  • Patent number: 11152284
Abstract: An alternating stack of insulating layers and sacrificial material layers is formed over a substrate. Memory stack structures extending through the alternating stack are formed. A backside trench is formed through the alternating stack. The sacrificial material layers are replaced with electrically conductive layers. An insulating spacer and the backside contact via structure are formed within the backside trench. A dielectric isolation trench is formed by removing a peripheral portion of an upper region of the backside contact via structure and an upper portion of the insulating spacer. A dielectric isolation spacer is formed in the dielectric isolation trench to prevent an electrical short between an upper portion of the backside contact via structure and the electrically conductive layers.

  • Patent number: 11147360
Abstract: In embodiments, a belt clamp includes an inboard plate and an outboard plate that are pivotally coupled at their upper ends. The belt clamp may also include a spring biased locking mechanism that selectively and releasably connects the lower end of the inboard plate to the lower end of the outboard plate by way of locking posts in the inboard plate that are displaced upwardly from the lower edge of said plate. The outboard locking plate may have latch members that are entirely contained (except for opposing actuation buttons) within a compartment formed by two portions of the outboard plate connected by a living hinge. The opposing actuation buttons require a motion in a first direction, such as upwardly, to allow motion in a second direction, such as inwardly, to rotate the latching members inwardly to release the locking posts.

  • Patent number: 11153618
Abstract: In a video delivery context, collection and analysis of viewing data can provide insight into viewer interaction with video and the Internet. The viewing data can be transmitted in a controlled manner to a data repository. The system can selectively target specific viewers/households to obtain viewing data, which can be combined with demographics, anonymized, and encrypted. Embodiments enable precision selection of media opportunities, by determining detailed characteristics associated with broadcasts including movement of audiences and specific viewer behavior, such as visits to websites on the Internet. The effective yield of broadcasts, including promotional spots and advertisements, can be determined and predicted based on concrete data at a level of detail down to individual viewers. Accordingly, embodiments enable improvement of the effectiveness and return on investment for programming, promotional spots, and advertisements.

  • Patent number: 11153248
Abstract: Location-based notification includes establishment of a rally point and subsequent notification of a user when another user enters the rally point. Senders may set up rally points at various physical locations and specify one or more target recipients that are to be notified when the sender enters the rally point. Target recipients may specify communication settings that dictate whether and/or how they wish to receive notifications under a variety of circumstances. When a sender having a computing device enters a rally point location, a notification is sent from the computing device to a location-based notification service, which notifies each of the target recipients in a manner that complies with the target recipient's individual communication settings.

  • Patent number: 11147259
Abstract: An agricultural product application implement includes a system and method for indicating an amount of fluid stored. A pressure transducer installed at the sump of a fluid tank electronically measures and displays a fluid depth. Instrumentation, such as an instrument cluster unit for the implement, is programmed via software to convert the voltage output of the pressure transducer to a volume measurement displayed in the operator's line of sight. Software within the instrument cluster unit for self-calibrating accounts for varying densities of different chemical solutions. The pressure transducer is used in conjunction with a transfer medium to prevent corrosive chemical solutions from contacting the pressure transducer.

  • Patent number: 11149283
Abstract: The subject invention provides novel plants that are not only resistant to 2,4-D and other phenoxy auxin herbicides, but also to aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides. Heretofore, there was no expectation or suggestion that a plant with both of these advantageous properties could be produced by the introduction of a single gene. The subject invention also includes plants that produce one or more enzymes of the subject invention alone or “stacked” together with another herbicide resistance gene, preferably a glyphosate resistance gene, so as to provide broader and more robust weed control, increased treatment flexibility, and improved herbicide resistance management options. More specifically, preferred enzymes and genes for use according to the subject invention are referred to herein as AAD (aryloxyalkanoate dioxygenase) genes and proteins. No ?-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase enzyme has previously been reported to have the ability to degrade herbicides of different chemical classes and modes of action.

  • Patent number: 11151003
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for a processor health monitoring and failover and failback system. An embodiment operates by detecting a failure event that indicates a reduced functionality of a primary processor, wherein the primary processor is configured to process incoming messages, and identifying a failure timestamp. An activation request, including the failure timestamp, is transmitted to a replica processor that is configured to process the incoming messages beginning with an incoming message corresponding to or later than the failure timestamp. A recovery event that indicates an increased functionality of the primary processor is detected, and a corresponding recovery timestamp is identified. A deactivation request, including the recovery timestamp, is transmitted to the replica server, wherein the primary processor is configured to process the incoming messages beginning with an incoming message corresponding to or later than the recovery timestamp.
