  • Patent number: 11271643
Abstract: A physical voxel, a volumetric testbed, and method for physically simulating a photonic device are described herein. The volumetric testbed comprises a simulation stage and a controller. The simulation stage includes a three-dimensional array of physical voxels configurable to represent the photonic device operating in response to electromagnetic radiation. The physical voxels include a field detector to measure a local field response and an impedance adjuster to adjust an impedance to the electromagnetic radiation. The controller is coupled to memory, which stores instructions that when executed by one or more processors included in the controller causes the volumetric testbed to perform operations including determining a global field response of the photonic device and adjusting the impedance of the physical voxels to refine a design of the photonic device.

  • Patent number: 11269514
Abstract: A hardware-based processing node of an object memory fabric can comprise a memory module storing and managing one or more memory objects within an object-based memory space. Each memory object can be created natively within the memory module, accessed using a single memory reference instruction without Input/Output (I/O) instructions, and managed by the memory module at a single memory layer. The memory module can provide an interface layer below an application layer of a software stack. The interface layer can comprise one or more storage managers managing hardware of a processor and controlling portions of the object-based memory space visible to a virtual address space and physical address space of the processor. The storage managers can further provide an interface between the object-based memory space and an operating system executed by the processor and an alternate object memory based storage transparent to software using the interface layer.

  • Patent number: 11268054
Abstract: Single compartment water-soluble refill dose articles having a water-soluble film enclosing a liquid concentrated cleanser composition, methods of making the same, and kits are disclosed. The liquid concentrated cleanser composition includes a mixture of a rheology modifier, a first surfactant, a stabilizing amount of a first alkaline substance, a viscosity increasing amount of an additional alkaline substance that interacts with the rheology modifier, when diluted with water to form a cleanser, to increase the viscosity, and about 10% or less wt/wt water and about 20% or less by wt/wt glycol. The first alkaline substance is an ethoxylated amine and prevents the viscosity increasing amount of additional alkaline substance from reacting with the rheology modifier before water dissolves the water-soluble film. When dissolved in water at a 1:1 to 1:20 ratio, a cleanser has a viscosity within a range of 2000 cps to 50,000 cps is formed.
