Abstract: The instant disclosure provides compositions and methods useful for treating and/or preventing food allergy in a subject in need thereof. The compositions comprise allergenic proteins, wherein at least a portion of the allergenic proteins are natively folded and a portion are partially unfolded. The partially unfolded allergenic proteins comprises one or more T-cell epitopes and are substantially free of IgE epitopes and/or B-cell epitopes. Food compositions comprising a mix of naturally folded and T-cell epitope containing proteins can optimally balance reduced immunogenicity with adequate antigenic properties. Furthermore, by preserving the food in as natural form as possible, they induce an overall tolerance training effect.

Abstract: A video bitstream comprising coded information of a plurality of partial residual blocks of a current block in a current picture is received. Each of the plurality of partial residual blocks indicates a difference between a respective prediction block of the current block and the current block. The plurality of partial residual blocks of the current block is determined based on respective coding parameters. A residual block is determined based on the plurality of partial residual blocks. A prediction block for the current block is determined. The current block is reconstructed based on a combination of the derived residual block and the determined prediction block.

  • Publication number: 20250008214
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed are directed to a computing system that performs steps for automatically capturing images. The computing system receives an automatic image capture control signal from an application installed on a device and captures, by a camera of the device during a predetermined time interval, preview frames of an object and a background. For each of the preview frames, the computing system identifies an outline of the object in the preview frame, removes the background of the preview frame based on the outline to generate a modified preview frame, and determines a focus value of the modified preview frame. Subsequently, the computing system determines whether a predetermined amount of focus values are greater than a threshold focus value corresponding to the device and, if so, automatically captures, via the camera, an image of the object.

  • Publication number: 20250003719
Abstract: An improved polymer-based cartridge includes a primer insert defining a base end and connected to a cartridge body that extends forward to a shoulder region and has a length defined by industry standards for that caliber. A cartridge nose extends forward from the cartridge body and has an industry standard outer angle. An interference region, noncompliant with the industry standards, connects the industry standard angle to the neck. The interference region causes interference between the cartridge nose and a shoulder support surface defined by an industry compliant firearm chamber of the same caliber. The improved polymer cartridge thus exceeds maximum dimensions set by industry standards. A second interference region can be defined at the distal end of neck and is a result of an increase to the overall axial length of the cartridge in comparison to the corresponding length in an industry standard cartridge.

Abstract: Methods and systems for detecting colored artifacts on an image of subject are disclosed. An image may be received, wherein the image has undergone background replacement processing. The image may include colored artifacts as a result of errors in background replacement processing. A density of colored artifacts on the image may be determined, and in response to a determination that the image has a density of colored artifacts that exceeds a predetermined threshold, the image may be displayed on a user interface. The user interface may include a selectable element that, in response to being selected, causes the colored artifacts to be highlighted on the image displayed on the user interface. Colored artifacts on the image may then be corrected to improve the image quality before the image is sent to a customer as a final image product.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium for providing advanced scheduling for downlink frequency division duplex (FDD) resources when sounding reference signal (SRS) transmitter switching is in progress are provided. Initially, the node receives an indication that the user equipment (UE) is sharing at least one antenna between FDD and time division duplex (TDD). The node determines the SRS periodicity for the UE. Based on the SRS periodicity, the node provides advance scheduling for downlink FDD resources when SRS transmitter switching is in progress for an FDD receive slot of the at least one antenna. For example, the node may provide downlink FDD resources to other UEs. Additionally or alternatively, the node may blank the corresponding FDD receive slots of the at least one antenna.
