  • Patent number: 11145107
Abstract: This disclosure describes efficient communication of surface texture data between system on a chip (SOC) integrated circuits. An example system includes a first integrated circuit and a second integrated circuit communicatively coupled to the first integrated circuit by a video communication interface. The first integrated generates a superframe in a video frame of the video communication interface for transmission to the second integrated circuit. The superframe includes multiple subframe payloads that carry surface texture data to be updated in the frame and corresponding subframe headers that include parameters of the subframe payloads. The second integrated circuit includes a direct access memory (DMA) controller. The DMA upon receipt of the superframe, writes the surface texture data within each of the subframe payloads directly to an allocated location in memory based on the parameters included in the corresponding one of the subframe headers.

  • Patent number: 11144501
Abstract: Files can be located using a durable and universal file identifier. A content URI includes a file protocol URI specifying a path to a file. The file protocol URI includes a query string specifying properties of the file that can be utilized to locate the file, such as an object ID property specifying a GUID for the file and a volume ID property specifying a GUID for a storage volume storing the file. The content URI can be utilized to locate the file using the file protocol URI and its associated query string even if the file has been moved, renamed, or is accessed on a different computing device. Operations can then be performed using the file, such as resuming a previously performed activity that used the file.

  • Patent number: 11144541
Abstract: A system configured intelligently reusing content and format is provided. The system receives a selection of data to be copied and an indication to copy the selected data and copies the selected data. The system receives an indication to paste the selected data at a second location. The selected data is analyzed to determine one or more options available for the paste, whereby each of the options being selectable to change an aspect of the selected data being pasted. The one or more options and an image of a placeholder representing the selected data are presented at the second location. The system receives a selection of an option from the one or more options. • Patent number: 11144515
Abstract: The systems and methods disclosed herein relate to using the clusters of a file to store versioning of a dataset. When the dataset is initially stored, a file is created that is twice the size of the dataset. The file may include one cluster (or a first set of clusters) that is marked as active and a second cluster (or a second set of clusters) that are marked inactive. The dataset is initially saved to the active cluster(s), and a version number is stored with the dataset. When the dataset is next saved, an application scans the file to determine whether there is (or are) an inactive cluster(s). If there is an inactive cluster(s) the second version of the dataset is saved to the inactive clusters. Both clusters are then marked active.

  • Patent number: 11146360
Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for improved data transmissions using puncturing and binary sequences. A receiving device receives a sequenced data input that includes a set of individual values and performs a puncturing of the sequenced data input, yielding a punctured sequenced data input. The receiving device calculates correlation values for the punctured sequence data input and a set of predetermined data outputs. The receiving device determines whether any of the resulting correlation values exceeds a threshold correlation value. In response to determining that the correlation value calculated based on one of the predetermined data outputs exceeds the threshold correlation value, the receiving device determines that the sequenced data input corresponds to the predetermined data output.
