The highlight may be a segment of the audiovisual content deemed to be of particular interest. Audio data for the audiovisual content is stored, and the audio data is automatically analyzed to detect one or more audio events indicative of one or more occurrences to be included in the highlight. Each audio event may be a brief, high-energy audio burst such as the sound made by a tennis serve. A time index within the audiovisual content, before or after the audio event, may be designated as the boundary, which may be the beginning or end of the highlight.

A source storage device is selected from the storage devices according to the determined balance indexes. A source extent is selected from a set of extents that have been allocated in the source storage device. Data in the source extent is moved to an idle extent in a destination storage device in the storage devices. The extents in the stripes may be distributed as evenly as possible in the storage devices, thereby ensuring load balance of the storage system and managing the stripes in the storage system in a more effective manner.

The second fiber is woven together with the first fiber and insulated from the first fiber. The brace also includes a selectively electrically activated cross-linking agent between the first and second fibers. The agent is constructed to cross-link in a first active mode when the first and second fibers are electrified and is constructed to not cross-link in a second inactive mode when the first and second fibers are not electrified. The brace surrounds a body part, such as a knee or neck. The agent can include an ER fluid and/or EAP. A brace system includes a selectively electrically activated brace for the part of the body.

The unfiltered water line is fluidly coupled between the medial water line and a blend water line. The blend water line receives filtered water at a first flowrate from the reverse osmosis cartridge and unfiltered water at a second flowrate from the blend valve. The first flowrate and the second flowrate are substantially equal to produce a consistent total dissolved solids value.

    Abstract: An improved roller shade system provides increased support, additional adjustments and/or increased safety. The slip plate allows the brake to slip forward and minimize damage to the clutch spring when a user pulls too hard on the hembar. The center drive mechanism extends through a bracket to allow the drive shaft to distribute power in both directions and drive two shade tube simultaneously. The tube adapter absorbs force from the spinning shade tube to minimize damage to the other components and the bead chain. The sprocket has a back wall supporting the sprocket, allowing the sprocket 130 to rest on the back flange of the sun gear to minimize pressure on the gears. An adjustment arm is adjusted to help level the shade band. The shade bands may be removed without disturbing the other shade bands in the system. A height of a hembar may be adjusted by rotating a rod within the hembar.
