Abstract: Disclosed are a bolt fastening structure which is couplable and releasable at one side and includes a fall prevention washer capable of preventing a bolt from falling, and an anti-vibration device including the same. By using an L-shaped bolt having a bent portion, even without assistance from below a substructure such as a grating plate, an operator above the substructure can install an anti-vibration device on equipment alone. In addition, by using a fall prevention washer coupled to an L-shaped bolt, a bolt can be prevented from falling below a substructure when working on the substructure.
Abstract: An optical imaging lens, including a first lens element and a second lens element arranged in sequence from an object side to an image side along an optical axis. Each of the first lens element and the second lens element includes an object-side surface facing the object side and allowing imaging rays to pass through and an image-side surface facing the image side and allowing the imaging rays to pass through. An optical axis region of the image-side surface of the second lens element is concave, and a periphery region of the image-side surface of the second lens element is convex.
Abstract: A driver assistance system 1 for a motorcycle is provided with: a driving force output device 82 that generates a backup output for reversing a drive wheel and backing up a vehicle body; a brake lever 810 squeezably operable by a rider; a ACC main switch 43 and an ACC lever 44 operable by the rider; and a back out assistance controller 64 that controls the driving force output device 82 on the basis of the operation of the lever 810, the switch 43, and the lever 44. The back out assistance controller 64, after causing the driving force output device 82 to generate the backup output when triggered by receiving an operation of turning the lever 44 to a “SET/?” side, continues to cause the backup output to be generated until the lever 810 is operated, or until the switch 43 or lever 44 is turned off.
Abstract: A method includes transmitting, via a transceiver, radar signals for object detection. The method includes determining whether a moving object is detected using received reflections of the radar signals corresponding to a current radar frame. In response to a determination that no moving object is detected using the current radar frame, the method includes determining whether a moving object is detected using received reflections of the radar signals corresponding to multiple radar frames. The method also includes generating a detection result indicating that (i) no moving object is detected using the multiple radar frames or (ii) the moving object is detected using either the current radar frame or the multiple radar frames.

Abstract: A synchronous measurement system for a velocity and a temperature of an engine plume flow field is provided. The system includes multiple mid infrared lasers, a signal generator, two optical fiber amplifiers, two groups of optical fiber couplers, a photoelectric detector, a data acquisition device, and a host. The four mid infrared lasers are divided into two groups, one group is configured to emit two beams of first mid infrared lasers, and the other group to emit two beams of second mid infrared lasers. Each group of optical fiber couplers is arranged at an outlet of an engine through a mounting frame which are perpendicular to each other. The data acquisition device acquires photoelectric signals and processes them into corresponding spectral data. The host processes the spectral data to obtain the velocity and the temperature of the engine plume flow field.

Abstract: A heat plate for a humidifier contains a thermally conductive plate having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. A temperature sensor is affixed to the bottom surface and a thermally conductive layer is directly-affixed to the bottom surface. A ceramic heating element is directly affixed to the thermally conductive layer. A humidifier and medical device may also contain such a heater plate.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a transmission which has a first oil pump driven by rotation of a drive source that drives a drive wheel and a second oil pump provided with a check valve on a suction side and driven by a motor. In a vehicle control device for controlling the vehicle, a minimum value of a drive current value of the motor is defined as a first current value, when the second oil pump is driven in a normal drive state, and a minimum rotation speed of the drive source is increased compared to a case in which the drive current value of the motor is equal to or larger than the first current value, when an automatic downshift control for automatically downshifting a speed ratio of the transmission is executed in a case in which the drive current value of the motor is smaller than the first current value when the second oil pump is driven.
