    Abstract: The present invention is a lamp apparatus that includes a reservoir for flammable liquids and a wick that can be incorporated with a post and within the cap of a post, such as a deck or fence post. The apparatus can include an external housing that attaches to a post and contains and conceals the internal components of the lamp apparatus within the external housing. This external housing can resemble and function as the cap of a post. The apparatus may allow for a user to remove a snuffing cap from the top of the external housing and ignite the lamp's wick, which then allows the post to function as a torch. The apparatus may also allow for a user to place the snuffing cap back on the top of the external housing to extinguish the flame and discreetly conceal that a lamp is contained within the cap of the post.

The C2-5 alkanes are converted to olefins by thermal olefination, without the use of a dehydrogenation catalyst and without the use of steam. The product olefins are fed to an oligomerization reactor containing a zeolite catalyst to crack, oligomerize and cyclize the olefins to the fuel products which are then recovered. Optionally, hydrogen and methane are removed from the product olefin stream prior to oligomerization. Further optionally, C2-5 alkanes are removed from the product olefin stream prior to oligomerization.

A user device receives a signal from a plurality of antenna arrays of one or more base stations. Each of the base stations may dedicate a same set of resource elements for narrow-band communication with user devices outside of a standard range of a single antenna array. The user device determines a quality of the signal received over the dedicated communication resources and generates an index to identify preferred resources for communicating with the one or more base stations. The user device then communicates the index to the base stations to enable the base stations to establish a narrow-band wireless connection with the user device.
