Abstract: This document describes reporting beam failure by a user equipment (110) to a base station (121) in a radio access network (140), in which the user equipment (110) receives a first uplink grant (502) and initiates a beam recovery procedure (504). Based on the beam recovery procedure determining that a beam has failed, the user equipment (110) transmits, using the first uplink grant, a first Media Access Control Protocol Data Unit including a first MAC Control Element that indicates a first Synchronization Signal Block and a second Synchronization Signal Block, the transmission being effective to cause the base station (121) to determine that, based on receiving the first Synchronization Signal Block, the beam failure was detected by the user equipment (110) on the first Synchronization Signal Block (506).

Abstract: The managing of sensed signals used to sense features of physical entities over time. A computer-navigable graph of sensed features is generated. For each sensed feature, a signal segment that was used to sense that feature is computer-associated with the sensed feature. Later, the graph of sensed features may be navigated to that features. The resulting signal segment(s) may then be access allowing for rendering of the signal evidence that resulted in the sensed feature. Accordingly, the principles described herein allow for sophisticated and organized navigation to sensed features of physical entities in the physical world, and allow for rapid rendering of the signals that evidence that sensed features.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods, apparatuses, and non-transitory computer-readable storage mediums for video encoding/decoding. An apparatus includes processing circuitry that decodes profile information for a plurality of image slices in prediction information of a coded video bitstream. The profile information includes profile identification information of a profile in which each of the image slices in the coded video bitstream is intra coded. The processing circuitry performs intra prediction on each of the image slices in the coded video bitstream. Further, the processing circuitry reconstructs at least one image picture based on the intra prediction.

Abstract: An operations integration processor generating tag names from an array of objects in a language-independent data format different than a tag format for integration with a tag-based control and data acquisition system. The operations integration processor receives a response from a web service and parses the response to identify one or more objects and corresponding values in the array contained in the response. The response includes an array of objects and is in a language-independent data format different than a tag format. The processor configures a selected object of the array to act as a unique index for the array of objects and generates one or more tag names from the parsed response. The tag names each represent a tag having at least one of an object and a value associated with it based on the information provided in the response. The generated tag names include the selected object in an array index part thereof.

Abstract: A system for consolidating and reconciling invoices includes: an input port receiving benefits information related to insurance benefits recipients and invoices from one or more benefits vendors; a rules engine enforcing rules on the benefits information, the rules engine being configured to monitor the benefits information for determining exceptions based on the rules; a processing unit including a consolidation module and reconciliation module; the reconciliation module analyzing and comparing each invoice against the benefits information to detect inaccuracies in each invoice, the inaccuracies being designated as exceptions; and the consolidation module merging the invoices into a single bill. During merging, the processing unit calculates an adjusted invoice amount for the invoice which has the exception and incorporates the adjusted invoice amount into the single bill. An output port transmits the single bill to a client device for making a single deposit of funds to settle the invoices.
Abstract: The instant invention provides for novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, containing cationic lipids, for use as vaccine adjuvants and/or as antigen delivery systems. It is an object of the instant invention to provide LNP formulations that demonstrate enhancements in humoral and/or cellular immunogenicity of vaccine antigens, particularly subunit vaccine antigens, when utilized alone or in combination with immunostimulatory agents (e.g. small molecule or oligonucleotide TLR agonists). The instant invention further identifies physical and chemical properties of the LNP formulations that can be manipulated to enhance antigen efficiency and adjuvant tolerability in vivo.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, submitted confidential data of a certain cohort (e.g., title, region, organization) is split into two components covering different portions of the cohort attributes (e.g., a first portion for (title, region)-wise confidential data values and a second portion of organization-wise compensation adjustments). These two portions are then analyzed separately and the inferences from both models are integrated together to obtain predictions for compensation values for the cohort as a whole.
Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more messages including one or more configuration parameters of a cell. The one or more configuration parameters indicate physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) resources for transmission of a message A (MsgA) payload of a two-step random-access procedure of the cell. A medium access control (MAC) layer of the wireless device is reset based on a request from a radio resource control (RRC) layer of the wireless device. The PUSCH resources are released based on the reset of the MAC layer.
