  • Patent number: 11418854
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods are provided. A manifest associated with a first video may be generated. The manifest may include a first web address associated with accessing the first video, one or more first milestone markers of the first video, and/or one or more first beacon web addresses associated with the one or more first milestone markers. The manifest may be transmitted to a first client device. An indication addressed to a first beacon web address of the one or more first beacon web addresses may be received from the first client device. It may be determined, based upon the indication addressed to the first beacon web address, that the first client device displayed a first portion of the first video corresponding to a first milestone marker, of the one or more first milestone markers, associated with the first beacon web address.

  • Patent number: 11412930
Abstract: An optical measurement system comprising an optical source configured for delivering sample light in an anatomical structure, such that the sample light is scattered by the anatomical structure, resulting in physiological-encoded signal light that exits the anatomical structure, an optical detector configured for detecting the physiological-encoded signal light, and a processor configured for acquiring a TOF profile derived from the physiological-encoded signal light, the initial TOF profile having an initial contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) between a plurality of states of a physiological activity in the anatomical structure. The processor is further configured for applying one or more weighting functions to the initial TOF profile to generate a weighted TOF profile having a subsequent CNR greater than the initial CNR between the plurality of states of the physiological activity.

  • Patent number: 11418497
Abstract: A system is provided for facilitating access to data stored in a cloud-based storage service. Data associated with a user account is stored at the cloud-based storage service. A portion of the data is associated with a heightened authentication protocol. A request for an application to receive data that is associated with the heightened authentication protocol is received at the cloud-based storage service. In response to the request, the request is authenticated based on the heightened authentication protocol. In response to authenticating the request, permission is granted for the application to receive the data that is associated with the heightened authentication protocol. In response to a locking of the data that is associated with the heightened authentication protocol, an indication that the data is unavailable is sent to the application.

  • Patent number: 11415794
Abstract: A beam scanner for a near-eye display includes a beam-folded pupil relay configured for receiving a light beam reflected from a tiltable reflector and relaying the light beam to an exit pupil while preserving the beam angle of the reflected beam. The beam-folding pupil relay includes a beamsplitter, e.g. a polarization beam splitter configured to redirect the beam to a curved reflector, which sends the beam towards the exit pupil. Polarization of the light beam reflected from the curved reflector may be changed to an orthogonal polarization by a waveplate disposed in an optical path of the light beam between the polarization beam splitter and the curved reflector, enabling the reflected light beam to propagate through the polarization beam splitter towards the exit pupil. A pupil-replicating waveguide may be disposed proximate the exit pupil. A 2D tiltable reflector or a pair of 1D tiltable reflectors may be used.

  • Patent number: 11416856
Abstract: An arbitraged enhanced payment processing system in association with a distributed enhanced payment processing system includes a merchant point of sale (POS) terminal system and a remote payment management system. The POS terminal system initiates a transaction that includes receiving a payment amount, a purchaser account identifier, a virtual electronic payment indicator, and a merchant ID via a payment client. Subsequently, the POS terminal system outputs the transaction to the remote payment management system which generates a token for the transaction. The payment management system then provides the purchaser account identifier, a merchant account identifier, and the payment amount to a payment processing servicer. Upon receiving a payment processing servicer response, the payment management system outputs the response and token to the POS terminal system.

  • Patent number: 11416636
Abstract: In various embodiments, a personal data processing system may require guardian consent (e.g., parental consent) for a data subject in order to collect, store, and or process the subject's personal data. The system may prompt the data subject to initiate a request for guardian consent or the system may initiate a request for guardian consent without initiation from the data subject (e.g., in the background of a transaction). In some embodiments, the system may require guardian consent when a data subject is under the age for valid consent for the particular type of personal data that will be collected as part of a particular transaction. Data processing systems may generate and store one or more consent records memorializing valid consent for data processing from data subjects and/or from guardians on their behalf (e.g., in the case of a minor data subject).

  • Patent number: 11415427
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating return journey notifications include obtaining a request for navigational directions to a target destination. An outbound journey route from an initial location to the target destination can be determined, wherein the outbound journey route includes an estimated outbound journey time. A return journey route from the target destination to a return destination can be determined, wherein the return journey route includes an estimated return journey time. The outbound journey route and/or return journey route can be determined at least in part from one or more of current traffic conditions or historical traffic conditions. One or more notifications regarding the return journey route can be generated when comparing the estimated outbound journey time to the estimated return journey time results in a determination that one or more predetermined criteria are met.

  • Patent number: 11417162
Abstract: An circuit includes a first inductive coil and a second inductive coil each including a plurality of metal traces. The first and second inductive coils are each configured to receive a first signal from an electromagnetic field and generate respective first and second output voltages. Each of the first inductive coil and the second inductive coil are configured to inductively couple to the electromagnetic field. A first circuit element is configured to receive the first output voltage and generate a first response at a first power level of the first output voltage. A second circuit element is configured to receive the second output voltage and transition to an active state to perform one or more functions when the second output voltage exceeds a second power level. The first and second power levels are related to movement of the first and second inductive coils through the electromagnetic field.

  • Patent number: 11418509
Abstract: A cloud-based storage architecture provides for the isolation of client data in a distributed manner using a hub-and-spoke account mechanism within the cloud. Individual client data is securely isolated while still providing a master account with access to all data, including providing access from common applications to all of the data. Thus complete client isolation is achieved while simultaneously sharing the code necessary to process the data in the cloud. A separate client account may be maintained for data stored at separate physical locations, such as may be required under various privacy laws and regulations; in this manner, no data is required to leave a specified geopolitical location in order for processing to occur.
