Abstract: A fishing lure system includes a link and link enclosure and a variety of attachments. The enclosure includes a channel dimensioned to snugly fit over the link and defined by walls of a rigid material such as to resist deformation of the link when the link is under stress (e.g., a pulling fish). The link may be attached to a spinnerbait frame that is constructed of a specially looped elongated component (e.g., wire) forming two legs at roughly 90 degrees to each other. The frame and loop are formed through a series of wire bends that support the 90 degree angle against deformation when the frame is under stress. The link may be attached to a swimbait body constructed with a cavity within which the lure’s hook is substantially concealed. The link or frame may be attached to a spinnerbait blade comprising an outer blade encapsulating and inner feature.

Abstract: The present technology includes a system and method for monitoring a donor organ tissue using Raman spectroscopy. The technology enables real-time quantification of the mitochondrial redox state in the tissue sample taken from an organ intended for transplant using a compact device. The system is based on resonance Raman spectroscopy which can quantify a mitochondrial redox state in tissues using a Resonance Raman Reduced Mitochondrial Ratio. The mitochondrial redox state of the tissue sample acts as a marker of tissue function and may distinguish healthy versus damaged tissue. Moreover, these measures may correlate with transplantation outcomes.

Abstract: A data system is provided for analyzing and maintaining data obtained from one or more data sources on which the data system depends. The system includes a primary database including current values used by the system and a collection of executable algorithms used to generate the data maintained in the primary database. In response to receiving a notification regarding a change in one of the data sources, a dependency database is used to establish an execution order for algorithms of the algorithm collection that are directly or indirectly dependent on the changed data. The algorithms identified in the execution order are then executed in accordance with the execution order and the corresponding result is stored in the primary database. The system may include data harvesters adapted to recognize changes in the data sources and to generate and transmit corresponding change notifications when such changes occur.

Abstract: Electrical connectors for very high speed signals, including signals at frequencies at or above 112 GHz, with high density. Such connectors may be formed with fine features molded into portions of the connector housing to support closely spaced signal conductors. The signal conducts may nonetheless be accurately positioned, which leads to uniform impedance and other electrical characteristics that enable high frequency operation through the use of skeletal members that restrain bowing and twisting of housing components that position, directly or indirectly, the signal conductors. The skeletal members may be simply incorporated into the housing components by stamping a metal skeleton from a metal sheet in conjunction with one or more carrier strips. The housing component may be overmolded around the skeleton and then severed from the carrier strips.

Here, the candidate hypothesis corresponds to a candidate transcription for an utterance and the initial alignment for the candidate hypothesis includes a sequence of output labels. Each output label corresponds to a blank symbol or a hypothesized sub-word unit. The method also include receiving a subsequent sequence of audio encodings characterizing the utterance.
