Abstract: Cobalt barrier Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) compositions, systems and methods are provided for the removal of cobalt or a cobalt alloy from the surface of a semiconductor device during its manufacture. The compositions use suitable chemical additives selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic organic carboxylic acid , an aromatic organic carboxylic acid, and combinations thereof; abrasives; an oxidizing agent; and an corrosion inhibitor; to provide tunable cobalt film removal rates, tunable selectivity between cobalt and dielectric or other barrier films, and maintain very low static etching rates on cobalt film.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided that leverage existing information displayed or presented to a user by an app without requiring the integration of new libraries or requiring a user to use a specific app. Rather, methods and systems presented herein identify a task, select an app or multiple apps capable of performing the task, obtain information that may be required by the app or apps, determine a contextual understanding of what is displayed by the selected app or apps, and finally generate and automate the interaction with the app or apps such that the interaction with the app or apps is handled by an automation agent, allowing a user to stay focused on one or more tasks that the user needs to accomplish.

Abstract: Systems and methods for media processing and streaming are provided. A method is performed by a Network-Based Media Processing (NBMP) source of a Framework for Live Uplink Streaming (FLUS) system. The method includes obtaining descriptions of capabilities of a FLUS sink via a FLUS source; and sending, to an NBMP workflow manager of the FLUS system via a path that does not include the FLUS source and the FLUS sink, a request to create or modify a workflow of the FLUS system based on the descriptions of the capabilities obtained.

The first mounting bracket is disposed proximal the first member and includes a first panel and a second panel. Abstract: A power converter circuit may include a control circuit configured to generate a drive signal for rendering a semiconductor switch conductive and non-conductive to generate a bus voltage across a bus capacitor. The control circuit may adjust a minimum operating period of the drive signal to a first value when an output power of the power converter circuit is greater than a first threshold and to a second value when the output power is less than a second threshold. The control circuit may comprise a comparator that generates the drive signal in response to a sense voltage and a threshold voltage. When operating in a standby mode, the control circuit may adjust a magnitude of the threshold voltage based on an instantaneous magnitude of an alternating-current line voltage received by the power converter circuit, such that an input current drawn by the power converter circuit is sinusoidal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for recovering bitumen that includes contacting bitumen with steam and/or water and an organic amine having a boiling point at one atmosphere of greater than 145° C. and recovering the bitumen. The bitumen can in oil sands, where the step of contacting includes contacting the oil sands having bitumen with the steam and/or water and the organic amine. Contacting the bitumen with the steam and/or water and the organic amine and recovering the bitumen can be done in-situ in a subterranean formation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for real-time visualization of a material during ultrasonic non-destructive testing. The system includes a graphical user interface (GUI) capable of showing a three-dimensional (3-D) image of a composite laminate constructed of a series of two-dimensional (2-D) cross sections. The GUI is capable of displaying the 3-D image as each additional 2-D cross section is scanned by an ultrasonic testing apparatus in real time or near real time, including probable defect regions that contain a flaw such as a hole, crack, wrinkle, or foreign object within the composite. Furthermore, in one embodiment, the system includes an artificial intelligence capable of highlighting defect areas within the 3-D image in real time or near real time and providing data regarding each defect area, such as the depth, size, and/or type of each defect.

Abstract: Harvesting the high performance computing capabilities of vehicle processors while the vehicles are parked and/or charging may provide use to otherwise unused resources as well as offer a way to discount parking and/or charging costs for the vehicle owner/driver. To harvest the computing capabilities, a dispatcher is utilized that receives incoming complex processing requests and parses the requests into tasks. The dispatcher dispatches the tasks to vehicle processors that are within, for example, a parking garage to which the dispatcher has access. The dispatcher may prioritize requests and/or prioritize the vehicle processors to distribute the tasks to optimize the power consumption, time, and processing capabilities used. When the vehicle processors complete the tasks and return results to the dispatcher, the dispatcher finalizes the job results and provides the results to the requestor. The dispatcher may discount the parking and/or charging costs for the vehicles that performed the computational tasks.

The method includes simulating a sensor operation of a sensor within the workspace model based on sensor characteristics of the sensor. The method includes identifying an undetectable area within the workspace model having the robot based on the simulated sensor operation. The method includes determining whether the undetectable area satisfies one or more detection metrics. The method includes performing a sensor placement control in response to the undetectable area not satisfying the one or more detection metrics to obtain a sensor placement scheme of the workspace. The sensor placement scheme identifies an undetectable area within the workspace when applicable.

Abstract: A system and method for linking management requirements for financial instruments to source documents. The system generates a viewing interface for viewing managed accounts that contain various financial instruments. Source documents for the financial instruments are converted into a digital format, therein producing digitized documents. The digitized documents are stored in a searchable database. The digitized documents are analyzed to locate specific clauses within the digitized documents that create management requirements. The clauses are identified with unique numerical identifiers. The numerical identifiers are used to create hyperlinks for recalling said clauses from the database. The hyperlinks are added to the viewing interface wherein the hyperlinks can be used to recall and review the clauses directly.

Abstract: A mount for a device configured to monitor the movements or other activities of patient. Aspects include a monitoring unit and base, where the base may further include a pad with one or more pins extending into the base. The pad may be positioned inside a garment worn by a patient, the pins passing through the garment and electrically connecting to circuits in the fabric of the garment (e.g. a sock worn by the patient). The circuits may include sensors which are response to changes in pressure caused by patient movement. Output from the sensors may be carried by the circuits in the garment to the pins in the pad, and from there through the garment and into the base and the monitoring unit for processing and reporting to caregivers as needed.

Abstract: An image sensor may include an array of imaging pixels arranged in rows and columns. Each column of imaging pixels may be coupled to a respective column output line. Each column output line may be coupled to readout circuitry that includes an adjustable current source, sample and hold circuitry, and slew rate sensing and current source control circuitry. To decrease the settling time of the column output line, the slew rate sensing and current source control circuitry may increase the magnitude of a bias current provided by the adjustable current source when the slew rate of the output voltage is above a threshold. When the slew rate of the output voltage is below the threshold, the bias current may revert to a lower magnitude to conserve power.
