Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-toxic process and system for pilot-scale production of cellulose products, and particularly to a process and system for pilot-scale production of cellulose products by using aqueous sodium hydroxide/urea solution pre-colled to lower than ?8° C., in which cellulose could dissolved rapidly. The said process and system can be used to produce fibers, films, chromatographic packings, or nonwovens of regenerated cellulose, as well as to produce a variety of high added-value products by adding other materials such as functional materials, nano-materials, etc.

A notch is defined at an end of the casing. The gauge includes a reel shaft and a scale strip spirally enlacing the reel shaft. Each arresting member includes a rod, an abutting block on an end of the rod and corresponding to a side of the reel shaft, and a resilient portion around the rod. A button includes a pressing portion received in the notch, and a rotating shaft corresponding to the pressing portion. The rotating shaft includes a first arm and a second arm in response to the abutting blocks of the arresting members. In the event the scale strip of the gauge is pulled out, the arresting members automatically limit movement of the scale strip.

The guide sections may be turned about the shaft bearing in the same direction to form a nonlinearly inclined spiral ball guide path. A ball put in the top guide section automatically rolls down along the ball guide path and falls into the transfer frame to be caught by the ball scoop. When the ball scoop is turned by the rotating unit to face downward, the ball on the ball scoop falls into a feeding mouth on a body of the ball serving machine and is automatically served.

Said combined type cathode consists of a cathode plate, a fixation nut, a conductive pipe, an inflowing pipe, an inflowing guiding pipe, a cathode lid and a sealing spacer. The lining for generating electric arc is assembled with the front of cathode. An alloy plate is used as the cathode plate. The nozzle that used for cooling the cathode is first convergent and then expansive, and is placed in the middle of the conductive pipe. The plasma igniter has the advantage of stable burning.
