Abstract: A method includes providing a server including a memory and a processor coupled to the memory; defining a plurality of databases in the memory, the databases including fields for respective client matters, and the databases including a plurality of notes for respective matters, the notes including text, and the databases including a plurality of buzzwords; associating respective buzzwords with descriptive pages; generating a user interface including a text editing screen area in which a user can type text for a note, the text including a plurality of terms; comparing terms to the buzzwords and, in response to a term matching a buzzword, indicating that the matching term is a buzzword in the user interface. Other systems and methods are also provided.

Abstract: A first device may receive a request to establish a replication session between a second device and a third device, where the replication session is associated with replicating user interactions with a user interface of an application across a first instance and a second instance of the application. The first device may receive, after receiving the request, information identifying a set of interactions by a user of the second device with a first user interface provided for display by the first instance. The first device may determine, from the information, a set of instructions related to causing an indication for the set of interactions to be provided for display on a second user interface provided for display for the second instance based on the information being received from the second device. The first device may provide, after determining the set of instructions, the set of instructions to the third device.

Abstract: A patient isolation unit (PIU) for use in marine rescues. The PIU of this invention is useful to safely transport personnel exposed to, or potentially exposed to, an identified and/or known infectious agent or chemical warfare agent (CWA) on marine vessels and/or aircraft such as Coast Guard boasts, cutters and aircraft. The PIU has a generally tapered tubular shape compatible with wire rescue baskets conforming in shape to the human body and into which an injured, sick, or disabled person can be safely strapped, such as the Stokes litter rescue basket for hoisting and fit in rotary wing aircraft.

Abstract: An air circulator with a vane control system to direct and adjust airflow patterns. According to an exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides adjustable, vertical vanes that are attached to the outlet of a tower fan. According to a preferred embodiment, the vanes are pivotally mounted in such a way that by turning a knob, the vanes can either be directed into a focused air-flow pattern or adjusted to a divergent air-flow pattern, or at any setting in between.

Abstract: A method and system is provided for assisting a user to assign a label to words or spans of text in a transcript of a conversation between a patient and a medical professional and form groupings of such labelled words or spans of text in the transcript. The transcript is displayed on an interface of a workstation. A tool is provided for highlighting spans of text in the transcript consisting of one or more words. Another tool is provided for assigning a label to the highlighted spans of text. This tool includes a feature enabling searching through a set of predefined labels available for assignment to the highlighted span of text. The predefined labels encode medical entities and attributes of the medical entities. The interface further includes a tool for creating groupings of related highlighted spans of texts. The tools can consist of mouse action or key strokes or a combination thereof.

Abstract: Techniques for call recovery for multiple call failures are described and may be implemented via a wireless device to adapt to a variety of different wireless scenarios. For instance, when multiple call failures for a call occur over a particular set of radio access technologies, an IP-based call and/or a direct device-to-device call can be implemented to complete the call.

Abstract: A vertical member, which is preferably a support post used in a molten metal pump, includes a ceramic tube and tensioning structures to add a compressive load to the tube along its longitudinal axis. This makes the tube less prone to breakage. A device, such as a pump, used in a molten metal bath includes one or more of such vertical members.

Abstract: A method for producing an image of an object with a MRI system includes providing a Shear In Readout Encoding Imaging (SIREN) gradient pulse in a phase gradient signal waveform. The phase gradient signal waveform is applied to a phase gradient coil of the MRI system. The application of the SIREN gradient pulse provides a SIREN k-space of the object which has SIREN k-space lines with a shear angle. A MR image space data from the SIREN k-space is then obtained by applying a reconstruction technique. Finally, the image of the object is generated by transforming SIREN MR image space data into regular image space data using a decoding algorithm based on the shear angle.

Abstract: An asset inventory for a site location is conducted by providing a user with a mobile interface, collecting a site ID, collecting an equipment ID, collecting equipment asset information, associating the equipment ID and equipment asset information with the site ID, and storing the equipment asset information, equipment ID, and site ID in one or more data repositories. Site surveys are conducted based on a system comprising a server, one or more data repositories, a mobile data interface, a network, and a series of rules corresponding to service and maintenance of site equipment.

Abstract: In a general aspect, a plurality of distinct quantum processor unit (QPU) instances are utilized to execute a quantum computation. Hybrid classical-quantum computing methods and systems are described which utilize the plurality of QPU instances in the execution of quantum computations.

