Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. An apparatus includes processing circuitry that obtains a gate flag for each of at least one constraint information group in constraint information signaled in a coded video bitstream. Each gate flag indicates whether a constraint information group of the at least one constraint information group corresponding to the respective gate flag is present in the constraint information. The constraint information is for a subset of coding blocks in the coded video bitstream. Whether the constraint information group of the gate flag is present in the constraint information is determined based on the gate flag. The constraint information group includes at least one constraint flag for the subset of coding blocks. Prediction information for the subset of coding blocks is determined based on whether the constraint information group of the gate flag is present in the constraint information.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable storage media utilized to prepare experimental datasets for experimental analysis systems. One method includes identifying, by one or more processing circuits, a dataset of a plurality of geographic pairs associated with a geo experiment. The method further includes calculating, by the one or more processing circuits, a difference in input data and a difference in response data between the first geographic region and the second geographic region of each geographic pair. The method further includes calculating, by the one or more processing circuits, a plurality of outcome estimates. The method further includes selecting, by the one or more processing circuits, a first subset of geographic pairs of the plurality of different subsets of geographic pairs based a first outcome estimate of the plurality of outcome estimates that is about a prespecified value on the outcome estimates and providing the selected subset of geographic pairs.

Abstract: An apparatus, related devices and methods, having a memory element operable to store instructions; and a processor operable to execute the instructions, such that the apparatus is configured to identify sensitive user data stored in the memory by a first application, determine a risk exposure score for the sensitive user data, apply, based on a determination that the risk exposure score is above a threshold, a security policy to restrict access to the sensitive user data, receive a request from a second application to access the sensitive user data, determine whether the first application and the second application are similar applications, and allow access based on a determination that the first application and the second application are similar applications.

Abstract: Innovations in syntax and semantics of coded picture buffer removal delay (“CPBRD”) values potentially simplify splicing operations. For example, a video encoder sets a CPBRD value for a current picture that indicates an increment value relative to a nominal coded picture buffer removal time of a preceding picture in decoding order, regardless of whether the preceding picture has a buffering period SEI message. The encoder can signal the CPBRD value according to a single-value approach in which a flag indicates how to interpret the CPBRD value, according to a two-value approach in which another CPBRD value (having a different interpretation) is also signaled, or according to a two-value approach that uses a flag and a delta value. A corresponding video decoder receives and parses the CPBRD value for the current picture. A splicing tool can perform simple concatenation operations to splice bitstreams using the CPBRD value for the current picture.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for delivering a document to a user may include obtaining, via an automated teller machine (ATM), first identification data of the user, wherein the first identification data of the user includes a card number and a password associated with the card number; determining a notification status of the user based on the first identification data; obtaining, via the ATM, second identification data based on the notification status of the user; determining a delivery status of the user based on the first identification data and the second identification data; and delivering the document to the user based on the delivery status of the user via the ATM.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and apparatuses that include a three-dimensional (3D) antenna module for transmitting or receiving electromagnetic millimeter waves (mmWaves). In general, a user equipment (UE) may include the 3D antenna module in a corner of a housing of the UE. The 3D antenna module may include three antenna panels that are generally planar and generally orthogonal to three respective axes of a Cartesian-coordinate system. The 3D antenna module may transmit and receive the electromagnetic mmWaves as part of a wireless link between the UE and another device, such as a satellite that is part of a wireless-communication network. In general, the 3D antenna module may mitigate propagation losses and allow the UE to maintain a link-budget for the wireless link.

Abstract: Particular embodiments described herein provide for a system that can be configured to receive a notification that a client device is requesting, to modify original data associated with an online application, wherein the original data is stored in encrypted format in a cloud; decrypt the original data using a first client encryption key; store the decrypted data in a location accessible by the online application; enable editing capability of the decrypted data; receive a notification that the client device is finished modifying the data in decrypted format; determine whether the original data in decrypted format was modified; encrypt, based on a determination that the original data was modified, the modified data using a second client encryption key; and upload the modified data in encrypted format to the cloud.

The present solution can determine variant frequencies and identify clinically relevant variants. The present solution can read BAM and VCF input files and Phred scaled quality scores. The present solution can select relatively high quality reads based on the quality scores and can calculate reference and alternative allele counts for SNPs, insertions and deletions (INDELs), and structural variants.

Abstract: A header including at least one support and transport wheel assembly having an axle and two wheels. The wheel assembly is coupled to the main body of the header by an actuating system that has two actuator mechanisms. When changing from the field mode to the transport mode, the first actuator mechanism brings the wheel assembly forward from a position behind the header, after the header has been lifted up from the ground. After completion of this first movement, a second actuator mechanism swivels the wheel assembly to a position that is transversal to the header, after which the header is lowered to the ground. The two-step approach enables the changeover between field mode and transport mode without pivoting or otherwise moving the header relative to the feeder. The wheel axle may be pivotably suspended from a frame element that executes the swiveling movement.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are stabilized powder and aqueous formulations comprising a phospholipid comprising omega fatty acid and a micelle-forming surfactant. In one embodiment, the formulation further comprises a water soluble reducing agent, and/or a metal chelator, and/or a metal bisulfite reducing agent, or combinations thereof, wherein the formulation remains substantially clear and stable when stored at or below room temperature for a period of at least 6 months or at least 12 months; and methods for preparing these formulations.

Abstract: This invention is an intrasaccular aneurysm occlusion device with a flexible net or mesh which is deployed into an aneurysm sac and then expanded by the insertion of polymer longitudinal embolic members (e.g. polymer tubular strands) into the net or mesh. As the net or mesh expands, it comes into contact with the walls of the aneurysm sac and conforms to the shape of even an irregularly-shaped aneurysm sac.

Abstract: A controllable stiffness catheter includes a shaft comprising inner and outer sheaths, the sheaths each having proximal and distal ends. The outer surrounds the inner from the proximal to the distal end of the inner sheath, defining an annulus therebetween including a proximal portion having a vacuum connection to which vacuum is applied. The distal ends of the sheaths are longitudinally fixed to one another and sized for neurological vascular procedures. The outer has a substantially constant outer diameter over a distal portion of the annulus proximate to the distal ends. A vacuum device fluidically connects to the vacuum connection and is configured to apply vacuum thereto. Responsive to vacuum, annulus pressure lowers to draw the sheaths toward one another and stiffen the shaft over at least the distal portion to substantially and passively stiffen and maintain a current shape of the shaft over at least the distal portion.

Abstract: Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion having an interior cavity, a front portion, a back portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a sole portion, and a top portion. A face portion is attached to the front portion to enclose the interior cavity. The golf club head may further include a port on the body portion that is connected to the interior cavity. A first mass portion may be coupled to the body portion such that the port is configured to receive the first mass portion to close the port. A second mass portion may be coupled to the body portion and include a different material than a material of the first mass portion. The maximum width of the interior cavity may be below a horizontal midplane of the body portion and above the port. The interior cavity may be at least partially filled with a filler material from the port.

The shank has a first bore with a first bore diameter and a second bore extending between the first bore and the socket joint. The bushing is compressed a predefined by the bolt when the bolt extends through the bushing and the ledge of the bolt abuts against the flange of the shank.
