Abstract: A method, a non-transitory computer readable medium, and a computer system is provided for encoding or decoding video data. The method may include: receiving an entropy coded bitstream comprising compressed video data including point cloud occupancy codes; generating one or more dequantized dimensions of a boundary box of a point cloud; based on determining that the compressed video data was predicted by using the attribute-based predictor, determining a predictor for decoding is the attribute-based predictor; based on determining that the compressed video data was predicted by using the attribute-based predictor, determining the predictor for decoding is the geometry-based predictor; and building an octree structure by using the determined predictor.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to prosthetic valves and methods and systems for deploying, positioning, and recapturing the same. A prosthetic valve includes one or more support structures. At least one of the one or more support structures defines an elongate central passageway of the prosthetic valve. The prosthetic valve can also include a plurality of leaflet elements attached to at least one of the one or more support structures and disposed within the elongate central passageway for control of fluid flow through the elongate central passageway. At least one of the one or more support structures is configured to biodynamically fix the prosthetic valve within a native valve such as, for example, a native tricuspid valve of a heart.

Abstract: A wrapper for a smoking article has a base web and a plurality of crenellated bands, each having a diffusivity value in the range of 0 to about 0.2 cm/sec. The add-on material can be applied by gravure printing in a single pass in a chevron pattern such that an apex of the element is co-linear with substantially symmetrically spaced points on a trailing, outer edge of an adjacent chevron element. Testing elements may be simultaneously printed with the add-on material to monitor diffusivity and/or presence of add-on material.

Abstract: A retaining wall block having a false joint and a system of retaining wall blocks. The retaining wall block includes a body having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can have a depth divided by the width greater than two inches. The false joint can have an interior angle of less than ten degrees. The system includes a plurality of retaining wall blocks and a first course of retaining wall blocks engaged with a second course of retaining wall blocks below. Each block in the system comprising a front face having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can extend a predetermined depth of a third surface.

Abstract: In an embodiment, an athletic garment is provided including a front panel and a rear panel, a waistband portion disposed at an upper portion of the garment, a first opening for receiving a torso of a user, a second opening for receiving a first leg of a user and a third opening for receiving a second leg of a user; and a crotch panel disposed between the front and rear panel, extending from the second opening to the third opening. The crotch panel comprises a tri-layered substrate to conceal and prevent visible staining of a fluid received therein. The tri-layered substrate may include a first layer of a first material, a second layer of a second material, and a third layer of a third material.

Compositions comprising HCFC-243db, HCFO-1233xf, and/or HCFC-244db are useful in processes to make HFO-1234yf. Compositions comprising HFO-1234yf are useful, among other uses, as heat transfer compositions for use in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems.

Abstract: A process for efficiently and economically recovering palladium from a colloidal suspension of tin and palladium involves the use of centrifugation to obtain a sediment enriched in tin and a centrifugate enriched in palladium. An aggregating agent is employed to enhance separation during centrifugation, and ion exchange may be employed to recover palladium from the centrifugate.

Abstract: A well pump assembly has a tubular receptacle for attachment to a lower end of a string of production tubing. A docking station mounts to the receptacle, the docking station having a lower well fluid conduit for receiving well fluid from the well, a lower orientation guide, and a lower hydraulic connector. A hydraulic line extends alongside the receptacle and is in fluid communication with the lower hydraulic connector for supplying hydraulic fluid. A hydraulically actuated pump is configured to be lowered into and retrieved from the receptacle. A guide member on a lower end of the pump has an upper orientation guide, and an upper hydraulic connector in fluid communication with the pump, and an upper well fluid conduit leading to an intake of the pump.

The fixed plate is provided to the shielding cage, and the movable plate is provided to a side surface of the heat sink. Two ends of the plate spring are respectively connected to the fixed plate and the movable plate, and the movable plate is capable of moving relative to the fixed plate by means of the plate spring.

Abstract: The present invention is a snow/ice cleaning tool for removing snow or ice or a combination of such from a vehicle windshield for also rotating the wiper arms to a rest position for cleaning and returning the wiper arms to a working position in contact with the windshield. The cleaning tool has an elongated handle having one or more working ends incorporating snow/ice cleaning devices. Connected to the handle and slanting away from the handle axis is a grasping device with an opening therein for grasping the wiper arms. The present invention allows for the user to lift and lower the wiper arms from either side of the vehicle in a manner that is safe and ergonomic, regardless of the direction in which the wiper arms pivot.

A centrifugal charge pump is upstream from the gas separator. The charge pump has charge pump stages and a discharge that leads to an intake of the gas separator. Each of the production pump stages has a higher lifting capacity than each of the charge pump stages. The impellers of the production pump stages have vane exit angles greater than vane exit angles of the impellers of the charge pump stages.

Abstract: Examples of golf clubs and methods to manufacture golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club may include a golf club head, a hosel portion, and a shaft. The hosel portion may be positioned rearward of a center of gravity of the body portion. The shaft portion may be coupled to the hosel portion and may have a first shaft portion and a second shaft portion. The first shaft portion may extend from the hosel portion and tilt toward the face portion with no lateral tilt toward a toe portion or a heel portion of the body portion. The second shaft portion may extend from the first shaft portion toward the heel portion and toward a face portion of the body portion. Other examples of golf club heads and methods to manufacture the same may be described and claimed.
