Abstract: Disclosed herein are “ketannabis” (or “ketonnabis”) compositions including a combination of: (1) tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); (2) a ketone body component such as beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) and/or acetoacetate; and (3) a dietetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Also disclosed herein are methods of using such ketannabis compositions for producing desired physiological effects. The ketannabis compositions beneficially enhance the euphoric effects of THC without aggravating common side effects or even acting to reduce common side effects such as anxiety, disruption of short-term memory, appetite increases, heart rate increases, and blood pressure changes.
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for calculating a fuel aging of fuel in a fuel tank. In one example, a method may include alerting a vehicle operator and/or adjusting engine operating parameters in response to a fuel aging being greater than a threshold aging.
Abstract: A knit sleeve for providing thermal protection about an elongate member contained therein and method of construction thereof is provided. The sleeve includes a knit inner wall with opposite edges extending lengthwise between opposite ends and a circumferentially continuous tubular outer wall knit integrally with the inner wall. The outer wall bounds a central cavity that extends lengthwise along a central axis between open opposite ends of the outer wall. The opposite edges of the inner wall are substantially parallel to the central axis and are wrappable toward one another to form the inner wall as being tubular. The circumferentially continuous tubular outer wall is configured to be everted about the wrapped inner wall to circumferentially surround and protect the inner wall from abrasion and provide the sleeve with a dual layer wall.
Abstract: A shock isolator device for use in a downhole tool attenuates axial shocks to a protected structure and maintains that structure's rotational orientation to the tool while reducing damage to, maintenance costs of, and wear on, the device components. The shock isolator device interposes an internally- and externally-splined key between an internally-splined sleeve on an anti-rotation section and an externally-splined plunger attached to a connector. The key is less wear-resistant than the sleeve or plunger and can be replaced. The meshed sleeve, key, and plunger force the protected structure attached to the connector to maintain its rotational orientation. The sleeve of the anti-rotation system is attached to a shock damper, which damps axial shocks between the plunger and the sleeve, and is connected to a second connector. The shock damper includes a spring assembly and a viscous damper using a piston in an oil-filled cylinder forcing oil through an orifice.
Abstract: A telescoping insulated box assembly, comprising: an outer box, the outer box comprising a side wall and a bottom wall, the side wall and the bottom wall of the outer box each defining an insulation cavity; and an inner box, the inner box comprising a side wall and a wall forming a portion of a top side of the box assembly, each wall of the inner box defining an insulation cavity, the inner box sized to fit into the outer box such that the each of the side walls of the inner box faces one of the side walls of the outer box.
Abstract: A workpiece stack-up that includes at least a steel workpiece and an aluminum-based workpiece can be resistance spot welded by employing a multi-stage spot welding method in which the passage of electrical current is controlled to perform multiple stages of weld joint development.

Abstract: Examples for mapping a relational database to a graph database include a mapping engine to execute an arbitrary query on a relational database, identify a result column tag based on a tag of an underlying base table, process the result column into a typed, directed property graph based on the result column tag, and output the typed, directed property graph to a graph database. Examples for mapping a graph database to a relational database include processing a graph transaction by updating a mapping layer with a surrogate describing a change to a database object, determining, for an object in the mapping layer, if a database constraint defined on the object is satisfied, collecting database changes defined by the surrogate into a database change request, submitting the change request to a relational database as a transaction, and deleting the surrogate for the object in the mapping layer.

Abstract: Examples provide a configurable connection reset system for customized distribution of incoming traffic to a plurality of servers. The connection reset component routes incoming service requests to active servers based on server performance, configurable server failure criteria, user-selected inactive threshold wait time-period for each server and per-client distribution configurations, including server priorities and user-selected distribution methodology or combination of distribution methodologies. A configurable wait time-period is assigned to each inactive server removed from a distribution rotation for the incoming traffic. A next received request to the next available server for the identified client. An inactive server is updated to active status and returned to the distribution rotation after expiration of the configurable wait time-period.

Abstract: Systems and methods of determining a geographic location based conversion via a computer network. A data processing system can receive, from a computing device, an indication of interest in an online content item that is associated with a commercial entity having a location. The system can also receive data points that each include time information and location information of a computing device. The system can generate a valid cluster indicating an activity at the location of the commercial entity by evaluating the time information and the location information of two or more data points with a duration threshold and a location threshold. The system can use the valid cluster to identify the indication of interest in the online content item as the location based conversion based on the activity at the location of the commercial entity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide swallowable devices, preparations and methods for delivering drugs and other therapeutic agents within the GI tract. Many embodiments provide a swallowable device for delivering the agents. Particular embodiments provide a swallowable device such as a capsule for delivering drugs into the intestinal wall or other GI lumen. Embodiments also provide various drug preparations that are configured to be contained within the capsule, advanced from the capsule into the intestinal wall and degrade to release the drug into the bloodstream to produce a therapeutic effect. The preparation can be operably coupled to delivery means having a first configuration where the preparation is contained in the capsule and a second configuration where the preparation is advanced out of the capsule into the intestinal wall. Embodiments of the invention are particularly useful for the delivery of drugs which are poorly absorbed, tolerated and/or degraded within the GI tract.
