  • Patent number: 11647373
Abstract: A load control system may include one or more wireless control devices that may be associated via a programming device. An identifier for a first wireless control device may be determined in response to an actuation of a button on the first wireless control device. An association between the first wireless control device and a second wireless control device may be defined at the programming device. The identifier for the first wireless control device may be transmitted to the second wireless control device, which may cause the first wireless control device to enter a sleep mode. The first wireless control device may enter the sleep mode after an actuation of a button on the first wireless control device. The identifier may be determined in response to the actuation of the button on the first wireless control device and/or prior to the first wireless control device entering the sleep mode.

  • Patent number: 11643604
Abstract: A process and an apparatus are disclosed for the recovery of components from a hydrocarbon gas stream containing significant quantities of components more volatile than methane (hydrogen, nitrogen, etc.). The gas stream is partially condensed, then the remaining vapor is expanded to lower pressure and supplied to a fractionation tower at a mid-column feed position. The condensed liquid is cooled and divided into two portions. The first portion is expanded to tower pressure, heated by cooling the liquid, and supplied to the tower at a lower column feed position. The second portion is further cooled, expanded to tower pressure, and supplied to the tower at a top feed position. The tower overhead vapor is heated by cooling the second portion. The quantities and temperatures of the feeds to the tower maintain the overhead temperature of the tower whereby the major portion of the desired components is recovered.

  • Patent number: 11643995
Abstract: A variable flow area injector for a liquid rocket engine. The injector has a poppet with a variable outer width portion and a housing with a variable inner width portion. An annular flow path is defined between the variable width portions. Increased throttling of the engine passively increases the annular flow area of the injector by forcing the poppet in a distal direction. Decreased throttling allows a restoring spring to move the poppet in a proximal direction to decrease the annular flow area. A bellows can be included to dampen movement of the poppet. The bellows may be in a propellant-filled cavity separate from the main propellant flow path and have a series of openings through which the separate propellant flows.

  • Patent number: 11642225
Abstract: A bone fusion implant is provided for treating conditions of Proximal Interphalangeal (PIP), Distal interphalangeal (DIP), and metatarsophalangeal (MTP) foot joints. The bone fusion implant may be a cortical bone allograft sized to fuse the foot joint to be treated. A proximal portion of the implant may be pressed into a hole drilled in a proximal bone portion of the foot joint, and a distal portion of the implant may be pressed into a hole drilled in a distal bone portion of the foot joint. Ramps on the proximal and distal portions facilitate press-fitting the implant into the holes in the bone portions. Side ramps ensure that the bone fusion implant remains substantially aligned with the foot joint while the distal portion is pressed into the hole into the distal bone portion. Grooves on the ramps alleviate pressure and ease inserting the implant into the holes in the bone portions.

  • Patent number: 11645610
Abstract: A system, method, and a package tracking device for tracking the movement of a package to prevent theft of the package are described. According to an embodiment, a package tracking device adapted to be attached with a package is described. The package tracking device having a unique device identification number allows a user, through an application interface running of a wireless communication device, to associate a geographical boundary (geo-fencing) with the delivery address of the package. The package tracking device operates in a passive tracking mode when the package is within the defined geographical boundary, generates a first signal when the package is moved from a drop location, generates a second signal when the package is moved out from the geofencing associated with the delivery address and operates in active tracking mode when the package is moved out from the geofencing associated with the delivery address.

  • Patent number: 11643919
Abstract: An apparatus, system and/or method for making observations down a wellbore are provided. The wellbore observation system may comprise a mandrel that can be run downhole, and telescoping tracks can be utilized to move a camera and semi-conforming inflatable bladder out of the mandrel and into the wellbore. Once the bladder is inflated, it displaces high turbidity fluid in the wellbore to allow the camera to move about a track and observe the wellbore unobstructed. An alternative embodiment allows the mandrel and telescoping tracks to be utilized with other tools to perform cleaning, fishing, diagnostic, and analytic operations.

  • Patent number: 11647034
Abstract: Enriched access data supports anomaly detection to enhance network cybersecurity. Network access data is enriched using service nodes representing resource provision and other services, with geolocation nodes representing grouped access origins, and access values representing access legitimacy confidence. Data enrichment provides a trained model by mapping IP addresses to geolocations, building a bipartite access graph whose inter-node links indicate aspects of accesses from geolocations to services, and generating semantic vectors from the graph. Vector generation may include collaborative filtering, autoencoding, neural net embedding, and other machine learning tools and techniques. Anomaly detection systems then calculate service-geolocation or geolocation-geolocation vector distances with anomaly candidate vectors and the model's graph-based vectors, and treat distances past a threshold as anomaly indicators.
