  • Patent number: 11151850
Abstract: Techniques for providing status information of a defined location are described. Data indicative of signal strength associated with radio frequency (RF) signals received by one or more devices communicating via a wireless communications protocol is accessed. A baseline signal strength profile based on the data is determined. The data indicative of signal strength associated with RF signals received by the one or more devices is monitored. Based on a comparison of the monitored data to the baseline signal strength profile, a presence of at least one person in a vicinity of the one or more devices is determined. At least one action based on the determined presence is initiated.

  • Patent number: 11148344
Abstract: In a method of forming a container from a thermoplastic material, a thermoplastic preform may be introduced into a blow cavity at a temperature greater than or equal to a glass transition temperature of a thermoplastic material and less than a melting temperature of the thermoplastic material. A fluid pressure may be introduced into a preform that may expand the preform radially outwardly to form a semi-finished container. An external surface of the semi-finished container may be engaged with a wall of the blow cavity. The wall of the blow cavity may be rapidly heated. Heat may be transferred to the external surface of the semi-finished container. A surface finish may be imparted from the wall of the blow cavity onto the external surface of the semi-finished container.

  • Patent number: 11151313
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to processing operations that generate and present personalized content suggestions to assist a user with document creation. Machine learning modeling may be trained and implemented to evolve pre-canned suggestions for document creation into highly personalized content suggestions, thereby improving the document creation process and user interface experience for users of applications/services that are utilized to create digital documents. As an example, signal data may be detected and analyzed, identifying a specific user's intent to create a digital document. Machine learning modeling may be implemented to evaluate different aspects of collected signal data and identify content from previously created documents, associated with a user account, that may be most relevant to the real-time document creation experience of the user. Personalized contextual suggestions may be presented to a user through a user interface.

  • Patent number: 11148328
Abstract: In methods and apparatuses for producing auxetic foam from conventional foam, conventional foam is compressed into a mold before thermal, chemical or thermo-chemical treatment processes are performed. A segmented mold is accommodated in a compressing apparatus. After compressing the foam between the mold segments, the mold is fastened shut and removed from the compressing apparatus. The forces applied to any given volume of foam and the amounts by which the foam is compressed while being processed are controlled to impart desired mechanical properties to the produced foam. Poisson's ratio and density of discrete portions of finished foam shapes are reliably predicted and controlled to achieve uniform and non-uniform mechanical properties within a single continuous quantity of foam.

  • Patent number: 11151232
Abstract: Techniques are provided for authenticating a user using an endpoint device of the user with a local policy and endpoint data. One method comprises obtaining, at an endpoint device of a given user, behavioral anomalies from a remote engine that generates the behavioral anomalies based on behavior of multiple users; in response to an access request by the given user, performing the following steps at the endpoint device: obtaining authentication data related to the given user and/or the endpoint device; generating features based on the authentication data; applying the features to a behavior model incorporating the behavioral anomalies to determine a behavior score for the access request; and evaluating the access request to make an authentication decision based on the behavior score. The behavior score indicates, for example, a confidence that the given user is an expected user and/or a same user who has previously been validated.