Abstract: One example system comprises a substrate and a waveguide disposed on the substrate to define an optical path on the substrate. The waveguide is configured to guide, inside the waveguide and along the optical path, a light signal toward an edge of the waveguide. The edge defines an optical interface between the waveguide and a fluidic optical medium adjacent to the edge of the waveguide. The system also includes an optical fluid and a fluid actuator configured to adjust a physical state of the optical fluid based on a control signal. The adjustment of the physical state of the optical fluid causes an adjustment of the fluidic optical medium adjacent to the edge.

Abstract: A method and system for intelligently notifying collaborators of activity on collaborative content include receiving a first indication of a first collaboration activity performed on a first document by a first collaborator among a plurality of first collaborators associated with the first document and responsive to receiving the first indication, obtaining first activity information for the first document comprising the first collaborative activity and one or more second collaborative activities performed on the first document. The method and system determine a lifecycle stage of the first document, analyze the first activity information and the lifecycle stage of the first document to identify one or more second collaborators among the plurality of first collaborators associated with the first document to notify of the first collaborative activity, and provide for displaying the first collaboration activity to the one or more second collaborators.

The case alignment boss is adjacent the nose and has a diameter greater than the nominal groove diameter of a rifle barrel of the same caliber as the bullet. The groove is adjacent the sealing boss and has a diameter less than the nominal groove diameter of the barrel. The case alignment boss is adjacent the groove and has a diameter approximately equal to or less than the nominal groove diameter of the barrel. The bore riding surface has a diameter approximately equal to the nominal bore diameter of the barrel.

Abstract: Provided is a method of repairing a firearm noise suppressor that includes a baffle chamber unit and a removable identification band with identifying indicia thereon with material of an area of the band is affixed to the baffle chamber unit to prevent the removal of the band without a machining process to the selected area. The method includes machining the affixed area of the band to remove the affixed material, removing the band from the baffle chamber unit, repairing or preplacing the baffle chamber unit, reinstalling the band on the baffle chamber unit, and affixing a different area of the band to the baffle chamber unit to prevent the removal of the band without a machining process.

Abstract: A crosslinked biobased hydrophilic foam comprising a reaction product of: a cleaned biobased polyoxyalkylene glycol polyol with an ethylene oxide content of at least 40 mole percent, constituting 31.80 to 67.95 percent biogenic carbon content by weight, constituting less than 15 ppm combined sodium and potassium metals, and comprising less than 0.5% water by weight; an isocyanate, wherein the isocyanate and the cleaned biobased polyoxyalkylene glycol polyol are premixed to create a prepolymer mixture with the cleaned biobased polyoxyalkylene glycol polyol of the prepolymer mixture; and water, wherein the water is admixed with the prepolymer mixture to yield the crosslinked biobased hydrophilic foam.

At least a conductor comprises a direct current conductor configured to conduct a direct current; and an alternating current conductor configured to conduct an alternating current. A charger may also include a failure monitor circuit, the failure monitor circuit configured to: detect a failure and initiate a failure mitigation procedure as a function of failure detection.

The hinge housing is coupled to a first hinge arm extending into to the first device housing a second hinge arm extending into the second device housing. The first hinge arm has a first pin extending from a terminal edge of the first hinge arm that engages a first slot defined by a first bracket fixedly coupled to the first device housing. The second hinge arm has a second pin extending from a terminal edge of the second hinge arm that engages a second slot defined by a second bracket fixedly coupled to the second device housing. The first pin translates with the first slot and the second pin translates within the second slot, respectively, when the first device housing and the second device housing pivot to change a displacement between the hinge housing and the device housings.

Abstract: Disclosed are examples for providing functions to receive a media file to be stored in a media repository. In the examples, a location in the media repository may be assigned to the media file. A media file address in a blockchain platform may be assigned to the media file. Metadata including the assigned location in the media repository and the assigned media file address in the blockchain platform may be added to the media file. A media file hash value may be generated by applying a hash function to the media file including the metadata. The media file hash value may be included in a message and uploaded to the assigned media file address in the blockchain platform as a transaction in the blockchain. An indication that the media file is uploaded to the media repository may be delivered to a subscriber device from which the media file was received.
