  • Patent number: 11143135
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for reducing errors in estimated fuel rail pressure incurred at the time of a scheduled injection event due to engine-driven cyclic fuel rail pressure changes. In one example, a pulse-width commanded during a scheduled injection event is determined as a function fuel rail pressure samples collected over a moving window that is customized for the corresponding fuel injector. In another example, the commanded pulse-width is determined as a function of an average fuel rail pressure sampled during a quiet zone of injector operation and predicted fuel rail pressure altering events occurring between the quiet zone and the scheduled injection event.

  • Patent number: 11146603
Abstract: A real-time Internet streaming system and method includes a scheduling server that receives queries from encoders and determines if any scheduled events associated with a particular media encoders is an active scheduled event by comparing the scheduled events with time and date information. When there is an active scheduled event the scheduling server sends a response to the media encoders to stream a media stream to an origin server. When the scheduling server determines that an active scheduled event is no longer active, the scheduling server sends a response to the media encoders to stop streaming. The origin server can send the media stream or a modified version of the media stream to a plurality of viewing devices or archive the media stream for later playback. The real-time Internet streaming system can include a scheduling server, origin servers, and a plurality of encoders.

  • Patent number: 11146663
Abstract: Facilitating improved overall performance of remote data facility replication systems. A device can comprise a processor and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations. The operations can comprise adjusting, by a device comprising a processor, a value of a compression counter based on global system attributes associated with a remote data facility replication system and an application service performance expectation. The method also can comprise performing, by the device, one of: facilitating a data compression of a group of data blocks based on the value of the compression counter satisfying a threshold compression level or storing the group of data blocks without the data compression based on the value of the compression counter failing to satisfy the threshold compression level.

  • Patent number: 11144938
Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product that aggregates data regarding a plurality of factors correlated with demographic parameters; performs iterative analysis on the data using machine learning to construct a predictive model of purchasing propensity; populates, using the predictive model, a database with predicted values of spending propensity for selected demographic parameters; converts the predicted values of spending propensity in the database into percentages of observed values of spending propensity for a selected group of people within the selected demographic parameters over a specified time period to create indices of spending propensity; and rank orders the people within the selected group according to their indices of spending propensity.

  • Patent number: 11143723
Abstract: A flexible coil with improved tolerance for overlapping antennas and with reduced susceptibility to the introduction of image artifacts as a result of overlapping antennas utilizes antennas with multiple conductors extending in parallel for the length of the antenna. Each conductor is connected to the other conductor at each end creating parallel conduction paths for the length of the antenna. The parallel conduction paths reduce the resistance of the antenna which, in turn, improves the quality factor of the antenna. The improved quality factor results in antennas that are less susceptible to image artifacts being induced in the antenna due to coupling from an overlapping antenna.

  • Patent number: 11142149
Abstract: A track assembly includes a rail cartridge slidably coupled with a track. A first electrical connector is positioned within the rail cartridge. A connection cartridge defines a channel and includes a second electrical connector configured to selectively engage with the first electrical connector. An actuation member is positioned within the channel of the connection cartridge and is coupled with the second electrical connector. A spring is operably coupled to the actuation member and is configured to bias the actuation member in a first position. An actuator is operably coupled with the actuation member. The actuator is moved upward against the bias of the spring to move the actuation member to a second position when the actuator contacts the rail cartridge of the track.

  • Patent number: 11142409
Abstract: A vibratory conveyor system includes two or more product transfer pans bearing lengthwise channels along which products travel, each pan being linked to a respective shaker base via respective spring arms. Successive product transfer pans each have one or more of (1) greater vibration distance oriented along the direction of product travel, (2) greater vibrational frequency/speed, and/or (2) lesser spring arm angle with respect to vertical, than the prior product transfer pan(s). These features assist with obtaining a high degree of uniform product alignment, with products being aligned lengthwise within the channels of the pans, even where products are non-rigid and malleable/reshapeable (for example, for meat cutlets and fish fillets).

  • Patent number: 11143488
Abstract: Firearm bolt assemblies and firearms including the same are described. In embodiments the firearm bolt assemblies are configured to localize compressive forces applied during a transition from an initial position to a firing position to a first cam system on one side of the firearm bolt assembly, and to localize compressive forces applied during a transition from the firing position to the initial position to a second cam system another side of the firearm bolt assembly. Localizing the forces in that manner enables the use of a first cam system that is relatively robust compared to the second cam system.

  • Patent number: 11146912
Abstract: A critical alert notification system includes a mobile device and software and is used to trigger a preselected communication scenario in the event an emergency scenario has been selected. The software includes a database and automatically updates information in the database when a user of the critical alert notification system crosses a preset geographic boundary or perimeter. Panic buttons or icons are swiped, tapped, clicked or pressed to alert people and organizations of an emergency situation with a preselected communication scenario. The critical alert notification system tracks the user's geographic location in real time and triggers two events when the user crosses a preset geographic boundary. The first event is the mobile user interface automatically adjusts to reflect key details based on their current location and the second event turns on the ability to display their location to other users of the system when a user enters a geographic boundary.

  • Patent number: 11146520
Abstract: Implementations relate to sharing images and image albums over a communication network. In some implementations, a computer-implemented method includes determining that a shared album data structure is accessible by a device and includes references to album images. The device determines one or more suggested images from a collection of stored images associated with a user, based on determining sharing scores for the stored images. The sharing scores are based on comparing one or more characteristics of the stored images to one or more corresponding characteristics of the album images. The method includes causing display of the one or more suggested images by the device, receiving a selection of at least one selected image of the suggested images based on received user input, and causing an update of the shared album data structure with the at least one selected image to be accessible over a communication network by recipient users.
