance of the hair and scalp. Methods of using the yeast-based masks are also provided.

Abstract: In one embodiment, an eyewear frame for a user includes at least a front portion with two side portions; two speakers, one in each side portion; a connection region at one side portion, with an electrical connector having two conductive pads to connect to corresponding conductive contacts of a counterpart connector; a rechargeable battery; a microphone in the frame; and wireless communication circuitry in the frame. The connection region can be provided at an inside surface of one of the side portions. The eyewear frame can also include a touch-sensitive input surface on the eyewear frame configured to provide an input to the frame to perform a function. Another embodiment includes a headset with an electrical connector having a conductive pad to connect to a corresponding conductive contact of a counterpart connector. The headset can also include an area for attachment via magnetic force.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides tobacco having genetic modification(s) in a group of ERF genes. Also provided are tobacco plants with altered total alkaloid and nicotine levels and commercially acceptable leaf grade, their development via breeding or transgenic approaches, and production of tobacco products from these tobacco plants. Further provided are compositions and methods for producing tobacco plants having novel mutations or alleles to reduce nicotine levels. Further provided are sequence polymorphisms and molecular markers for breeding tobacco with reduced nicotine or alkaloids while maintaining tobacco leaf grade and tobacco product quality.

Abstract: Orally adhering lozenges comprising soluble dietary fiber are provided herein. The orally adhering lozenges provided herein may be in the form of tablet-type lozenges comprising compressed powders and/or granules in at least two layers. The orally adhering lozenges include at least 30% soluble dietary fiber. The orally adhering lozenges also include an adhesive component to adhere the lozenge inside the mouth. The orally adhering lozenges are also low in cariogenic sugar, non-resistant starch, and polyols.

Abstract: Providing electric power distribution for fracturing operations comprising receiving, at a transport, electric power from a mobile source of electricity at a first voltage level and supplying, from the transport, the electric power to a fracturing pump transport at the first voltage level using only a first, single cable connection. The first voltage level falls within a range of 1,000 V to 35 kilovolts. The transport also supplies electric power to a second transport at the first voltage level using only a second, single cable connection.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a curable composition for an encapsulant film, the curable composition comprising: (A) a polyolefin; (B) a fumed alumina; (C) an organic peroxide; (D) a silane coupling agent; (E) a crosslinking co-agent; and, optionally, (F) an additive component comprising a UV stabilizer, wherein the polyolefin has a volume resistivity of less than 4.0E+15 ohm·cm. The present disclosure further relates to an encapsulant film made from such a curable composition and a PV module containing such an encapsulant film.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an intelligent door lock control method, related device, and system. A user's operation request may be received via a client terminal, and the operation request may be recognized to generate a recognition result. The recognition result may be sent to an intelligent door lock or a server. The intelligent door lock may reach a target state based on the recognition result, and response information of the intelligent door lock may be displayed on the client terminal. In this way, the user can control the intelligent door lock via the client terminal, obtain the real-time status of the intelligent door lock via the client terminal when the user changes the state of the intelligent door lock, thereby improving the user experience.

Abstract: A server-side application is provided that transfers images associated with a medical study. The application receives a request to view a medical study. In response, the application opens a WebSocket or a WebTransport communication protocol communication channel between the imaging application and the server-side application. The application retrieves the images associated with medical study and places them into a queue in a priority order based on metadata associated with the study. The application then transfers the images from the queue through the communication channel in priority order. If a change is detected in the priority order (e.g., the user selects a particular image or changes the view of the images), the application may change the priority order of the images that remain in the queue. The application may select a rate to transmit the images based on information about the quality of the connection between the server-side application and the imaging application.

Communication can be established between the one or more access points and the select routing device to define a mobility group comprising the one or more access points.

Provided are also methods of orally administrating a composition comprising amantadine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to a subject, which has reduced gastrointestinal side effects or sleep disturbances. Further provided are extended release oral compositions comprising amantadine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, that are suitable for once daily administration.
