Abstract: Methods and systems for providing data are disclosed. An optimal set of subcarriers can be determined for a data transmission when a plurality of devices have requested the data transmission. The optimal set of subcarriers can be determined based on similarities or differences between parameters assigned to subcarriers in capability profiles. Capacity loss and other information can be determined based on the similarities or the differences among corresponding parameters of the capability profiles. The data transmission can be transmitted to the plurality of devices via the optimal set of subcarriers.

Abstract: An access control system includes a mobile application executing on a mobile computing device rendering a graphical user interface (GUI), which presents available access points, which are prioritized based on predictions of the next access points to be engaged. These predictions are based on prioritized lists of access points associated with times of day, days of the week and/or locations. The prioritized lists are modified based on recently selected access points, authorization status, prescribed schedules and/or prescribed sequences of access points. A selection pane of the GUI includes graphical elements associated with the access points. Graphical elements associated with the access points predicted to be next engaged by the user are displayed near the top of the selection pane. An inferred location of the user, based on the predictions, is sent to a monitoring center in response to selecting a help request option.

Abstract: A video transrater, and a transrater system and method. The transrater system and method may select an optimal bit rate from among a plurality of available bit rates in order to obtain a particular video quality and/or format.
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing content to improve battery life of client devices. A data processing system receives requests for content items from client devices. The data processing system selects the content items from a set of content items and transmits the content items to the respective client devices. The client devices acquire battery status information related to the displaying or rendering of their respective content item. The data processing system receives the battery status information from the client devices and determines a power consumption value associated with the content items. Based on the power consumption value being greater than a threshold power consumption value, the data processing system modifies a policy for selecting the content items from the set of content items.
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for side lobe control in holograms are described. The magnitude of the side lobes of a hologram depends on the distribution of refractive index modulation (?n), therefore control of side lobe magnitude may be achieved by controlling the distribution of ?n. The distribution of ?n may be controlled by replicating a hologram from a master with two reference beams, where the wavelength and angle of each reference beam, the playback angle of the master hologram, and the thickness of the master hologram, the copy holographic recording medium (HRM), and the recording substrate are carefully chosen to achieve a pattern of meta-interference within the HRM that matches the desired distribution of ?n.
Abstract: An implementation of a method for hybrid client-server data provision involves requesting, by an application executed by a client device from a plurality of content provider software development kits (SDKs) integrated with the application, an item of content for display by the client device. The method further involves processing, by a plurality of request adaptors of the content provider SDKs, the request for potential submission to a plurality of content provider servers, thereby generating a plurality of processed requests. The method further involves receiving, by an interceptor module of a mediation SDK integrated with the application from the plurality of content provider SDKs, a plurality of processed requests. The method further involves batching, by a consolidator module of the mediation SDK, the plurality of processed requests into a batch request, the batch request including content provider priority information.
Abstract: A shower caddy includes a 4-way diverter for attachment to a shower arm and to divert water received from the shower arm to a circuit of pipes within the shower caddy. The shower caddy further includes a heating circuit within a basin. The basin holds bathing fluids, and the heating circuit transfers heat from water traveling via the circuit of pipes to the bathing fluids within the basin. The shower caddy further includes an additive infuser attached to the circuit of pipes that infuses an additive into the water flowing through the circuit of pipes when the additive infuser is activated by a user. The circuit of pipes is further connected to a showerhead that outputs the water received from the shower arm following it being used for the heating circuit and/or having an additive infused therein.
Abstract: A uniform wireless network service selection information exchange interface system is provided to facilitate a consistent user experience across multiple wireless networks that may have different service plan activation or service plan purchase processes. Network detection of service usage anomalies based on device-based data usage reports is provided to enable the network to determine whether an end-user device is likely operating in accordance with the established policy, or whether the end-user device may be operating fraudulently.

Abstract: A system, method and computer program product are provided for receiving information associated with a message, issuing a storage resource request in connection with a storage resource and determining whether the storage resource is available. In use, the information is capable of being shared in less than one second, utilizing an automotive electronic control unit which includes a plurality of interfaces.
Abstract: An integral SMP connector assembly for a base station antenna comprising a base, in which at least two SMP connectors are configured to extend away from a backplate of the base station antenna from an upper surface of the base, the base including: at least one connecting portion which connects the base to the backplate so that the upper surface of the base faces the backplate; and a close looped groove located in the upper surface of the base and surrounding the at least one connecting portion and the at least two SMP connectors. The integral SMP connector assembly further comprises a seal received in the groove and configured to provide an airtight seal between the upper surface of the base and the backplate.
Abstract: A bracelet defined by an elongated band having first and second terminal end sections that collectively define a clasp and a plurality of interconnected sockets extending along the length of the band and in each of which a rigid shell is positioned. A pair of charms each having unique indicia, such as a letter, imprinted thereon can be removably and interchangeably positioned within each shell. As an example of use, multiple friends' initials can therefore be displayed with charms positioned within each or many of the plurality of sockets forming bracelet.
Abstract: A vehicle mounted garbage bin cleaning system including power takeoff includes a first pair of arms for lifting a first garbage bin, a second pair of arms configured for lifting a second garbage bin, a hopper for accepting the first and second garbage bins, at least two spray rods in the hopper, including high-pressure, rotating water nozzles that spray water jets, and a power takeoff driven pressure washing system comprising a gearbox mechanically coupled with a transmission, such that the transmission drives the gearbox the gearbox drives a mechanical means, the mechanical means drives the first pressure washer pump, the at least two spray rods fluidically coupled with the pressure washer pump such that pressure washer pump provides pressurized water to the at least two spray rods.
Abstract: A transform is used to transform raw sensor data from the time domain to the frequency or sequency domain. The transformed data falls into several signal bins. The transformed data in at least one of the signal bins is analyzed to determine whether a touch event or release event has occurred.
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments include receiving a first trouble ticket reporting a first service outage of a communication network and a second trouble ticket reporting a second service outage of the communication network. Further embodiments can include determining a first customer impact according to the first service outage and determining a second customer impact according to the second service outage. The first customer impact is determined by a degradation of quality metrics, a site priority, and a number of complaints due to each service outage. Additional embodiments can include identifying that the second customer impact is higher than the first customer impact. Also, embodiments can include prioritizing a resolution of the second trouble ticket over the first trouble ticket according to the second customer impact being higher than the first customer impact. Other embodiments are disclosed.
