  • Patent number: 11242713
Abstract: The assembly includes a first arcuate tube attached to a ladder. A second arcuate tube is slidably disposed in the first arcuate tube. A lock subassembly is disposed on the first arcuate tube for limiting movement of the second arcuate tube relative to the first arcuate tube. A step lever extends along the first arcuate tube and is coupled with the lock subassembly. A first flange and a second flange each extend radially from the first arcuate tube. An actuating member defines a cam surface abutting the second flange. A bar extends through the flanges and attaches to the actuating member. The step lever attaches to the actuating member to move the actuating member and cause the cam surface to slightly deform the first arcuate tube about the second arcuate tube and engage the second arcuate tube. A foot is pivotably disposed at each end of the second arcuate tube.

  • Patent number: 11242208
Abstract: A shoe sorter is described. The shoe sorter can include a switch plate that supports movement of a shoe pin of a pusher shoe, a finger, and an actuation arm. In some examples, the finger can be configured to be moved in a first direction in response to a portion of the shoe pin contacting a portion of the finger. The actuation arm can be pivotably engaged to the finger so that a movement of the finger in the first direction can cause a movement of the actuation arm in a second direction. In this regard, the actuation arm in the second direction can cause a change in a signal outputted by the photoelectric sensor coupled to the shoe sorter. This change in the signal can be used by a processor to determine that the shoe pin is misaligned.

  • Patent number: 11244405
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to conducting electronic transactions via a computer network. A server receives data packets carrying data identifying a merchant category, an electronic account maintained and configured on the server, and a first monetary amount of a first electronic transaction. A first device generates the data packets at the merchant to conduct the electronic transaction. A policy engine selects a first purse of a plurality of purses allocated to the electronic account based on a policy applied to the data. The first purse may be configured as a benefits purse. The server obtains the first monetary amount of the electronic transaction from the first purse. The policy engine applies a second policy to the data to determine a reimbursement amount based on the first monetary amount of the transaction, and electronically provides the reimbursement amount to a different second purse of the electronic account.

  • Patent number: 11244101
Abstract: Systems and Methods of the current disclosure may provide customized webpages. A client device of the system may retrieve a profile corresponding to a user. The client device may further receive a deck including a set of packs, with each pack including a set of cards. As defined herein, a deck corresponds to a workflow (i.e., a series of webpages), while each pack includes context specific user-interface elements which make up a webpage. Further, a card may correspond to one or more elements of the webpage. The client device renders and displays webpages locally by selecting elements to be displayed on the webpage based on a details corresponding to a user of the client device. In other words, the client device creates webpages by selecting one or more cards for each pack of the deck based on details indicated in the profile.

  • Patent number: 11242040
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide for generation of trajectories for a vehicle driving in an autonomous driving mode. For instance, information identifying a plurality of objects in the vehicle's environment and a confidence value for each of the objects is received. A set of constraints may be generated. That one or more processors are unable to solve for a trajectory given the set of constraints and an acceptable braking limit may be determined. A first constraint is identified as a constraint for which could not be solved and a first confidence value. That the vehicle should apply a maximum braking level is determined based on the identified first confidence value, a threshold, and the determination that the one or more processors are unable to solve for a trajectory. Based on the determination that the vehicle should apply the maximum braking level, the maximum braking level is applied.
