  • Patent number: 11675369
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs stored on computer storage devices, for coordinating movements of robots are disclosed. One of the methods includes, for each robot in a group of robots, identifying a set of tasks assigned to the robot and generating a plurality of candidate motion plans. The method further includes, for each candidate motion plan: (i) generating a 3D model that represents a volume of space through which the robot would move in executing the sequence of motions represented by the candidate motion plan, and (ii) determining a score for the candidate motion plan. The method further includes determining conflicts between candidate motion plans of different robots, selecting a motion plan from the candidate motion plans based on the score for the selected motion plan and the conflicts, and providing the selected motion plans for execution by the group of robots.

  • Patent number: 11677662
Abstract: A configurable directional 2D router for Networks on Chips (NOCs) is disclosed. The router, which may be bufferless, is designed for implementation in programmable logic in FPGAs, and achieves theoretical lower bounds on FPGA resource consumption for various applications. The router employs an FPGA router switch design that consumes only one 6-LUT or 8-input ALM logic cell per router per bit of router link width. A NOC comprising a plurality of routers may be configured as a directional 2D torus, or in diverse ways, network sizes and topologies, data widths, routing functions, performance-energy tradeoffs, and other options. The router and NOC enable feasible FPGA implementation of large integrated systems on chips, interconnecting hundreds of client cores over high bandwidth links, including compute and accelerator cores, industry standard IP cores, DRAM/HBM/HMC channels, PCI Express channels, and 10G/25G/40G/100G/400G networks.

  • Patent number: 11677954
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for video coding. In some embodiments, the apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry can decode encoding information for a block of a picture in a coded video bitstream. The encoding information indicates a position of a sub-region in the block and a position of an additional sub-region in each of at least one neighboring block of the block. A combined sub-region includes the sub-region and the additional sub-region in each of the at least one neighboring block. The combined sub-region is at a center of a combined block including the block and the at least one neighboring block. The processing circuitry can reconstruct first samples that are inside the combined sub-region using residue data of the first samples and reconstruct second samples that are outside of the combined sub-region in the combined block without residue data.

  • Patent number: 11673537
Abstract: A plastic clip core assembly is disclosed for use in a rotary brush in a carwash. The plastic clip core is comprised of a plastic clip core, a plurality of longitudinal washing elements (“LWE”) and an equal plurality of plastic clips. The plastic clip core assembly is mated to a rotational hub, creating a rotary brush. The plastic clip core has a plurality of semi-cylindrical void cavities, each with an adjoining cylindrical void cavity. Each plastic clip has two parallel members, a first member and a second member. Each LWE has an upper edge, lower edge, free edge, and a cylindrical mount. A first member of a plastic clip fits into the cylindrical mount of the LWE and the semi-cylindrical void cavity. The second member of the plastic clip fits into the cylindrical void cavity, thus securing the LWE to the plastic clip core. The plastic clip core mates with the rotational hub in a no-slip condition.
