Abstract: Disclosed are devices, systems, and methods for producing broad spectrum disinfectants, sanitizers, cleaner and deodorizers using chlorine dioxide compositions, and more particularly, to methods for producing chlorine dioxide compositions having improved long term stability by the proper choice of pH and through the careful choice of other product formula ingredients.
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe implementing bitmap-based data replication when a primary form of data replication between a source device and a target device cannot be used. According to one example, a temporal identifier may be received from the target device. If the source device determines that the primary replication method is unable to be used to replicate data associated with the temporal identifier, a secondary replication method may be initiated. The secondary replication method may utilize a recovery bitmap identifying data blocks that have changed on the source device since a previous event.

Abstract: Techniques for diagnosing failures in a digital solenoid I/P converter are provided herein. A controller of the I/P converter may apply a fixed voltage to an I/P coil of the I/P converter, causing an armature to move from an off-position to an on-position in a properly-functioning I/P converter. The controller may receive an indication of whether a digital logic line trip has occurred, indicating that a current for the I/P coil has reached a desired maximum current level. The controller may remove the fixed voltage applied to the I/P coil when the maximum current level is reached or when a threshold period of time has elapsed from the application of the fixed voltage to the I/P coil. The controller may diagnose, based on whether the digital logic line trip occurred prior to removing the fixed voltage, a failure in the I/P converter.

Abstract: Management of key information as described herein enables a respective service provider to distribute encrypted content to subscribers, preventing improper use of the content without authorization. For example, the service provider can distribute encrypted content for recording by a subscriber at a remote location. At or around a time of recording the encrypted content, and on behalf of the user, the service provider initiates storage of the corresponding decryption information that is needed to decrypt the recorded encrypted content. In order to play back the recorded segments of the encrypted content, the subscriber communicates with a server resource to be authenticated. Subsequent to being authenticated, the server resource distributes a copy of decryption information needed to decrypt the previously recorded segments of encrypted content to the subscriber.

Abstract: A depth sensing system is configured to track one or both eyes of a user. The depth sensing system includes a transducer chip comprising a phased array of ultrasound transducers that transmit a signal at an eye of the user and detect a reflected signal from the eye. A controller estimates an orientation of the eye based on the reflected signals received by the phased array. The depth sensing system may be part of a headset that includes a display element configured to display content to a user wearing the headset.
Abstract: A method for controlling touch screen, apparatus and device, a storage medium and a processor are provided, the method including that: a detection result is acquired, the detection result is used for representing whether a touch behavior over a touch panel of a touch screen exists; a feedback signal is determined according to the detection result; and a working mode of the touch screen is controlled according to the feedback signal.

Abstract: A method of network-based media processing (NBMP) can include receiving a function description of a media processing function from a function repository at a workflow manager in an NBMP system. The function description can include a configuration descriptor providing configuration information of parameters for the media processing function. The parameters can have logical relationships represented by a parameter representation graph constructed according to a set of rules. The media processing function can be instantiated as a media processing task that is part of a workflow. The media processing task can be configured based on the configuration information of the parameters in the configuration descriptor.
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining whether a particular feature or change implemented in at least one test store causes a significant change as compared to one or more control stores are discussed. More particularly, techniques for using a time-series clustering algorithm to identify comparable sister stores to a store in which a feature change is being considered are described. Once the sister stores are identified a testing module can perform an A/B testing so as to validate whether a particular feature change being implemented in the test store causes a significant change as compared to the control stores.
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for an x-ray imaging system. In one example, a method for decelerating a rotor of an x-ray tube of an imaging system includes controlling and/or monitoring a speed and position of the rotor, passing the rotor through a first position where a force exerted on the rotor, is less than Earth's gravitational pull, the force due to a combination of gravity and radial acceleration, and initiating a predefined deceleration profile to decelerate the rotor to a halt when the x-ray tube passes through the first position.

Abstract: An engine system includes an intake manifold and a charge-air cooler disposed upstream of the intake manifold. The charge-air cooler includes a housing defining an enclosure having a water reservoir, a heat exchanger disposed within the enclosure, and a valve disposed within the enclosure. The valve has a flap that is movable between an open position in which airflow is permitted across the water reservoir and a closed position is which airflow across the water reservoir is inhibited.
Abstract: A method includes driving, while producing a burst of pulses at a pulse repetition rate, a spectral feature adjuster among a set of discrete states at a frequency correlated with the pulse repetition rate; and in between the production of the bursts of pulses (while no pulses are being produced), driving the spectral feature adjuster according to a driving signal defined by a set of parameters. Each discrete state corresponds to a discrete value of a spectral feature. The method includes ensuring that the spectral feature adjuster is in one of the discrete states that corresponds to a discrete value of the spectral feature of the amplified light beam when a pulse in the next burst is produced by adjusting one or more of: an instruction to the lithography exposure apparatus, the driving signal to the spectral feature adjuster, and/or the instruction to the optical source.
