Abstract: A cable attachment that accommodates fundamental movement patterns of a user. The cable attachment includes a structural connector with a mounting aperture, a sleeve forming a first aperture at one end and a second aperture at an opposite second end and a webbing loop. The webbing loop having a webbing fabric with opposing first and second surfaces extending from a sewn end to a sleeve end. The webbing fabric is fixed to itself proximate the aperture for a sewn length. At the opposite end of the webbing fabric it is fixed to the second aperture of the sleeve. The sleeve surrounds the webbing fabric and slides along the webbing fabric to allow adjustment of the length of the webbing fabric to accommodate the fundamental movement patterns of the user.

Abstract: An order management system in electronic communication with a database may be configured to manage concurrent update requests for the order data stored in the database. In particular, the order management system may be configured to receive two or more order modification requests, determine that the second order modification request includes one or more aspects that conflict with the modified order and includes one or more aspects that do not conflict with the modified order, send a notification to the second user, wherein the notification includes the one or more aspects that conflict with the modified order, and modify the modified order according to the one or more aspects of the second order modification request that do not conflict with the modified order to create a second modified order.

Abstract: The subject disclosure relates to solutions for testing lighting systems and in particular, for verifying lighting system operability in the event of a power failure. A process of the disclosed technology can include steps for receiving an interrupt command, toggling an interrupt relay in response to the interrupt command, and measuring one or more lighting characteristics of the lighting array to determine if the second power supply can power the lighting array. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems and methods for monitoring for and preempting the risk of a future occurrence of a quarantine violation, such as by using behaviors and/or actions (e.g., pre-identified behaviors, preemptive actions, etch determined via one or more different devices, sensors, sensor arrays, and/or communications networks (e.g., the Internet of Things (IOT), social networks, etc.).
Abstract: An LDPC parity check matrix, includes a systematic portion having a plurality of systematic elements having a value, the value each systematic element determining a cyclic shift to be applied to rows of an identity submatrix corresponding to that element; and a parity portion having a plurality of panty elements having a value, the value of each parity element determining a cyclic shift to be applied to rows of an identity submatrix corresponding to that element; wherein the weights of each column of a group of columns of the parity portion is the same. The LDPC parity check matrix may be used for data access, communication and storage, and may be used, for example for communications among a plurality of network nodes.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which are stored machine-readable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to receive resource information correlated to a virtual private cloud (VPC). The resource information may be for discovery of resources in an instance in the VPC. The processor may upload the resource information to a cloud storage connected to the VPC. The resource information may be downloaded to an agent on the instance in the VPC to perform the discovery of resources in the instance to generate discovery information. The processor may receive the generated discovery information from the cloud storage. The generated discovery information may be uploaded to the cloud storage from the agent.
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include multilayer blown films having a cling layer and a release layer, wherein the cling layer comprises (i) an ethylene/alpha-olefin elastomer, and (ii) a polyethylene polymer selected from ultra-low density polyethylene, a very low density polyethylene, or combinations thereof, and the release layer comprises an ethylene/alpha-olefm resin.
Abstract: A device for a patient-specific acetabular and/or femoral guide. The guides can be used in a selected resection of at least one of a femur and an acetabulum to increase a range of motion of the femur relative to the acetabulum. Generally, a natural acetabulum and femoral head are maintained.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure disclose an imaging system, including an eye interface device, a scanning assembly, a beam source, a free-floating mechanism, and a detection assembly. The beam source generates an electromagnetic radiation beam. The detection assembly generates a signal indicative of an intensity of a portion of the electromagnetic radiation beam reflected from the focal point location. A subsequent focal point of the electromagnetic radiation beam may be adjusted per the measured intensity signal. In some embodiments, an intensity signal below a lower threshold value may suggest a depth increase for a subsequent focal point. An intensity signal above an upper threshold value may suggest a depth decrease for a subsequent focal point. And, an intensity signal between the lower and upper thresholds may suggest a depth be maintained for a subsequent focal point. The focal point may be adjusted after each pulse or after a plurality of pulses.

Abstract: Techniques involve: in response to a first session for asynchronous snapshot replication being established between a first source device and a destination device, determining whether the first source device and the destination device have a common baseline snapshot. Such techniques further involve: in response to determining absence of the baseline snapshot, determining whether initial synchronization from a second source device to the destination device is completed. Such techniques further involve: replicating, based on a result of the determining, at least one user snapshot at the first source device to the destination device. Accordingly, duplicated user snapshots at the destination device are significantly reduced. The snapshot management and space utilization of the destination device are also improved.
Abstract: A device can include a plurality of regions, each region including a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells; a permission store configured to store a set of permission values, including at least one permission value for each region in a nonvolatile fashion; and access control circuits configured to control access to each region according to the permission value for the region, including one or more of requiring authentication to access the region, encrypting data read from the region, and decrypting data for storage in the region. Related methods and systems are also disclosed.

Abstract: A first wireless device receives from a base station, a configuration message indicating: a first power control parameter set for a first sidelink feedback type; and a second power control parameter set for a second sidelink feedback type. A sidelink feedback type indication of one of: the first sidelink feedback type; and the second sidelink feedback type is received from a second wireless device. Based on the sidelink feedback type indication one of the first power control parameter set and the second power control parameter set is selected as a selected power control parameter set. A transmit power of a sidelink feedback signal is determined based on the selected power control parameter set. The sidelink feedback signal is transmitted to the second wireless device based on the transmit power.
