Abstract: One implementation of a sensing method includes: correlating a receive signal with a first channel waveform template to obtain a first channel correlation signal in which first channel echoes would be represented as peaks; correlating the receive signal with a second channel waveform template to obtain a second channel correlation signal in which second channel echoes would be represented as peaks; and varying the first channel waveform template and the second channel waveform template based on time elapsed from a measurement start time. A sensor array implementation includes: multiple acoustic transducers that operate concurrently to send acoustic bursts in different frequency channels, each of the multiple acoustic transducers configured to use the foregoing method.

Abstract: A device for extracting lipstick from a lipstick holder and forming a new holder for application of the extracted lipstick. The device includes a housing formed around a sliding barrel movably disposed within a tube. The sliding barrel includes a tab that extends through an aperture of the housing, wherein the tab allows a user to move the sliding barrel between an extended position and a retracted position. The tube has a circumference smaller than a circumference of the lipstick holder, such that an upper end of tube can be circumscribed by the lipstick holder. A remaining portion of lipstick within the lipstick holder is removed by the sliding barrel and received within the housing when the sliding barrel is retracted. A lipstick securing member extends from an upper end of the sliding barrel to assist in the extraction of the lipstick from the lipstick holder.

Abstract: A bladed chassis system facilitates installation of the bladed chassis system and replacement of the blades at the chassis. Blades can be inserted and removed from the front and/or the rear of the bladed chassis system at the discretion of the user. Blades can be moved between discrete positions. In examples, blades can be one-handedly released from the chassis to allow movement between discrete positions. In examples, accidental movement past a discrete position is inhibited. Accidental removal of the blades from the chassis is inhibited. The chassis and blades cooperate to manage the optical fiber cables routed through a cable port in the chassis to the blades.

Abstract: This document relates to a process for managing remote devices within an organization. Upon receiving device state information from the remote device, a cloud-based management server can analyze the device state information of the remote devices, and categorize the remote devices into a number of categories that reflect each device's state with respect to co-management enrollment. The categories can be presented to a user in order to provide a comprehensive view of the state of various remote devices in relation to their co-management state. Various co-management enrollment actions can then be issued to the remote devices in order to enroll a device in co-management, or upgrade a co-management category associated with the device.

Abstract: Mechanisms for detection of gambling rule violations including assisted and automated gameplay are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system can determine a geographic location of a player terminal. A selection of multiple games (e.g., games of skill and games of chance) which are authorized to be played in the geographic location can be presented. Gaming action from a game selected by the player can be depicted on a display and inputs from a player can be received via a player interaction display area during a course of the game to control game play. Before converting a credit total into a monetary value, the game can be monitored or reviewed to identify any collusion (e.g., two or more players sharing information or using combined knowledge to create an unfair advantage, automated gameplay, etc.).
