  • Publication number: 20220268835
Abstract: This document describes techniques and systems for leakage screening based on power prediction. In particular, the described systems and techniques estimate, during a silicon manufacturing process, use-case power (e.g., low power, ambient power, high power, gaming power) to apply leakage screening for apart (e.g., a chip package). In some aspects, measurable silicon parameters (e.g., leakage values, bin values, processor sensor values) may be used for use-case power prediction. Using the described techniques, a maximum allowable predicted use-case power can be determined and used for leakage screening regardless of an individual rail leakage or voltage bin assignment.

  • Publication number: 20220271921
Abstract: Secure selective token-based access control includes receiving a data access request from over a computer communications network, extracting a token from the request, selecting a decryption key for use in decrypting the token and attempting decryption of the token using the decryption key. Thereafter, on condition that the decryption key successfully decrypts the token into decrypted data, a creation date of the token in the decrypted data may be read and a rule applied to the creation date, the rule determining whether or not to expire the token. Finally, in response to a determination by the application of the rule to expire the token based upon the creation date of the token, the token is expired from subsequent use in authorizing servicing of the data access request, but otherwise the data access request is authorized for servicing.

  • Publication number: 20220272775
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems, methods, and apparatus enabling communications between a mobile network node (e.g., base station, eNB, gNB) and a large number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices by defining IoT device groups comprising at least one primary IoT device and a plurality of secondary IoT devices. The mobile network node communicates directly with group primary IoT devices via a mobile network protocol, and the group primary IoT devices further communicate with the secondary IoT devices via a local wireless protocol. Identifiers are used to identify secondary IoT devices that are the source of transmitted uplink messages, or the target/destination of downlink messages. Identifiers may be bundled or concatenated such that the primary IoT devices can manage messages or other communications to/from the base station, which in turn handles all backhaul services necessary to support the group of IoT devices.

  • Patent number: RE49191
Abstract: A computer controlled locomotive brake (CCB) configured for setting and releasing the retainer valves of the railcars of a train. The CCB may initially recharge the brake pipe to a pressure slightly less than the retainer valve release pressure. The CCB may then continue charging to this level until the brake pipe flow, measured at the CCB on the controlling locomotive and the brake pipe pressure on the last car, as measured by an end of train device, indicate that the pressure in the braking system reservoirs are substantively equal to the brake pipe pressure. Once the reservoirs are substantively charged, the CCB may complete the brake release and recharge by recharging the brake pipe pressure to its final charge so that all retainer valves are released and the train has sufficient braking system recharge to safely control movement of the train.
