  • Patent number: 11678031
Abstract: A user interface (UI) includes a video display area for presenting video content, a text entry field, and a comment section. The UI also provides UI controls for enabling a user to select a portion of the video content and for generating a typed hyperlink in the text entry field that references the selected portion of the video content. A UI control for creating a new comment in the comment section of the UI that includes the typed hyperlink from the text entry field is also provided. A user can select a typed link in a comment and, in response thereto, the content type for the referenced portion of the video content can be determined based on data in the selected link. A preview of the portion of the video content can then be presented based upon the determined content type.

  • Patent number: 11677580
Abstract: Disclosed are meeting spaces that are accessible through an adjoining facility or area, and associated systems and methods that provide automated levels of security for classified discussions. The meeting spaces are configured to automatically adapt to different levels of classification, e.g., from any of unclassified to top secret classifications. The meeting spaces are prevented from becoming active for their intended function until all required security features are activated. In some embodiments, the meeting spaces include one or more electronically opaquing privacy glass windows between the meeting space and the adjoining facility. The privacy glass can either appear as opaque, such as when a classified meeting or call is taking place or as a failsafe mode, or can be optically transmissive, such as when the space is unused, is used for unclassified purposes, and/or when the adjoining area is used at the same or higher level of classification.

  • Patent number: 11676393
Abstract: A method and server for training a machine-learning algorithm (MLA) to detect objects in sensor data acquired by a second sensor mounted on a second vehicle located at a second distance from the objects, the MLA having been trained to detect the objects in sensor data acquired by a first sensor mounted on a first vehicle located at a first distance from the objects. First sensor data acquired by the first sensor on the first vehicle is aligned with second sensor data acquired by the second sensor on the second vehicle. The MLA determines objects and objects classes in the aligned first sensor data. The object classes in the aligned first sensor data are assigned to corresponding portions in the aligned second sensor data. The MLA is trained on the labelled portions in the aligned second sensor data to recognize and classify objects at the second distance.

  • Patent number: 11678457
Abstract: A module is retained in a slot of an electronics chassis. A clearance space is provided for receiving the module in a slot of the electronics chassis by controlling an internal pressure of a bellows. The bellows forms a part of a retainer that is disposed on an elongated rail extending along a length of the slot. The bellows defines an internal bellows capsule which contains a fluid. Once the module has been inserted in the slot, the module is secured with the retainer by further controlling the internal pressure of the bellows to exert a force on the module.

  • Patent number: 11678421
Abstract: A decorative light string is provided that includes a plurality of light emitting diode (LED) illumination assemblies electrically connected in series and a stabilizing current or voltage circuit. Each of the plurality of LED illumination assemblies includes an LED. The stabilizing current or voltage circuit is electrically connected in series with the plurality of LED illumination assemblies. The stabilizing current or voltage circuit is configured to receive input power from an input power source and configured to supply a stabilized current or voltage to the plurality of LED illumination assemblies that provides a stable supply even with input power source fluctuations. Power fluctuations from an input power source can prevent the decorative light string from maintaining a desired brightness and desired LED life unless the voltage or current to the LED illumination assemblies is stabilized.

  • Patent number: 11676109
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for increasing dimensionality of data structures associated with filling positions. In some implementations, a prediction of desired experience for a given position to be filled may be used to increase the dimensionality of a searchable data structure that represents the given position. For example, the predicted desired experience may be incorporated into a searchable field of the data structure. Among other things, increasing the dimensionality of the data structure may facilitate more granular searching of positions and guided creation of new positions to be filled. In some implementations, a predicted desired experience may be used to notify a user posting a new position whether a specified desired experience corresponds to a predicted desired experience.

  • Patent number: 11675648
Abstract: Non-limiting examples of systems, methods, and devices for automatic triaging of diagnostic failures for heterogeneous groups of tenants of a Software-as-a-Service, multi-tenant environment are disclosed herein. In an implementation, telemetry data for the heterogeneous groups of tenants is analyzed to classify individual tenant failures and detect the health status of the individual tenant. Tenant failures and/or tenant health statuses are filtered according to a threshold level. Anomalies having metrics that meet or exceed the threshold level are further analyzed to determine their priority (e.g., to a specific tenant). If the anomalies are known, then an existing entry for the anomaly is tagged and its priority may be changed. If the anomalies are unknown, then an entry is generated for the anomaly and prioritized. Tenants may be notified of a detected anomaly and may provide feedback. The feedback may be used to update triaging models.

  • Patent number: 11677269
Abstract: Hybrid energy harvesting devices that harvest vibrational energy over a broad frequency spectrum using several different energy harvesting mechanisms that are operable over different frequency ranges. In one embodiment, a device uses an inductive current generator to convert vibrational energy at lower frequencies to electrical energy, and also uses one or more piezoelectric charge generators to convert vibrational energy at higher frequencies to electrical energy. The electrical energy produced by these different mechanisms is provided to a controller which processes the input energy and generates an output which is applied to an energy store such as a battery. The energy stored in the battery can then be drawn by a wireless sensor or other device. The energy harvesting device may have the same form factor as a conventional battery to allow installation in battery-powered equipment without modification.
