Abstract: Methods, systems and computer readable storage medium for processing coherent data are provided. In an embodiment, a method for processing coherent data includes dividing the coherent data into two separate frames. Further, the method includes applying a same coherency number to the two separate frames and transmitting a signal including the two separate frames to a receiving module. The method also includes determining whether the two separate frames match based on the same coherency number. When the two separate frames match, the method outputs the two separate frames to downstream logic. The method may include adding the two separate frames to a buffer populated with a selected number of most recently received frames and, when the two separate frames do not match, identifying a selected frame from the two separate frames and searching the buffer for a matching frame from the most recently received frames.

Abstract: Systems and methods for receiving GNSS and corrections signals by a GNSS rover. The GNSS rover may include a radome enclosing a GNSS antenna and a GNSS front end. The GNSS rover may also include a corrections antenna attached to a connection housing and configured to receive corrections signals from a base station. The connection housing may be configured to removably attach to the radome. The GNSS rover may further include a corrections front end enclosed within the radome and electrically coupled to the corrections antenna via capacitive coupling when the connection housing is removably attached to the radome. The GNSS rover may further include a first capacitor plate enclosed within the radome and positioned substantially parallel to an outer wall of the radome and a second capacitor plate enclosed within the connection housing and positioned substantially parallel to an outer wall of the connection housing.

Abstract: A voltage error signal is provided to a PWM controller of a voltage regular and used to produce a PWM signal that drives a power stage of the regulator. When operating in an adapter current limit regulation mode, an adapter current sense voltage, indicative of an adapter current, is compared to an adapter current reference voltage to produce an adapter current error signal. A compensator receives the adapter current error signal and outputs a compensated adapter current error signal. The adapter current sense voltage, or a high pass filtered version thereof, is subtracted from the compensated adapter current error signal to produce the voltage error signal provided to the PWM controller. Alternatively, an input voltage, or a high pass filtered version thereof, is added to the compensated adapter current error signal to produce the voltage error signal.
Abstract: A method for syndesmosis fixation including at least one suture anchor configured to be implanted into bone and at least one suture assembly configured to extend from the suture anchor and about at least a portion of a fibula when the suture anchor is implanted in a tibia on either side of a fibular notch of the tibia. The suture assembly is selectively adjustable from a non-tensioned condition to a tensioned condition to stabilize and reduce the fibula relative to the tibia.

Abstract: Adjustable-size jaw sub-assemblies, jaw assemblies made from such sub-assemblies, and tools, particularly hand tools, made using such jaw assemblies. A plurality of jaws are connected to a base ring by pivot pins. Cam follower recess can be defined at positions of the inner perimeter of the base ring, and between opposing faces of the base ring. In the jaw assemblies, an actuator, such as a cover plate, covers at least a portion of one of opposing faces of the base ring, and one or more bridges connect the jaws to the actuator. Movement of the base ring relative to the actuator causes the jaws to pivot about the pivot pin axes, with the jaws moving in concert with each other thereby to reduce or expand the size of a work opening defined by the jaws.
Abstract: The invention relates to a pain management device with a body portion having an hourglass shaped, elongated handle with an arm at one end for releasably attaching one or more treatment attachments, one or more generally planar scraping wings for Gua Sha treatment, and a motor inside configured to impart vibration in each of several modes optimized for vibration therapy. The invention may also include a kit with the pain management device, and one or more treatment attachments designed for unilateral or bilateral vibration application adjacent to trigeminal and/or vagus nerves. The treatment attachment may have two or more pivotable arms that extend along an axis generally perpendicular to the elongated handle when attached to the pain management device.
Abstract: Described herein are methods and compositions for producing a gene of interest (GOI) which, in certain embodiments, can reduce the metabolic burden on cells and reduce decoupling of GOI production from marker production, as compared to prior art methods. The methods relate to positive selection and negative selection approaches to establishing high GOI-producing cell lines, e.g., CHO lines. In certain embodiments, the methods comprise transfecting a cell with (a) an oligonucleotide comprising a GOI and a non-coding RNA, and (b) an oligonucleotide encoding a selection protein; wherein the non-coding RNA promotes or inhibits production of the selection protein. The cell producing the GOI can be identified and/or selected as a result of or by detecting the absence or the presence of the selection protein.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for providing a messaging server within a premises device e.g., a home or enterprise gateway device. In one embodiment, a system is described that includes a premises device that acts as a centralized client messaging platform providing messaging services between a content provider and client devices, and also between client devices within a premises network. The premises device enables client-to-client communication that bypasses the long trip and propagation delay over the Internet by connecting the message across the premises network. The premises device enables messages to be communicated between a content provider outside the premises network and the client devices via a single connection to minimize the number of Internet connections that need to be opened, and the number of messages communicated with servers outside of the premises network via both upstream aggregation and downstream dis-aggregation, which collectively save both network bandwidth and device reaction time.
Abstract: A method and system for objectively tracking and analyzing the social and emotional activity of a patient using an augmented reality computing device is provided. A patient is permitted to manually manipulate a target object in the physical world while viewing an augmented version showing a unique animated character representing either an abstract language, emotions, or social skills, depending on the module. The present system tracks and records the active face and the time spent on the active face, where the active face is the face upon which the patient's focus is automatically estimated, through calculation, to be trained upon. An observer views the session, the data recorded, and an automatically generated graphical representation of the data, which permits the observer to speak to patient regarding the character or scene rendered on the face which is determined to be the active face, helping the student engage in the session.

Abstract: A neural network is used to model to model the joint distribution of attributes across multiple health surveys. These multiple health surveys include large scale survey datasets and small scale survey datasets. The neural network model is trained using a combined dataset of the large scale survey datasets and the small scale survey datasets. The large scale survey datasets and the small scale survey datasets may include missing value indicators. The joint distribution of attributes modeled by the neural network model are the used to impute substitute values for the missing values to thereby create an output large scale dataset that does not include missing values.

Abstract: An example method may include configuring a pattern of a sounding packet of a first wireless node in a resource space. Abstract: A pallet system for shipping and storage of railing segments. The pallet system captures the corners of a plurality of railing segments, thereby diminishing the weight, footprint, and materials of construction requirements. In some embodiments, a plurality of the pallet systems can be stacked. The diminished size of the pallet system components after removal of the railing segments can be returned to the shipper in a refund exchange arrangement.
