Patent number: 11626160Abstract: Technology for sensing non-volatile memory cells in which one or more sense nodes are charged to a sense voltage having a magnitude that improves sensing accuracy. One sense node may be charged to different sense voltages when sensing different memory cells at different times. Multiple sense nodes may be charged to a corresponding multiple different sense voltages when sensing different memory cells at the same time. The one or more sense nodes are allowed to discharge based on respective currents of memory cells for a pre-determined time while applying a reference voltage to the memory cells. The Vts of the selected memory cells are assessed based on respective voltages on the one or more of sense nodes after the pre-determined time. Different sensing voltages may be used based on bit line voltage, bit line resistance, distance of memory cells from the sense node, or other factors.Type: GrantFiled: February 3, 2021Date of Patent: April 11, 2023Assignee: SanDisk Technologies LLCInventors: Huiwen Xu, Bo Lei, Jun Wan

Patent number: 11625511Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable automated roof planning using a processor. The processor receives a digital image of a roof of a structure and models each roof plane of the roof to generate a roof model. The processor determines dimensions of each roof plane based on the roof model. The processor retrieves roofing accessory data from a database, the roofing accessory data solar roofing accessory part identifiers and solar roofing accessory part performance characteristics for solar roofing accessories. The processor simulates multiple candidate roof layouts based on the dimensions of each roof plan and the solar roofing accessory parts and determines a utilization prediction for each candidate layout. Based on each utilization prediction, the processor determines a particular roof layout having selected solar roofing accessory parts, and generates a solar roof design, including a list of materials, for the particular roof layout.Type: GrantFiled: November 18, 2022Date of Patent: April 11, 2023Assignee: BMIC LLCInventors: Zachary Richard Campau, Rich Robinson

Patent number: 11623140Abstract: A video game is executed on a cloud gaming server for play by a user. User data for the user is stored in a cloud storage server. A data access request issued by the video game is received by a management server. The data access request identifies requested user data stored in the cloud storage server. The requested user data is copied from a lower performance data storage device within the cloud storage server into a high-speed data storage device within the management server. The high-speed data storage device operates at a higher data rate and a lower latency than the data storage device within the cloud storage server. The high-speed data storage device in the management server is used to fulfill the data access request by the video game instead of using the lower performance data storage device in the cloud storage server to fulfill the data access request.Type: GrantFiled: November 30, 2020Date of Patent: April 11, 2023Assignee: Sony Interactive Entertainment LLCInventor: Roelof Roderick Colenbrander
