Abstract: This document relates to creating and/or updating a chatbot using a graphical user interface. For example, training dialogs for a chatbot can be displayed in a tree form on a graphical user interface. Based at least on interactions between a developer and the graphical user interface, the training dialogs can be modified in the tree form, and training dialogs can be updated based on the modifications provided on the tree form via the graphical user interface.

Abstract: Wireless receivers in 5G and 6G are generally configured to discard faulted messages and request retransmission of the entire message. Disclosed is a procedure enabling the receiver to determine which specific message elements are faulted, and then to request only the faulted portion be retransmitted. Substantial time and wasted power can thereby be saved. The receiver can identify the faulted message element(s) by calculating a modulation quality of each message element and specifying only that portion of the message containing those message elements. For example, the receiver can determine the modulation quality by comparing a difference between the message element's amplitude or phase modulation and the closest predetermined amplitude or phase level of the modulation scheme. A deviation larger than a threshold value strongly suggests that the message element is wrong. The SNR and other factors can also be included in a formula to identify faulted message elements.
Abstract: The present disclosure introduces automated and repeatable processing for determining and managing volumes of objects within a digital environment. In one non-limiting example, processing of the present disclosure automatically generates volumes of static objects from associated meshes within a gaming environment. However, the present disclosure is applicable to determine a volume of any type of object within any type of digital content. From an original mesh of an object, a low-frequency volumetric mesh (reduced mesh) is automatically generated. A volume of an object may be automatically determined from analysis of the reduced mesh. Volumetric data is then be integrated within digital content for a variety of applicable use cases. For example, a reduced data set is created to approximate light sources relative to the interior of a static object (e.g., building) within a digital environment, enabling developers to create more realistic representations of lighting within that static object (e.g., building).
Abstract: When attending an event at a venue, the attendee typically presents ticket information that is scanned by a venue scanner. In conventional systems, once validated, the scanner prints a paper stub that typically includes seat location data. Production of this paper stub can be dispensed with, and the associated data conveyed by the paper stub as well as additional information not contemplated or possible with paper stubs can be conveyed by an electronic stub or e-stub that resides on a device of the attendee, generally the same device employed to present the ticket information.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for managing charge availability of a charge unit (CU) to obtain charge for a battery of an electric vehicle (EV) is provided. The CU includes a computer for processing at least part of the method and for communicating with a server over a network. The method includes receiving, by the server, status information from the computer of the CU. The method includes sending to the computer of the CU instructions to make a reservation for the CU. The reservation is for a user account that has requested a desire to charge the battery of the electric vehicle of the user at the CU or another CU. The method includes sending, by the server, a confirmation for the reservation to the user account. The confirmation is viewable via a device having access to the server via the user account. The method includes sending, by the server, a data regarding a time of availability of the CU to the user account for the reservation.
Abstract: A trailer system for a vehicle includes a trailer having a trailer body, wheels, and a trailer tongue for hitching the trailer to a towing vehicle. A rear end of the trailer body is pivotally and detachably attachable at a rear of the vehicle. When attached at the rear of the vehicle, the trailer is pivotable between a stowed position, where the trailer is vertically oriented along the rear of the vehicle, and a lowered position, where the trailer is lowered such that the wheels are at the ground. When attached at the rear of the vehicle and in the stowed position, the front end of the trailer body is at or near an upper region of the vehicle. When attached and in the lowered position, the trailer functions to allow items to be unloaded from the vehicle and onto the trailer body.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods of producing a gas at a variable rate, the methods comprising dynamically mixing dry particles comprising a precursor and dry particles comprising a proton-generating species to produce a gas and wherein the gas is produced at a rate that is varied by varying the amount of time the dry particles comprising the precursor and the dry particles comprising the proton-generating species are dynamically mixed, the rate at which the dry particles comprising the precursor and the dry particles comprising the proton-generating species are dynamically mixed, or a combination thereof.
Abstract: A guidewire having a first end and a second end, and comprising two or more guidewire modules. Each guidewire module has a first end and a second end. Each guidewire module is configured to be attachable to a second guidewire module by at least one of: attaching the first end of the guidewire module with the second end of the second guidewire module, and attaching the second end of the guidewire module with the first end of the second guidewire module.

Abstract: A display device includes a diffractive optical element and a tunable light source operable in different states including a first state and a second state. The tunable light source provides first light having a first wavelength while the tunable light source is in the first state and second light having a second wavelength, distinct from the first wavelength, while the tunable light source is in the second state. The first wavelength and the second wavelength correspond to a first color band. The diffractive optical element is positioned to receive and redirect the first light and receive and redirect the second light. The diffractive optical element has a first focal length for the first light and a second focal length, distinct from the first focal length, for the second light.
Abstract: A backup data storage system includes non-volatile memory units, a disk interface coupled to at least some of the non-volatile memory units, a connection component that facilitates exchanging data with the backup data storage system, and a smart network interface controller, coupled to the disk interface and the connection component to provide tape emulation to a host coupled to the backup data storage system. The disk interface, the connection component, and the smart network interface controller may be coupled using a PCIe bus. Tape data written to the backup storage device may be stored on the non-volatile memory units. A processor coupled to the smart network interface controller and the disk interface may receive the data from the smart network interface controller and may provide the data to the disk interface to store the data on the non-volatile memory units. The connection component may be a FICON connection component.
